EP 1 223 287 A2 offenbart eine Anordnung, im Falle derer ein Ausstellarm einer Ausstellschere mit einem Längsende an einem Flügelbock angelenkt ist, der seinerseits mit einem Flügel eines Oberlichtes oder einer Klappe fest verbunden ist. Das gegenüberliegende Längsende des Ausstellarms ist an einem Anlenkstück schwenkgelagert, das an einem auf einen Blendrahmen aufgesetzten Scherenkörper parallel zu der Blendrahmenhauptebene verschieblich geführt ist. Ein gleichfalls an dem Scherenköper vorgesehener Spindelantrieb umfasst eine Spindelmutter, die motorisch angetrieben längs einer Spindel des Spindelantriebes bewegt werden kann. Über eine Lenkeranordnung, die einerseits an der Spindelmutter und andererseits an dem Ausstellarm angelenkt ist, treibt die Spindelmutter bei ihrer Bewegung längs der Spindel des Spindelantriebes den Ausstellarm mit einer Schwenkbewegung an. In Abhängigkeit von der Bewegungsrichtung der Spindelmutter und der daraus resultierenden Schwenkrichtung des Ausstellarms wird der Flügel geöffnet oder geschlossen. Ist der Flügel geschlossen und verriegelt, so führt die Spindelmutter bei ihrer Bewegung zum Öffnen des Flügels ausgehend von ihrer Ausgangsposition auf der Spindel zunächst einen Leerhub, also eine Teilbewegung aus, die noch nicht zu einer Öffnungsbewegung des Flügels führt. Dieser Leerhub wird ermöglicht durch entsprechende Gestaltung der zwischen der Spindelmutter und dem Ausstellarm vorgesehenen Lenkeranordnung. Der Leerhub der Spindelmutter dient dazu, den an dem Blendrahmen verriegelten Flügel zu entriegeln. Zu diesem Zweck ist an der Spindelmutter ein Mitnehmer angebracht, der eine in Öffnungsrichtung des Flügels offene Aufnahme aufweist. Bei geschlossenem und verriegeltem Flügel greift in diese Aufnahme ein Zapfen eines Verriegelungsgestänges ein, das an dem Flügel in Flügelumfangsrichtung geführt ist. Window, door or the like according to claim 3 or claim 4, characterised in that the common linkage point (11) is drivable with a translatory movement during the locking movement and/or during the unlocking movement and also during the driving pivoting movement of the opening arm (6), and by means of the guide device (27) of the opening arm (6) the translatory movement of the linkage point (11) may be converted into a driving pivoting movement of the opening arm (6).
  6. Window, door or the like according to any one of claims 3 to 5, characterised in that the guide device (27) for the opening arm (6) includes guide elements provided on the one hand on the opening arm (6) and on the other hand on the further scissor arm (7).
  7. Window, door or the like according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the opening arm (6) is pivotally linked to a linkage point (8) that is releasably connected to the movable locking element (15).
  8. Window according to any one of the preceding claims in the form of a window for installation in inclined surfaces, preferably in the form of a roof window, characterised in that the window has a wing (43) which may be pivoted with a pivoting movement into a cleaning position and which is arrestable by means of a releasable arresting device (44) to prevent pivoting into the cleaning position, and the opening arm (6) of the wing drive is drivable uncoupled from the arresting device (44) with a locking movement and/or with an unlocking movement.
  9. Window, door or the like according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an additional locking device (32) is provided by means of which the opening arm (6) may be secured to the further scissor arm (7) and/or by means of which the opening arm (6) may be released from the further scissor arm (7) and which includes a movable additional locking element (34) which is provided on the opening arm (6) and which is movable by a locking movement of the opening arm (6) into a locking position and by an unlocking movement of the opening arm (6) into an unlocking position, the opening arm (6) being secured to the further scissor arm (7) to prevent a driving pivoting movement in the locking position of the movable additional locking element (34) and being released from the further scissor arm (7) for a driving pivoting movement in the unlocking position of the movable additional locking element (34).
  10. Two-armed opening scissor arrangement to be disposed between a wing (3) and a fixed frame (2) of a window, door or the like,
    • wherein the two-armed opening scissor arrangement is formed by an opening arm and a further scissor arm (7),
    • wherein the opening arm (6) and the further scissor arm (7) are drivable with a driving pivoting movement and the wing (3) is drivable with an opening movement or with a closing movement upon a driving pivoting movement of the opening arm (6) and the further scissor arm (7),
    • wherein the opening arm (6) is pivotally linkable at the wing side and at the frame side to a respective linkage point (8, 11) to form a driving pivot axis (10, 12) in each case,
    • wherein one of the linkage points (8, 11) of the opening arm (6) forms a common linkage point (11) at which the opening arm (6) and the further scissor arm (7) are linked to each other,
    • wherein the opening arm (6) is connectable at its other linkage point (8), at a distance from the common linkage point (11), to a movable locking element (15) of a locking device (21),
    • wherein the further scissor arm (7) has, at a distance from the common linkage point (11), a further linkage point (13), and
    • wherein the opening arm (6) is movable with a locking movement or with an unlocking movement and
    • wherein the movable locking element (15) is movable, as a result of a locking movement of the opening arm (6), into a locking position, or is movable, as a result of an unlocking movement of the opening arm (6), into an unlocking position, and the wing (3) is locked to prevent an opening movement when the locking element (15) is in the locking position and is released for an opening movement when the movable locking element (15) is in the unlocking position,
    characterised in that
    there is disposed on the further scissor arm (7) a motor-driven driving device (22) for the opening arm (6), by means of which the opening arm (6) is drivable, when the wing (3) is closed, with a locking movement or with an unlocking movement, taking with it the movable locking element (15), and by means of which, in addition, the opening arm (6) and the further scissor arm (7) which is provided with the motor-driven driving device (22) are drivable with a driving pivoting movement.
