Abstract

The baby carrier is formed by a fastening and supporting part. The supporting part is formed by a backrest (5) with a headrest (3). The fastening part is formed by a waist belt (8) and shoulder straps (1) and the supporting part is adjustable at least at one end of the fastening part. Both the fastening and the supporting parts are provided with locking means (10) of the adjusted position of the supporting part on the fastening part. These locking means (10) may include press studs, buttons, buckles, etc.

V současné době existuje řada látkových nosítek pro děti, od narození do přibližně tří let věku. Tato nosítka však nezohledňují vůbec nebo jen ve velmi omezené míře růst dítěte. Zádová opěrka má pevně danou výšku a šíři, což má za následek to, že malým dětem je často příliš velká a velkým dětem již neposkytuje dostatečnou oporu. Někteří výrobci tuto situaci řeší nabídkou nosítek dvou velikostních skupin, menší pro malé děti a větší pro batolata, což ale přináší potíže s určením správné velikosti a je nutné nosítka s růstem dítěte měnit. Aby se v nosítkách dala nosit i ta nejmenší miminka do tří měsíců, vkládají se do těchto nosítek zmenšovací vložky, které jsou buď napevno všité, nebo jsou dodávány zvlášť, přičemž velikost těchto vložek je pevně daná a manipulace s nimi je pro uživatele náročnější. Nastavení šíře sedu řeší nosítko s látkovými trojúhelníčky, dodatečně připevnitelnými k bočním stranám nosítka. Šířka nosítka je tak nastavitelná ve dvou předem daných rozměrech a další rozšíření není možné. Výška zádových opěrek se reguluje u nosítek s nevyztuženým měkkým bederním pásem podtočením a smotáním látky v oblasti sedu. Toto řešení ale vylučuje současné nastavení šíře zádové opěrky. U nosítek s vyztuženým bederním pásem toto řešení nelze využít vůbec. Je známo i nosítko, které umožňuje prodloužit zádovou opěrku pomocí vodorovně umístěného zipu přes celou šíři zádové opěrky, pod nímž je založena látka navíc. Rozepnutím zipu se zádová opěrka prodlouží. Dětské nosítko s měkkou výstelkou zaměřenou pro správnou ortopedii nošení dítěte je uváděno v patentovém dokumentu US 4434920, je určeno v podstatě pouze pro danou velikost dítěte. Tento dokument sice řeší stažení, ale toto nosítko nemá bederní pás, ke kterému by byla zádová opěrka jakkoliv připevňována a muselo by se dále vyřešit, jak se s tím popasovat. Použitá tkanice podle řešení tohoto patentu, stažením zmenší šířku pod nožičkama dítěte. Patentové dokumenty WO 2009/034234 a WO 2009/034233 řeší regulaci šířky a výšky pro různou velikost dítěte, avšak neřeší provedení opěrky hlavičky a zajištění nastavení dílců nosítka. Kromě toho toto řešení neumožňuje posouvat celou homí část libovolně nezávisle na nastavení délky a utažení ramenních popruhů. Povolení jejich upevňovacích prvků ve snaze opěrku zvětšit během nošení by znamenalo celé povolení ramenních popruhů a s tím celého nosítka s dítětem uvnitř a třeba i svlečení nosítka z nosiči osoby.
