Aus der Beschreibung der internationalen Anmeldung Nummer WO 2005/025383 A2 ist eine Babytrage mit einem Haltekörper mit einer Oberkante, einer Unterkante und zwei zueinander gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten bekannt. Darüber hinaus weist die Babytrage eine Anordnung aus Tragegurten, mit zwei Schultergurten und einem Brustgurt. Der Hüftgurt kann die Hüften des Trägers umfassen. Aus der Beschreibung der Erfindung zum europäischen Patent Nummer PL/ EP 2148594 ist eine Babytrage mit einer Halteanordnung zum Halten des Babys oder Kleinkindes bekannt, wobei die Anordnung einen so geformten Haltekörper aufweist, dass mindestens der Bereich der Rückseite des Kindes darin gehalten und / oder gestützt werden kann, sowie mit einer Anordnung aus Tragegurten zur Befestigung der Halteanordnung an der Trägerperson. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Haltekörper so gestaltet, dass er höhenverstellbar ist. Durch diese Höhenverstellbarkeit kann der Haltekörper immer an die Größe des in der Babytrage getragenen Babys oder Kleinkindes optimal so angepasst werden, dass in der Babytrage sowohl Neugeborene als auch Kleinkinder, also beispielsweise bis 20 kg, getragen werden können. Beim Haltekörper handelt es sich um mindestens abschnittsweise vorzugsweise um einen Haltekörper als Tuch oder Polster, der dazu geeignet ist, sich an die Form des Bereichs der Rückseite des Babys oder Kleinkinds anzupassen, das im Haltekörper aufgenommen oder dadurch gestützt wird. Zur Umsetzung der Höhenverstellbarkeit des Haltekörpers weist die Babytrage mindestens ein Verlängerungselement auf, das im Haltekörper so positionierbar ist, dass der Haltekörper durch das Verlängerungselement in der vertikalen Richtung verlängert wird. Vorzugsweise ist das Verlängerungselement auch als Tuch und / oder Polster geformt, so dass es auch an den Körper eines Kleinkindes angepasst werden kann. Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung kann das Verlängerungselement lösbar an dem Haltekörper befestigt werden. Wenn ein größeres Kleinkind in der Babytrage getragen werden soll, wird das Verlängerungselement auf dem Haltekörper so positioniert, dass er verlängert wird. Wenn das Kleinkind wiederum noch klein, also noch ein Baby ist, wird das Verlängerungselement einfach weggelassen, eingezogen oder eingeklappt. Gemäß einer alternativen Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung ist das Verlängerungselement einstückig mit dem Haltekörper ausgebildet und zwischen mindestens zwei Positionen verstellbar, nämlich einer ersten Position, in der es die Höhe des Haltekörpers nicht erhöht, und einer zweiten Position, in der das Verlängerungselement die Höhe des Haltekörpers vergrößert. Das Verlängerungselement kann dabei bevorzugt von der ersten Position in die zweite Position und umgekehrt geklappt werden. Alternativ können die Verlängerungselemente von der ersten Position in eine zweite Position oder umgekehrt aufgerollt und abgerollt werden. Vorzugsweise ist eine Befestigungsvorrichtung vorgesehen, die das Verlängerungselement in seiner ersten Position zu fixiert. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung kann beispielsweise einen Reißverschluss und / oder Druckknöpfe und/oder Klettverschlüsse aufweisen. Bei Klettverschlüssen, die Kletthakenflächen und Klettschlaufenflächen aufweisen, weist die Babytrage bevorzugt Abdeckmittel auf, mit denen die Klettflächen, insbesondere Kletthakenflächen, abgedeckt werden können. Die Abdeckmittel verhindern, dass das Kind mit den störenden Bereichen der Klettverschlüsse in Kontakt kommt, so dass das Kind bequemer im Haltekörper sitzt. Um die Form des Haltekörpers der Babytrage noch besser an die Größe des im Tragetuch zu haltenden Babys oder Kleinkinds anpassen zu können und sowohl die Sicherheit als auch den Tragekomfort zu erhöhen, weist die Babytrage vorzugsweise eine Vorrichtung zum Verkleinern des Sitzes auf. Sie kann bevorzugt so am Haltekörper positioniert werden, dass der Säugling beziehungsweise das Kleinkind höher und damit in erhöhter Position im Haltekörper gehalten wird. Genauso wie der Haltekörper und das Verlängerungselement, ist auch die Sitzverkleinerungseinrichtung zumindest abschnittsweise als Tuch und / oder Polster ausgebildet, so dass sie sich flexibel an die Form des von ihr gehaltenen Körperteils des Kleinkindes anpassen kann. Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung kann die Sitzverkleinerungsvorrichtung lösbar am Haltekörper angebracht sein und bei Bedarf auf den Haltekörper aufgesetzt oder weggelassen werden. Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Sitzverkleinerungsvorrichtung einstückig mit dem Haltekörper ausgebildet und zwischen mindestens zwei Positionen verstellbar, nämlich der Position, in der sie den Sitz des Kleinkindes im Haltekörper verkleinert, und der zweiten Position, in der sie den Sitz des Kleinkindes im Haltekörper nicht verkleinert. Die Schultergurtvorrichtung weist vorzugsweise mindestens eine Verstellvorrichtung zum Verstellen der Länge des Schultergurts, so dass die Schultergurtvorrichtung an den Körperbau und die Größe des Trägers angepasst werden kann. Solche Babytragen eignen sich zum Tragen und Transportieren des Kindes nahe am Körper des Trägers. Die Tragegurtsysteme können sich um den Körper der Trägers wickeln, wenn die Babytrage montiert und zum Transport des Babys verwendet wird. Die Tragegurte umfasst einen Hüftgurt und zwei Schultergurte.
