Description

Befestigungsvorrichtung in einem Möbelkorpus
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsvorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Ausstoßers für ein bewegbares Möbelteil in einem Möbelkorpus, mit einem über zwei seitliche Halteteile an den Seitenwänden des Möbelkorpus befestigbaren Querträger.
Eine derartige Befestigungsvorrichtung geht beispielsweise aus den Fig. 5 und 6 der WO 2006/017865 A1 hervor.
Nachteilig an der dort gezeigten Befestigungsvorrichtung ist die Tatsache, dass sie als Ganzes im Möbelkorpus montiert werden muss. Da sich die Befestigungsvorrichtung über die gesamte Breite des Möbelkorpus erstreckt, muss bei der Montage besonders darauf geachtet werden, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung gerade im Möbelkorpus montiert wird. Dies wird durch die große Länge der Befestigungsvorrichtung erschwert.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine gattungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung derart weiterzuentwickeln, dass sie leichter im Möbelkorpus montierbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Befestigungsvorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Durch die lösbare Verbindung des Querträgers mit den Halteteilen ist es möglich, zu Beginn der Montage die Halteteile gesondert an den Seitenwänden des Möbelkorpus zu befestigen und erst anschließend den Querträger mit den Halteteilen zu verbinden.
Dies erlaubt eine einfachere und genauere Montage der Befestigungsvorrichtung im Möbelkorpus.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen definiert.
So wird die Montage weiter erleichtert, wenn vorgesehen ist, dass die Halteteile über eine Schnappverbindung mit dem Querträger verbunden sind.
Weil Ausstoßer nach dem Stand der Technik häufig für die werkzeuglose Befestigung an einem längsprofilierten Profilstück ausgebildet sind und es wünschenswert ist, wenn derartige Ausstoßer ohne Modifikationen des Ausstoßers auch am Querträger einer erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungsvorrichtung befestigbar sind, ist bei einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass am Querträger ein Profilstück mit Längsprofilierung zur Befestigung des Ausstoßers angeordnet, vorzugsweise lösbar mit dem Querträger befestigt, ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft auch einen Möbelkorpus mit einer Rückseite und zwei im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Rückseite und parallel zueinander verlaufenden Seitenwänden. Die Rückseite kann - muss aber nicht - durch eine Rückwand abgedeckt sein.
Es kann vorkommen, dass in einem derartigen Möbelkorpus Schubladen mit verschiedenen Nennlängen einzubauen sind. Es ist dann nicht möglich, alle Ausstoßer an einem einzigen an der Rückseite des Möbelkorpus angeordneten und entlang der Höhe des Möbelkorpus verlaufenden Profilstück anzubringen.
In einem derartigen Fall kann durch eine erfindungsgemäße Befestigungsvorrichtung der Ausstoßer für eine Schublade mit geringerer Nennlänge befestigt werden, wenn, beabstandet von der Rückseite des Möbelkorpus, ein Querträger nach einem der vorgenannten Ausführungsbeispiele an den Seitenwänden des Möbelkorpus befestigt ist.
In diesem Fall wird die Montage der Halteteile der Befestigungsvorrichtung an den Seitenwänden erleichtert, wenn an den Seitenwänden bereits die Korpusschienen einer Ausziehführung für die auszustoßende Schublade montiert sind, weil dann die Halteteile der Befestigungsvorrichtung an den rückseitigen Enden der Korpusschienen anliegen können.
Schutz wird auch begehrt, für ein Halteteil einer Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einer der vorgenannten Ausführungsformen, wobei das Halteteil eine Schnappverbindung für den Querträger aufweist.
" " Bei'eϊήer konstruktiv einfachen Ausbildung des Halteteils ist vorgesehen, dass das Halteteil einen seitlichen Abschnitt zur Befestigung am Möbelkorpus und einen vom seitlichen Abschnitt im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig abstehenden Querabschnitt zur Verbindung mit dem Querträger aufweist. Das Halteteil kann, vorzugsweise an seinem Querabschnitt, eine Rasterung zum Ausgleich von Breitentoleranzen des Querträgers in Bezug auf den Möbelkorpus aufweisen.
Weil die auszustoßenden Schubladen teilweise unterschiedliche Höhen aufweisen, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn vorgesehen ist, dass am seitlichen Abschnitt ein Lappen ausgebildet oder lösbar befestigt ist.
Da das Halteteil üblicher Weise so positioniert wird, dass ein freies Ende des seitlichen Abschnitts an der Korpusschiene der Auszugsvorrichtung der Schublade anliegt, ist es möglich bei einer Schublade mit geringerer Nennhöhe den Lappen zu entfernen und damit den Ausstoßer in Bezug auf die Rückwand der Schublade in der richtigen Höhe anzuordnen.
Falls der Lappen am seitlichen Abschnitt ausgebildet ist, ist hierfür vorzugsweise vorgesehen, dass zwischen dem Lappen und dem Rest des seitlichen Abschnitts eine Sollbruchstelle ausgebildet ist.
Um in Bezug auf eine Touch-Latch-Funktionalität des Ausstoßers für die Schublade auch in der geschlossenen Endlage der Schublade im Möbelteil einen definierten Eindrückweg zur Verfügung zu stellen, ist bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform vorgesehen, dass das Halteteil einen Puffer für das bewegbare Möbelteil aufweist.
Weitere Vorteile und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich anhand der Figuren sowie der dazugehörigen Figurenbeschreibung. Dabei zeigen:

Fig. 6a bis 6c ein erfindungsgemäßes Halteteil in verschiedenen Zuständen. Fig. 1a zeigt eine Befestigungsvorrichtung 1 , welche in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem Querträger 7, zwei seitlichen Halteteilen 5 und einem Profilstück 8 mit Längsprofilierung zur Befestigung eines Ausstoßers 2 besteht. In Fig. 1a ist die Befestigungsvorrichtung 1 so dargestellt, wie sie im in den Fig. 1a und 1 b nicht dargestellten Möbelkorpus 4 montiert ist. Die Montage erfolgt allerdings derart, dass zuerst die Halteteile 5, beispielsweise über Schrauben 10, an den Seitenwänden 6 des Möbelkorpus 4 befestigt werden und erst anschließend der Querträger 7 in die seitlichen Halteteile 5 eingeschnappt wird. Das Profilstück 8 kann anschließend auf den Querträger 7 aufgeschnappt werden. Zum Schluss wird der Ausstoßer 2 am Profilstück 8 aufgeschnappt.
Fig. 2 zeigt ein Möbel mit einem Möbelkorpus 4, welches zwei Seitenwände 6 aufweist. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung 1 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel derart montiert, dass der Querträger 7 beabstandet von der Rückseite des Möbelkorpus 4 ist. Dies gestattet die Kontaktierung des Ausstoßers 2 mit dem als Schublade mit geringerer Nennlänge ausgebildeten bewegbaren Möbelteil 3.
Die Fig. 3a und 3b zeigen das in Fig. 2 dargestellte Möbel, wobei genau ersichtlich ist, dass das bewegbare Möbelteil 3 eine geringere Nennlänge aufweist als der Möbelkorpus 4 tief ist.
Aus Fig. 4 geht hervor, dass das seitliche Halteteil 5 im montierten Zustand an der Korpusschiene 9 einer Ausziehführung für die in den Fig. 2 und 3 dargestellte Schublade anliegt.
Fig. 5 zeigt eine weitere Darstellung hierzu.
Die Fig. 6a bis 6c zeigen ein erfindungsgemäßes Halteteil in perspektivischen Ansichten.
Fig. 6a zeigt, dass das Halteteil 5 in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel einen seitlichen Abschnitt 11 zur Befestigung am Möbelkorpus 4 sowie einen rechtwinklig davon abstehenden " ~ 'Qüerabs'chriitn 2 "aufweist. Am Querabschnitt" 12 ist eine Rasterung 13 zum Ausgleich von Breitentoleranzen ausgebildet. Das Halteteil 5 weist weiters eine Aufnahmeöffnung 14 für einen in Fig. 6c dargestellten Puffer für das bewegbare Möbelteil 3 auf. In Fig. 6a ist der Lappen 16 noch über die Sollbruchstelle 17 am seitlichen Abschnitt 11 ausgebildet. In den Fig. 6b und 6c wurde der Lappen16 weggebrochen, damit der seitliche Halteteil 5 in Bezug auf die in Fig. 6 nicht dargestellte Korpusschiene 9 tiefer angeordnet werden kann.
Anders als gezeigt, wäre es auch möglich, den Lappen 16 lösbar am seitlichen Abschnitt 11 zu befestigen, zum Beispiel über eine Schnappverbindung.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Befestigungsvorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Ausstoßers für ein bewegbares Möbelteil in einem Möbelkorpus, mit einem über zwei seitliche Halteteile an den Seitenwänden des Möbelkorpus befestigbaren Querträger, wobei der Querträger lösbar mit den Halteteilen verbunden ist und wobei am Querträger ein Ausstoßer befestigt ist.
2. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteteile (5) über eine Schnappverbindung mit dem Querträger (7) verbunden sind.
3. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Querträger (7) ein Profilstück (8) mit Längsprofilierung zur Befestigung des Ausstoßers (2) angeordnet, vorzugsweise lösbar mit dem Querträger (7) befestigt, ist.
4. Möbelkorpus mit einer Rückseite und zwei im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Rückseite und parallel zueinander verlaufenden Seitenwänden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beabstandet von der Rückseite ein Querträger (7) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 an den Seitenwänden (6) befestigt ist.
5. Möbelkorpus nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Seitenwänden
(6) die Korpusschienen (9) einer Ausziehführung für eine Schublade montiert sind, wobei die Halteteile (5) der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) an den rückseitigen Enden der Korpusschienen (9) anliegen.
6. Halteteil für eine Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (5) eine Schnappverbindung für den Querträger
(7) aufweist.

7." Hälteteil" nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (5) einen seitlichen Abschnitt (11) zur Befestigung am Möbelkorpus (4) und einen vom seitlichen Abschnitt (11) im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig abstehenden Querabschnitt (12) zur Verbindung mit dem Querträger (7) aufweist.
8. Halteteil nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (5), vorzugsweise an seinem Querabschnitt (12), eine Rasterung (13) zum Ausgleich von Breitentoleranzen aufweist.
9. Halteteil nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am seitlichen
Abschnitt (11) ein Lappen (16) ausgebildet oder lösbar befestigt ist.
10. Halteteil nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Lappen (16) und dem Rest des seitlichen Abschnitts (11) eine Sollbruchstelle (17) ausgebildet ist.
11. Halteteil nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (5) einen Puffer (15) für das bewegbare Möbelteil (3) aufweist.
