Fig. 5 et 6) ;
  • étape 2 : réalisation d'un vide relatif dans la bouteille 3 à travers le tube interne 8 par ouverture de la vanne 12 reliée à une source de vide ou de mise en dépression ;
  • étape 3 : injection de gaz d'inertage (par exemple gaz carbonique ou azote) dans la bouteille 3 à travers la vanne 13 (reliée à une source correspondante) et le tube interne 8 ;
  • étape 4 : réalisation d'un vide relatif dans la bouteille 3 comme dans l'étape 2 ;
  • étape 5 : mise sous pression de gaz carbonique ou d'azote du circuit de remplissage et de la bouteille 3 par ouverture de la vanne 15 reliant la cuve 5 et le réservoir intermédiaire 6 (qui sont soumis à une atmosphère de gaz d'inertage sous pression) au tube interne 8 ouvert sur la bouteille 3 ;
  • étape 6 : activation du moyen d'actionnement 11 provoquant l'ouverture du passage annulaire 9' par déplacement vers le bas du tube interne 8 (Fig. 8 et 9) : écoulement du liquide 4 contenu dans la cuve 5 à travers le conduit 18 dans le réservoir intermédiaire 6, puis à travers le passage annulaire 9' dans la bouteille 3, et reflux simultané du gaz d'inertage présent dans la bouteille 3 à travers le tube interne 8 et la vanne 15 dans le haut du réservoir intermédiaire 6 (et par l'intermédiaire du conduit 18' dans la cuve 5) ;
  • étape 7 : à la fin du remplissage : fermeture du passage annulaire 9' et mise à niveau du liquide 4 dans la bouteille 3 par injection de gaz d'inertage à travers la vanne 16 du moyen d'appui étanche 10 : la quantité de liquide 4 située au-dessus de la sortie inférieure du tube interne 8 est repoussée à travers ce tube et à travers la vanne 15 dans le réservoir intermédiaire 6, ladite vanne 15 étant ensuite fermée pour isoler le circuit de remplissage sous pression dès que la totalité du liquide 4 refoulé est retournée dans le réservoir intermédiaire 6 ;
  • étape 8 : mise à la pression atmosphérique de la bouteille 3 par action sur la vanne 14.

  • step 5: pressurizing the filling circuit and the bottle 3 with carbon dioxide or nitrogen by opening the valve 15 connecting the tank 5 and the intermediate tank 6 (which are subjected to an atmosphere of inerting gas under pressure) to the inner tube 8 open on the bottle 3;
  • step 6: activation of the actuating means 11 causing the opening of the annular passage 9' by downward movement of the inner tube 8 ( Fig. 8 and 9 ): flow of the liquid 4 contained in the tank 5 through the conduit 18 in the intermediate tank 6, then through the annular passage 9 'in the bottle 3, and simultaneous reflux of the inerting gas present in the bottle 3 through the inner tube 8 and valve 15 in the top of intermediate tank 6 (and via pipe 18' in tank 5);
  • step 7: at the end of filling: closure of the annular passage 9' and leveling of the liquid 4 in the bottle 3 by injection of inerting gas through the valve 16 of the sealed support means 10: the quantity of liquid 4 located above the lower outlet of the inner tube 8 is pushed back through this tube and through the valve 15 into the intermediate tank 6, said valve 15 then being closed to isolate the pressurized filling circuit as soon as all of the liquid 4 discharged is returned to the intermediate tank 6;
  • step 8: placing bottle 3 at atmospheric pressure by acting on valve 14.

Claims (13)

  1. Filling head (1) for a machine (2) for filling containers (3), notably bottles or the like, with a liquid (4), notably with still wine, sparkling wine or the like, from a tank (5) or a similar storage container forming part of said machine (2), said device (1) comprising:
    - a hollow body (6) forming an intermediate reservoir or conveyance duct, fluidically connected to said tank (5) and being extended in the bottom part by a first tube (7) defining an axial direction (DA) and configured to be able to be introduced into a container (3) to be filled through an aperture (3') thereof, for example at a neck (3"),
    - a second tube (8) extending coaxially and internally through the hollow body (6) and the first tube (7) and defining, with the first tube (7), a nose (9) with a passage with annular section (9') allowing a fluidic connection between said hollow body (6) and a container (3) to be filled, this passage (9') being able to be selectively opened and closed tightly by axial displacement of the second tube (8) with respect to the first tube (7),
    - a tight bearing means (10) configured to tightly block the aperture (3') of the container (3) around the nose (9) passing through said aperture (3') and determining, in cooperation with said first and second tubes (7, 8), the level of filling of said container (3),
    - an actuation means (11) for controlling the axial positioning of the internal second tube (8), said means (11) being situated above the hollow body (6), opposite the nose (9),
    - a set of control valves (12 to 16) fluidically connected respectively with the hollow body (6), the second tube (8) or the container to be filled (3) to inject therein at least one type of gas or air or to evacuate therefrom the air, an injected gas or an excess of liquid (4), the device (1) further comprising a fluidic management block (17) combining valves (12 to 15) fluidically linked to the internal second tube (8) and comprising at least one outlet valve (12; 14) to apply a negative pressure or set atmospheric pressure in the container to be filled (3), at least one neutral or inerting gas injection valve (13), and at least one valve (15) for establishing fluidic connection with the hollow body (6), this functional block (17) being mounted in the top part of said hollow body (6), passed through by the second tube (8) and supporting the actuation means (11) thereof, and in that said hollow body (6) with the first and second tubes (7, 8), the functional fluidic management block (17) and the actuation means (11) of the second tube (8) together form a structural unit fixed rigidly on or in the tank (5).
  2. Filling head according to Claim 1, characterized in that the modular structural unit formed by the conveyance duct-forming hollow body (6), the functional block (17) and the actuation means (11) is configured to be mounted in the tank (5) and extends through the latter.
  3. Filling head according to Claim 1, characterized in that the modular structural unit composed of the intermediate reservoir-forming hollow body (6), the functional block (17) and the actuation means (11) is mounted on the outside of the tank (5), by being secured preferentially only by means (18, 18') for fluidically connecting said hollow body (6) with said tank (5), which is movable in the axial direction (DA) of the nose (9) with respect to the tight bearing means (10).
  4. Filling head according to Claim 3, characterized in that the means for connecting the tank (5) with the intermediate reservoir (6) comprise two rigid ducts (18, 18') linked, with a mutual offset in the axial direction (DA) of the first and second tubes (7, 8), on one side to the intermediate reservoir (6), preferentially of elongate form in this direction (DA), these two ducts (18, 18') being secured, on the opposite side, to a plate (19) for fixing to the tank (5), the bottom duct (18) being used for the flow of the liquid (4) by gravity, and, if necessary, under gaseous pressure, and the top duct (18') being used for gaseous reflux.
  5. Filling head according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the fluidic management block (17) comprises a central chamber (20) fluidically connected, on the one hand, with the second tube (8) which passes through it and, on the other hand, with each of the control valves (12 to 15) incorporated in said block (17), and in that these various valves (12 to 15) are arranged in the block (17) circularly around said second tube (8) and said central chamber (20).
  6. Filling head according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the fluidic management block (17) is composed of two complimentary parts (17', 17"), namely, on the one hand, a bottom part (17') which incorporates the seats (12' to 15') of the control valves (12 to 15) incorporated in said block (17) and portions (17‴) of fluidic circulation lines linked respectively to the outside environment, to the second tube (8) and to the hollow body (6), this bottom part (17') advantageously closing the intermediate reservoir or conveyance duct (6) opposite its bottom end extended by the first tube (7), and, on the other hand, a top part (17") which comprises the control means (12" to 15") of said valves (12 to 15) and bears the actuation means (11) for controlling the translation of the internal second tube (8) in the axial direction (DA).
  7. Filling head according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the actuation means (11) of the second tube (8) consists of a cylinder configured to displace the second tube (8), which is provided at its bottom end with an element (8') for tightly closing the annular passage (9') at its bottom outlet, between a lowered position of opening and a raised position of closure thereof.
  8. Filling head according to Claim 7, characterized in that the link between the internal second tube (8) and the actuation cylinder (11) is produced by a locking means (11'), the unlocking of which allows extraction of said internal tube (8).
  9. Filling head according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the tight bearing means (10), passed through by the nose (9'), comprises at least one valve (16) for controlling the circulation in a portion of a fluidic circulation line (10') configured to link, by emerging on the outer face of the nose (9) extending through its aperture (3'), a container to be filled (3) either with the external environment, or with a source of neutral or inerting gas under pressure, such as CO2 or N2.
  10. Filling head according to Claim 9, characterized in that the tight bearing means (10) also comprises a pressure detector (21) configured to measure the pressure in the portion of the gaseous circulation line (10').
  11. Filling head according to either one of Claims 9 and 10, characterized in that the tight bearing means (10) comprises a cylindrical body (22) which is passed through by the nose (9) and which comprises a first seal (22') extending externally around the second tube (7) and a second seal (22") intended to come to bear under pressure around the aperture (3') of a container (3), and in that the portion of the circulation line (10') is incorporated in a support arm (10") bearing the cylindrical body (22), the control valve (16) and, if necessary, the pressure detector (21), and emerges between the above-mentioned first and second seals (22', 22"), said tight bearing means (10) fixing the filling level in cooperation with the nose (9).
  12. Filling head according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it also comprises a means (23) for centring and holding a container (3) during filling, for example in the form of a centring cone intended come to bear at the base of the neck (3") of a bottle (3), this means (23) sliding freely along and at a distance from the nose (9), under the tight bearing means (10).
  13. Machine (2) for filling containers (3), notably bottles or the like, with a liquid (4), for example an alimentary liquid of the still wine, sparkling wine, beer, juice or other such type, from a tank (5) or the like, said machine (2) comprising a frame (2') supporting said tank (5) with the liquid (4), under pressure from a neutral gas or not, said machine (2) further comprising, on the one hand, means (2") for fetching empty containers (3), positioning said containers (3) in order for them to be filled and discharging filled containers (3) and, on the other hand, means for translationally displacing the tank (5) vertically, said machine (5) being further equipped with a plurality of filling heads (1), arranged circumferentially around or along at least a side of said tank (5), or mounted in said tank (5), the machine (2) being characterized in that the filling heads (1) consist of devices according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, and in that means (10) of tight bearing (10) are also installed on the frame (2') so as to each cooperate with a corresponding filling head (1), by being able to be adjusted in position in the axial direction (DA) of the associated filling head (1).
