Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif pour le formage, le remplissage et la fermeture de sacs, où
    - les sacs ultérieurs d'un tuyau de matériau synthétique peuvent être individualisés par une installation pour la coupe transversale en tronçons tubulaires,
    - les tronçons tubulaires peuvent être traités par des moyens pour la formation de fonds en sacs vides (4),
    - les sacs vides (4) peuvent être amenés par des moyens de préhension et de transport (5) à une station de remplissage (1) dans laquelle à chaque fois un sac vide (4) peut être repris par deux moyens de préhension (10) et dans laquelle sont prévus au moins deux moyens d'ouverture (8) qui s'appliquent chacun à une paroi du sac vide (4) pour tirer les parois encore situées l'une sur l'autre au loin l'une de l'autre de sorte que les sacs vides (4) peuvent être remplis,
    - où les moyens d'ouverture (8), pendant le transport du sac (4) à la station de remplissage, occupe une position la plus élevée qui se situe au-dessus d'un plan (7) qui est formé par l'arrête supérieure du sac vide (6) lorsque le sac vide (4) occupe sa position la plus haute dans la zone de la station de remplissage (1), caractérisé en ce qu'aussi les deuxièmes moyens de préhension (10), pendant le transport du sac (4) à la station de remplissage, occupent une position la plus élevée qui se situe au-dessus d'un plan (7) qui est formé par l'arête supérieure du sac vide (6) lorsque le sac vide (4) occupe sa position la plus élevée dans la zone de la station de remplissage (1).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément d'étanchéité (11) est prévu auquel sont applicables les côtés intérieurs des parois d'un sac vide (4), où aussi cet élément d'étanchéité (11) peut être amené dans une position qui se situe au-dessus d'un plan formé par l'arête supérieure (6) du sac vide lorsque le sac vide occupe sa position la plus élevée dans la zone de la station de remplissage (1).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de serrage (12) sont prévus au moyen desquels les parois d'un sac vide (4) peuvent être poussées contre l'élément d'étanchéité (11), où aussi les éléments de serrage (12) peuvent être amenés dans une position qui se situe au-dessus d'un plan formé par l'arête supérieure (6) du sac vide lorsque le sac vide occupe sa position la plus élevée dans la zone de la station de remplissage.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une première installation de support (3) est prévue qui, au moins jusqu'à la reprise d'un sac vide (4) par les deuxièmes moyens de préhension (10), peut être maintenue relativement au dispositif dans une position fixe.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'ouverture (8) s'appuient sur la première installation de support (3).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'un mécanisme à leviers est prévu par lequel les moyens d'ouverture (8) s'appuient sur la première installation de support (3).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des trois revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque de retenue (13) s'appuie sur l'installation de support (3).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de retenue (13) s'appuie par des cellules de pesage sur l'installation de support (3).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (11) s'appuie sur la plaque de retenue (13).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (11) est déplaçable relativement à la plaque de retenue (13).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des quatre revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de serrage (12) s'appuient également sur la plaque de retenue (13).
  12. Procédé pour le formage, le remplissage et la fermeture de sacs, où
    - les sacs ultérieurs d'un tuyau de matériau synthétique sont individualisés par une installation pour la coupe transversale en tronçons tubulaires,
    - les tronçons tubulaires sont traités par des moyens pour la formation de fonds en sacs vides (4),
    - les sacs vides (4) sont amenés par des moyens de préhension et de transport (5) à une station de remplissage (1) dans laquelle à chaque fois un sac vide (4) sont repris par des deuxièmes moyens de préhension (10) et dans laquelle au moins deux moyens d'ouverture (8) s'appliquent respectivement à une paroi du sac vide (4) pour écarter les parois reposant encore l'une sur l'autre de sorte que les sacs vides (4) peuvent être remplis,
    - où les moyens d'ouverture (8), pendant le transport du sac vide (4) à la station de remplissage (1) sont déplacés dans une position la plus élevée qui se situe au-dessus d'un plan (7) formé par l'arête supérieure du sac vide (4) lorsque le sac vide (4) atteint sa position la plus élevée dans la zone de la station de remplissage (1), caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes moyens de préhension (10), pendant le transport du sac vide (4) à la station de remplissage (1), sont déplacés dans une position la plus élevée qui se situe au-dessus d'un plan (7) formé par l'arête supérieure (6) du sac vide (4) lorsque le sac vide (4) occupe sa position la plus élevée dans la zone de la station de remplissage (1).
