Bei einer H15-Lampe sind im Innenraum des Lampengefäßes 2 zwei Glühwendeln angeordnet, die innerhalb der Quetschdichtung 6 über Molybdänfolien mit Stromzuführungen verschweißt sind, die dichtend aus der Quetschdichtung 6 heraus geführt sind und in den Lampensockel hinein ragen und dort mit Kontaktelementen verschweißt sind. Der Lampensockel 4 hat einen metallischen Fixierring 8, in dem die Quetschdichtung 6 des Lampengefäßes 2 kraft- und formschlüssig aufgenommen ist. Dazu ist der Fixierring 8 mit einer der Profilierung der Quetschdichtung 6 entsprechenden Klemmausnehmung 10 ausgeführt, in der Federelemente zum Klemmen der Quetschdichtung 6 des Lampengefäßes 2 angeordnet sind. Dieser Fixierring 8 ist mit einem Justierring 12 verschweißt, der seinerseits mit einem Referenzring 14 verbunden ist. Letzterer ist auf ein aus Kunststoff bestehendes Sockelteil 16 aufgesetzt und mit diesem verschweißt. Aus dem Sockelteil 16 ragen in Radialrichtung drei Kontaktfahnen 18, 20, 22 hervor, die beim Einsetzen der Halogenglühlampe 1 in einen Autoscheinwerfer mit Fassungskontakten am Lampenreflektor in Kontakt kommen, so dass die Lampe im Reflektor mechanisch gehalten und kontaktiert ist. Zur einfacheren Handhabung der Halogenglühlampe 1 ist am Sockelteil 16 rückseitig, d.h. an der vom Lampengefäß 2 entfernten Stirnfläche ein Diagonalsteg 24 vorgesehen, so dass das zum Fixieren der Halogenglühlampe 1 erforderliche Drehmoment aufgebracht werden kann. Die Befestigung der Halogenglühlampe 1 in der Fassung des Reflektors oder des Scheinwerfergehäuses erfolgt mittels eines Bajonettverschlusses, wobei auf der Stirnfläche eines Sockelflanschs 26 ein Federring 27 befestigt ist, der drei schräg aus der Federringebene vorstehende Federzungen 28 hat, die im Einbauzustand der Halogenglühlampe 1 eine axial gerichtete Federkraft ausüben. An der Innenumfangswandung des Referenzrings 14 ist eine mehrfach gewinkelte Andruckfeder 36 befestigt, die mit einer V-förmig angewinkelten Nase 38 ein Fenster in der Umfangswandung des Referenzrings 14 durchsetzt. Diese Nase 38 liegt beim Einsetzen der Halogenglühlampe 1 federnd an einer Innenumfangswandung der Fassung an und trägt zur Lagepositionierung bei. Die vorstehend erwähnten Vorsprünge 32 bilden eine Verzahnung, über die die Lagepositionierung und Verschweißung des Referenzrings 14 am Sockelteil 26 erleichtert wird. Nach dieser Relativpositionierung der beiden Ringe 12, 14 werden diese entlang der Laschen 40, 42, 44, 48, 50 miteinander verschweißt. Dies erfolgt vorzugsweise durch Laserschweißen von hinten, d.h. von der Sockelseite her, wobei an jeder Lasche 40, 42, 44, 48, 50 zwei Schweißstellen 54, 56 vorgesehen sind, die beidseitig von den Sicken 46 angeordnet werden. Gemäß der Darstellung in Figur 3, die eine Vorderansicht vom Lampengefäß 2 her auf die erfindungsgemäße Halogenglühlampe 1 zeigt, sind die punktförmigen Schweißstellen 54, 56 von vorne her nicht sichtbar, so dass die ästhetische Anmutung nicht gestört ist. Bei herkömmlichen Halogenglühlampen befinden sich die Schweißstellen jeweils an der Vorderseite der vorgenannten Laschen und wären daher in einer Darstellung gemäß Figur 3 sichtbar. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Maßnahme, die Verschweißung von hinten her vorzunehmen, sind die Aufschmelzbereiche der Schweißstellen 54, 56 praktisch unsichtbar, so dass die exzellente Funktion der Halogenglühlampe 1 mit einer hochwertigen Anmutung einhergeht.
Nach dem Verschweißen der Ringe 12, 14 wird der Referenzring 14 abschnittsweise in eine Aufnahme 58 (siehe Figur 1 und 5) des mit dem Federring 27 versehenen Sockelteils 16 eingesetzt und bspw. durch Hochfrequenzschweißen verbunden.

Claims (6)

  1. Lamp base for a vehicle lamp, especially an incandescent halogen lamp (1), comprising a base part (16) from which contact tabs (18, 20, 22) protrude for the purpose of electrical contacting and which carries a reference ring (14) welded to an adjustment ring (12), a lamp bulb (2) being able to be placed onto the adjustment ring (12) directly or via a fastening ring (8), characterized in that a weld metal zone (54, 56) of the welding between reference ring and adjustment ring (12, 14) is formed on rear surface sections (48, 50, 52) of said rings facing away from the lamp bulb (2), wherein adjustment ring (12) and reference ring (14) have radially projecting lugs (40, 42, 44; 48, 50, 52) aligned with one another, along which the welding is effected.
  2. Lamp base according to Claim 1, wherein the reference lugs (40, 42, 44) on the reference ring side are for the positioning when inserting the incandescent halogen lamp (1) into an assembly receptacle.
  3. Vehicle lamp, especially incandescent halogen lamp (1) comprising a lamp bulb (2) filled with a filling gas, which is fused in a gastight manner and in which at least one filament is accommodated and which is inserted in a lamp base (4) according to one of the preceding patent claims.
  4. Method for producing a vehicle lamp according to Claim 3 comprising the steps: placing the base part (16) against the reference ring (14) welded to the adjustment ring (12), and
    - welding together reference and adjustment ring (12, 14) from a rear side facing away from the lamp bulb (2),
    - placing the base part (16) against the reference ring (14) welded to the adjustment ring (12), and
    - fitting the lamp bulb (2).
  5. Method according to Claim 4, the welding together of reference ring and adjustment ring (12, 14) being effected by means of laser welding.
  6. Method according to Claim 4 or 5, wherein a fastening ring (8) carrying the lamp bulb (2) is fitted onto the adjustment ring (12), aligned and then welded to the latter.
