Claims (14)

  1. Maschine (1) zur Befüllung von Behältern (B), mit
    - wenigstens einer Füllstelle (3), mit einer Fülldüse (32), die mit einer Speichereinrichtung (2) für Füllflüssigkeit verbunden ist, und
    - einer Reinigungseinrichtung für jede Füllstelle (3),
    - einem fixierten Sammelelement (4), welches eine Austrittsöffnung (321) der Fülldüse umgibt und eine Durchgangsöffnung (41) aufweist, die unterhalb der Austrittsöffnung der Fülldüse angeordnet ist,
    - einem Verschlusselement (5), das verschiebbar ist zwischen einer zurückgezogenen Position, in welcher sich das Verschlusselement in Abstand von der Fülldüse (32) befindet, um die Befüllung eines Behälters (8) zu erlauben, der unter der Fülldüse angeordnet ist, und einer Arbeitsposition, in welcher das Verschlusselement (5) so ausgelegt ist, dass dieses in dichter Weise die Durchgangsöffnung (41) des Sammelelements (4) verschließt, um Reinigungsvorgänge auszuführen, und
    - einer Einrichtung (81 bis 84) zur Verschiebung des Verschlusselements (5) zwischen seiner Arbeitsposition und seiner zurückgezogenen Position,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlusselement (5) eine elastisch verformbare Membrane (51) umfasst, die auf einem Träger (62) angebracht ist und mit diesem eine dichte Verformungskammer (67) bildet, die so ausgelegt ist, dass diese ein Fluid unter Druck aufnimmt, damit die verformbare Membrane verformt wird, um den Verschluss der Durchgangsöffnung sicherzustellen, wenn der Träger durch die Verschiebungseinrichtung (81 bis 84) in die Arbeitsposition gebracht ist.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verformbare Membrane (51) auf der Oberseite (62a) einer Trägerplatte (62) montiert ist, wobei die Trägerplatte mit einem Versorgungskanal (68) versehen ist, der unter der verformbaren Membrane mündet und so ausgebildet ist, dass dieser mit einem Druckfluid versorgt werden kann.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verformbare Membrane (51) mithilfe eines Anbauflansches (65) in einer Vertiefung (621) der Trägerplatte montiert ist, wobei die Membrane eine Umfangswulst (511) aufweist, welche in einer korrespondierenden Nut (621a) der Vertiefung aufgenommen ist.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sammelelement (4) eine Unterkante (43) aufweist, welche die Durchgangsöffnung (41) bildet, wobei die verformbare Membrane (51) so ausgebildet ist, dass diese bei einer Druckbeaufschlagung der Verformungskammer (67) an der Unterkante zur Anlage kommt.
  5. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sammelelement (4) aus einer mit der Fülldüse (32) einstückigen, im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Schürze gebildet ist.
  6. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebungseinrichtung (81 bis 84) so ausgebildet ist, dass diese den Träger (62) der Membrane (51) durch wenigstens eine vertikal nach unten gerichtete translatorische Verschiebung aus seiner zurückgezogenen Position in Richtung seiner Arbeitsposition verschieben kann, parallel zur Längsachse (C) der Fülldüse (32), gefolgt von einer horizontalen Verschiebung, senkrecht zur Längsachse der Fülldüse, derart, dass die verformbare Membrane im Wesentlichen entlang der Längsachse der Düse zentriert ist.
  7. Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der horizontalen Verschiebung eine translatorische Verschiebung vertikal nach oben, im Wesentlichen entlang der Längsachse (C) der Fülldüse (32), folgt, um den Träger (62) der verformbaren Membrane (51) in die Arbeitsposition zu bringen.
  8. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese mehrere Füllstellen (3) umfasst, und die verformbaren Membranen (51) auf ihrem Träger (62) sind in ihrer zurückgezogenen Position zwischen den Fülldüsen (32) angeordnet.
  9. Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Träger (62) der verformbaren Membranen (51) gleichzeitig durch die gemeinsame Verschiebungseinrichtung (81 bis 84) zwischen ihrer zurückgezogenen Position und ihrer Arbeitsposition verschoben werden.
  10. Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese drehbar ist, wobei die Füllstellen (3) in gleichmäßigen Winkelabständen unter einem Drehträger (21) angeordnet sind, wobei die verformbaren Membranen (51) auf ihren Trägern (62) in regelmäßigen Winkelabständen auf einem Kranz (6) montiert sind, der über die Verschiebungseinrichtung (81 bis 84) für eine vertikale Translation und eine Rotation unter dem Drehträger angebracht ist, wobei die horizontale Verschiebung aus einer Rotation um die Drehachse des Drehträgers um einen Winkel besteht, der einem halben Schritt zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Fülldüsen entspricht.
  11. Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Träger (62) der verformbaren Membranen aus einer ringförmigen Trägerplatte (62) gebildet sind, die an dem Kranz (6) angebracht sind, wobei die Trägerplatte mit Öffnungen (64) zwischen den verformbaren Membranen versehen ist, um den Durchgang der Fülldüsen (32) mit ihrem Sammelelement (4) in die zurückgezogene Position der Trägerplatte zu ermöglichen.
  12. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kranz (6) die Trägerplatte (62) innen trägt und mit wenigstens zwei Montagepratzen (63) versehen ist, die sich radial nach außen erstrecken, wobei jede Pratze durch ein vertikales Stellglied (81) auf einem Schlitten (82) angebracht ist, der verschiebbar auf einer fest mit dem Drehträger (21) verbundenen horizontalen Führungsschiene (83) angebracht ist, wobei wenigstens ein Stellglied (84) zwischen dem Drehträger und einem Schlitten angebracht ist, was eine Drehverschiebung des Kranzes sicherstellt.
  13. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine Zentrierungseinrichtung (86 bis 88) für den Kranz (6) in der zurückgezogenen Position und in der Arbeitsposition umfasst.
  14. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Füllstelle (3) eine Einrichtung (31) zum Abstützen eines Behälters (B) umfasst, die wenigstens ein Halteelement (311) umfasst, das so ausgebildet ist, dass dieses mit dem Hals eines Behälters (B) zusammenwirkt, wobei die auf dem Träger (62) verformbare Membrane (51) zwischen dem Halteelement und dem Sammelelement (4) hindurchgeht.
