Claims (6)
- Culot de lampe pour une ampoule de véhicule, en particulier une ampoule halogène (1), comprenant une partie formant socle (16) duquel dépassent des lamelles de contact (18, 20, 22) pour la mise en contact électrique et qui supporte une bague de référence (14) soudée à une bague de réglage (12), où un récipient de lampe (2) peut être placé directement sur la bague de réglage (12) ou au-dessus d'une bague de fixation (8), caractérisé en ce qu'une zone de fusion (54, 56) du soudage réalisé entre les bagues de référence et de réglage (14, 12) est configurée sur des parties de surface (48, 50, 52) de ces bagues, situées sur les faces arrière et opposées au récipient de lampe (2) de celles-ci, dans lequel la bague de réglage (12) et la bague de référence (14) ont des languettes (40, 42, 44; 48, 50, 52) orientées entre elles, faisant saillie radialement, languettes le long desquelles est effectué le soudage.
- Culot de lampe selon la revendication 1, où les languettes de référence (40, 42, 44), côté bague de référence, servant au positionnement lors de la mise en place de l'ampoule halogène (1), sont dans un logement de montage.
- Ampoule de véhicule, en particulier ampoule halogène (1) comprenant un récipient de lampe (2) rempli d'un gaz de remplissage et fondu en étant étanche au gaz, récipient de lampe dans lequel est logé au moins un élément spiralé et qui est introduit dans un culot de lampe (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une ampoule de véhicule selon la revendication 3, comprenant les étapes :- de fixation de la partie formant socle (16) sur la bague de référence (14) soudée à la bague de réglage (12) et- de soudage des bagues de référence et de réglage (14, 12), par une face arrière placée à l'opposé du récipient de lampe (2),- de fixation de la partie formant socle (16) sur la bague de référence (14) soudée à la bague de réglage (12) et- de mise en place du récipient de lampe (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, où le soudage des bagues de référence et de réglage (14, 12) est réalisé par soudage au laser.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, où une bague de fixation (8) supportant le récipient de lampe (2) est mise en place, alignée sur la bague de réglage (12), puis soudée à celle-ci.
