Řešen se týká nosítka pro malé dítě s pomocnými popruhy a integrovaným batůžkem, přičemž nosítko je opatřeno kapuckou pro fixaci hlavičky dítěte a dvěma pomocnými, vzájemně rozpojitelnými a spojitelnými popruhy, pro snadné a bezpečné přemístění nosítka s dítětem z pozice na břiše, do pozice na bok, nebo na záda, aniž by bylo zapotřebí pomoci třetí osoby. Součástí dosavadního stavu techniky je celá řada různých nosítek, vytvořených většinou z látky, která však ne zcela dostatečně zajišťují správné polohování dítěte přenášeného v tomto nosítku, přičemž jsou součástí stavu techniky i ergonomická nosítka, která jsou koncipována již tak, aby bylo zabezpečeno správné a zdraví neohrožující uložení dítěte do nosítka a též některá z těchto nosítek jsou vytvořena tak, aby umožňovala posun některých prvků nosítka tak, aby bylo možné nosítko upravovat s ohledem na růst dítěte. Známé je např. nosítko podle US patentu 44349250 s měkkou výstelkou zaměřenou na správnou ortopedii nošení dítěte, avšak toto nosítko je určenou pouze pro určitou velikost dítěte. Některé patentové dokumenty např. WO 2009/034234 a WO 2009/034233 řeší regulaci šířky a výšky pro různou velikost dítěte, avšak neřeší velikost opěrky hlavičky dítěte a zajištění nastavení dílců nosítka. Všechna známá nosítka jsou však koncipována tak, že mají pouze dva ramenní popruhy a jeden bederní pás, které drží nosítko na těle přenášející osoby. Některá nosítka mají sice i odepínací ramenní popruhy, tak že je lze použít pro přenášení dítěte na boku přenášející osoby. Problémem u těchto nosítek je však to, že není možné bezpečně přesunout dítě z pozice na břiše přenášející osoby do pozice na zádech přenášející osoby.
