Claims (13)
- Füllelement (1) für eine Maschine (2) zum Befüllen von Behältern (3), insbesondere von Flaschen oder dergleichen, mit einer Flüssigkeit (4), insbesondere mit Stillwein, Schaumwein oder dergleichen, aus einem Tank (5) oder einem ähnlichen Lagerbehälter, der Teil der Maschine (2) ist, wobei das Element (1) Folgendes beinhaltet:- einen Hohlkörper (6), der einen Zwischenbehälter oder eine Zuführleitung bildet, fluidisch mit dem Tank (5) verbunden ist und sich im unteren Teil durch ein erstes Rohr (7) fortsetzt, das eine axiale Richtung (DA) definiert und dazu konfiguriert ist, in einen zu befüllenden Behälter (3) durch eine Öffnung (3') desselben eingeführt zu werden, zum Beispiel im Bereich eines Flaschenhalses (3"),- ein zweites Rohr (8), das sich koaxial und innen durch den Hohlkörper (6) und das erste Rohr (7) erstreckt und zusammen mit dem ersten Rohr (7) einen Ausguss (9) mit einem Durchgang mit ringförmigem Querschnitt (9') definiert, der eine Fluidkommunikation zwischen dem Hohlkörper (6) und einem zu befüllenden Behälter (3) ermöglicht, wobei dieser Durchgang (9') durch eine axiale Verlagerung des zweiten Rohrs (8) in Bezug auf das erste Rohr (7) selektiv geöffnet und dicht verschlossen werden kann,- ein dichtes Anlagemittel (10), das dazu konfiguriert ist, die Öffnung (3') des Behälters (3) rund um den Ausguss (9), der durch die Öffnung (3') hindurchgeht, dichtend zu verschließen, und das zusammen mit dem ersten und dem zweiten Rohr (7, 8) die Füllhöhe des Behälters (3) bestimmt,- ein Betätigungsmittel (11) zum Ansteuern der axialen Positionierung des zweiten inneren Rohrs (8), wobei sich das Mittel (11) oberhalb des Hohlkörpers (6) auf der dem Ausguss (9) entgegengesetzten Seite befindet,- einen Satz Steuerventile (12 bis 16), die jeweils mit dem Hohlkörper (6), dem zweiten Rohr (8) bzw. dem zu befüllenden Behälter (3) in Fluidkommunikation stehen, um mindestens eine Art von Gas oder Luft in diesen einzuspritzen oder um Luft, ein eingespritztes Gas oder überschüssige Flüssigkeit (4) aus diesem abzuführen, wobei das Element (1) ferner einen Fluidverwaltungsblock (17) beinhaltet, der Ventile (12 bis 15), die fluidisch mit dem zweiten inneren Rohr (8) verbunden sind, enthält und mindestens ein Ablassventil (12; 14), um in dem zu befüllenden Behälter (3) einen Unterdruck oder einen atmosphärischen Druck zu erzeugen, mindestens ein Ventil zum Einspritzen eines neutralen oder Inertgases (13) und mindestens ein Ventil (15) zur Herstellung einer Fluidkommunikation mit dem Hohlkörper (6) umfasst, wobei dieser Funktionsblock (17) im oberen Teil des Hohlkörpers (6) montiert ist, von dem zweiten Rohr (8) durchquert wird und das Betätigungsmittel (11) für eben dieses stützt, und dass der Hohlkörper (6) mit dem ersten und dem zweiten Rohr (7, 8), der Funktionsblock zur Fluidverwaltung (17) und das Betätigungsmittel (11) des zweiten Rohrs (8) gemeinsam eine strukturelle Einheit bilden, die fest an oder in dem Tank (5) befestigt ist.
- Füllelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die modulare strukturelle Einheit, die durch den Hohlkörper (6), der eine Zuführleitung bildet, den Funktionsblock (17) und das Betätigungsmittel (11) gebildet wird, dazu konfiguriert ist, in dem Tank (5) montiert zu sein, und sich durch diesen erstreckt.
- Füllelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die modulare strukturelle Einheit, die aus dem Hohlkörper (6), der einen Zwischenbehälter bildet, dem Funktionsblock (17) und dem Betätigungsmittel (11) besteht, an der Außenseite des Tanks (5) montiert ist und dabei vorzugsweise nur durch fluidische Verbindungsmittel (18, 18') des Hohlkörpers (6) an dem Tank (5) befestigt ist, welcher gemäß der axialen Richtung (DA) des Ausgusses (9) in Bezug auf das dichte Anlagemittel (10) beweglich ist.
- Füllelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel des Tanks (5) mit dem Zwischenbehälter (6) zwei starre Leitungen (18, 18') beinhalten, die mit einem Versatz in der axialen Richtung (DA) des ersten und zweiten Rohrs (7, 8) auf einer Seite an dem Zwischenbehälter (6) angeschlossen sind, vorzugsweise mit einer in dieser Richtung (DA) länglichen Form, wobei diese zwei Leitungen (18, 18') auf der entgegengesetzten Seite fest an einer an dem Tank (5) befestigen Platte (19) angebracht sind, wobei die untere Leitung (18) dem Herabfließen der Flüssigkeit (4) durch Schwerkraft und ggf. durch Gasdruck dient und die obere Leitung (18') dem Rückfluss von Gas dient.
- Füllelement nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fluidverwaltungsblock (17) eine zentrale Kammer (20) umfasst, die einerseits mit dem zweiten Rohr (8), das durch sie hindurchgeht, und anderseits mit jedem der Steuerventile (12 bis 15), die sich in dem Block (17) befinden, in Fluidkommunikation steht, und dass diese unterschiedlichen Ventile (12 bis 15) in dem Block (17) kreisförmig um das zweite Rohr (8) und die zentrale Kammer (20) herum angeordnet sind.
- Füllelement nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fluidverwaltungsblock (17) aus zwei komplementären Teile (17', 17") besteht, nämlich einerseits einem unteren Teil (17'), der die Sitze (12' bis 15') der Steuerventile (12 bis 15), die sich in dem Block (17) befinden, sowie Abschnitte (17‴) von Fluidzirkulationsleitungen, die jeweils mit der äußeren Umgebung, dem zweiten Rohr (8) und dem Hohlkörper (6) verbunden sind, umfasst, wobei dieser untere Teil (17') vorteilhafterweise den Zwischenbehälter oder die Zuführleitung (6) auf der entgegengesetzten Seite des unteren Endes, das sich durch das erste Rohr (7) fortsetzt, verschließt, und andererseits einem oberen Teil (17''), der die Ansteuerungsmittel (12" bis 15") für die Ventile (12 bis 15) umfasst und das Betätigungsmittel (11) zum translatorischen Ansteuern des zweiten inneren Rohrs (8) in der axialen Richtung (DA) trägt.
- Füllelement nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsmittel (11) des zweiten Rohrs (8) aus einem Zylinder besteht, der dazu konfiguriert ist, das zweite Rohr (8), welches an seinem unteren Ende über ein Element (8')zum dichten Verschließen des ringförmigen Durchgangs (9') im Bereich seines unteren Ausgangs verfügt, zwischen einer abgesenkten Öffnungsstellung und einer angehobenen Schließstellung zu verlagern.
- Füllelement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen dem zweiten inneren Rohr (8) und dem Betätigungszylinder (11) über ein Verriegelungsmittel (11') erfolgt, dessen Entriegelung ein Herausziehen des inneren Rohrs (8) ermöglicht.
- Füllelement nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dichte Anlagemittel (10), das von dem Ausguss (9') durchquert wird, mindestens ein Ventil (16) zur Steuerung der Zirkulation in einem Abschnitt (10') einer Fluidzirkulationsleitung umfasst, der dazu konfiguriert ist, einen zu befüllenden Behälter (3) entweder mit der äußeren Umgebung oder mit einer Quelle für unter Druck stehendes neutrales oder Inertgas, wie etwa CO2 oder N2, zu verbinden, indem er an der Außenfläche des Ausgusses (9), der sich durch die Öffnung (3') erstreckt, mündet.
- Füllelement nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dichte Anlagemittel (10) ferner einen Drucksensor (21) umfasst, der dazu konfiguriert ist, den Druck in dem Abschnitt der Gaszirkulationsleitung (10') zu messen.
- Füllelement nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dichte Anlagemittel (10) einen zylindrischen Körper (22) beinhaltet, der von dem Ausguss (9) durchquert wird und der eine erste Dichtung (22'), die sich außen um das erste Rohr (7) erstreckt, und eine zweite Dichtung (22"), die dazu bestimmt ist, unter Druck um die Öffnung (3') eines Behälters (3) zur Anlage zu kommen, umfasst, und dass sich der Abschnitt der Zirkulationsleitung (10') in einem Haltearm (10"), der den zylindrischen Körper (22), das Steuerventil (16) und ggf. den Drucksensor (21) trägt, befindet und zwischen der vorgenannten ersten und zweiten Dichtung (22', 22") mündet, wobei das dichte Anlagemittel (10) zusammen mit dem Ausguss (9) die Füllhöhe festlegt.
- Füllelement nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner ein Mittel (23) zum Zentrieren und Halten eines Behälters (3) während des Befüllens beinhaltet, beispielsweise in Form eines Zentrierkonus, der dazu bestimmt ist, im Bereich der Basis des Flaschenhalses (3") einer Flasche (3) zur Anlage zu kommen, wobei dieses Mittel (23) frei entlang und in einem Abstand zu dem Ausguss (9) unterhalb des dichten Anlagemittels (10) gleitet.
- Maschine (2) zum Befüllen von Behältern (3), insbesondere von Flaschen oder dergleichen, mit einer Flüssigkeit (4), beispielsweise einem flüssigen Nahrungsmittel vom Typ Stillwein, Schaumwein, Bier, Saft oder dergleichen, aus einem Tank (5) oder dergleichen, wobei die Maschine (2) ein Gestell (2') beinhaltet, das den Tank (5) mit der Flüssigkeit (4), die durch ein neutrales Gas unter Druck gesetzt ist oder nicht, trägt, wobei die Maschine (2) ferner einerseits Mittel (2'') zur Zuführung von leeren Behältern (3), zur Positionierung der Behälter (3) zwecks ihrer Befüllung und zum Abtransport der befüllten Behälter (3) und andererseits Mittel zur vertikalen translatorischen Verlagerung des Tanks (5) beinhaltet, wobei die Maschine (5) ferner über eine Vielzahl von Füllelementen (1) verfügt, die kreisförmig um den Tank (5) herum oder entlang mindestens einer Seite desselben angeordnet sind oder in dem Tank (5) angebracht sind,
wobei die Maschine (2) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Füllelemente (1) aus Elementen nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 bestehen und dass dichte (10) Anlagemittel (10) ebenfalls an dem Gestell (2') montiert sind, sodass ein jedes mit einem entsprechenden Füllelement (1) zusammenwirkt und dabei gemäß der axialen Richtung (DA) des assoziierten Füllelements (1) von der Position her verstellbar ist.
