Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hydraulikaggregat zur Lieferung von Öl an einen hydraulischen Kraftschrauber, mit einem Öl enthaltenden Reservoir in dem ein Motor als Tauchmotor enthalten ist, einer von dem Motor angetriebenen Pumpe und einem Steuergerät zur Steuerung der Hubrichtungsumkehr des Kraftschraubers in Abhängigkeit von dem Druck am Ausgang des Hydraulikaggregates.
- Ein Hydraulikaggregat dieser Art ist beschrieben in
WO 2006/103199 Al (Wagner). Dieses Hydraulikaggregat weist ein Reservoir auf, in welchem ein Tauchmotor angeordnet ist, der in das im Reservoir enthaltene Öl eingetaucht ist. Der Tauchmotor ist gehäuselos, so dass das Öl alle Funktionsteile des Motors erreichen kann und auch den Spalt zwischen Stator und Rotor ausfüllt. Der Motor treibt eine Mehrfach-Kolbenpumpe mit verteilt angeordneten Einzelpumpen. Die Einzelpumpen werden über einen auf der Motorwelle sitzenden Exzenter zyklisch betätigt. Eine derartige Pumpe hat einen sternförmigen Aufbau und sie ist in dem zylindrischen Reservoir in einer Querschnittsebene angeordnet. Das Hydraulikaggregat weist auf dem Gehäuse des Reservoirs eine Motorsteuerung auf, die in einem separaten Gerätegehäuse enthalten ist. - Die üblichen Hydraulikaggregate für Kraftschrauber werden in einer Umgebung ohne besondere Explosionsgefährdung eingesetzt. Daher kann für den Antrieb der Mehrfach-Kolbenpumpe ein Elektromotor eingesetzt werden. Bei Hydraulikaggregaten, die in einer explosionsgefährdeten Umgebung laufen müssen, ist das bekannte Hydraulikaggregat, das einen gehäuselosen Motor enthält, nicht geeignet. Durch den Elektromotor könnte im Innern des Reservoirs ein Brand des dort vorhandenen Öls auftreten. Eine explosionsgeschützte Kapselung würde eine erhebliche Volumen- und Gewichtssteigerung erfordern.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Hydraulikaggregat für einen hydraulischen Kraftschrauber zu schaffen, das hinsichtlich der Betriebsarten optimiert ist.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Hydraulikaggregat ist durch den Anspruch 1 definiert. Es weist innerhalb des Reservoirs als Motor einen Pneumatikmotor auf, der von einer externen Druckluftquelle versorgt wird. Im Gegensatz zu einem Elektromotor fließen in einem Pneumatikmotor keine elektrischen Ströme, so dass keine Funken durch Schleifringe u. dgl. entstehen können und auch keine durch Stromfluss überhitzten Drähte. Der Pneumatikmotor arbeitet mit Druckluft, so dass keine zusätzlichen brennbaren Substanzen in das Reservoir eingeführt werden. Die zu dem Hydraulikaggregat gehörende Steuerung ist dem gegenüber elektrisch ausgeführt. Sie ist vorzugsweise in einem explosionsgeschützten eigenen Gerätegehäuse untergebracht. Das Konzept der Erfindung sieht eine Zweiteilung vor: Der Motor als ein Verbraucher, der mit hohen Stromstärken arbeitet, wird ersetzt durch einen von elektrischen Strömen freien Pneumatikmotor, während die Steuerung oder "Intelligenz", die in Mikroelektronik ausgeführt ist, elektrisch bleibt. Diese gesplittete Lösung führt zu einem relativ kostengünstigen und leichtgewichtigen Hydraulikaggregat, das leicht an den jeweiligen Einsatzort der Kraftschrauber getragen werden kann. Eine pneumatische Lösung für das Steuergerät hätte demgegenüber den Nachteil eines hohen Gewichts, und einer erhöhten Störanfälligkeit in dem rauen Baustelleneinsatz. Durch die Erfindung wird eine hohe Schaltgenauigkeit bei relativ geringem Aufwand erreicht. Dadurch, dass das Steuergerät elektronisch aufgebaut ist, können Funktionen wie automatische Endlagensteuerung, Drehmoment-Drehwinkel-Schraubverfahren sowie Dokumentation der Verschraubungsparameter realisiert werden, wie in
DE 102 22 159 und10 2004 017979 beschrieben. - Der in das Hydrauliköl eingetauchte Hydraulikmotor bewirkt eine Kühlung des Hydrauliköls durch Entspannung der den Motor verlassenden Druckluft. Andererseits verhindert das Hydrauliköl ein Vereisen des Pneumatikmotors. Somit besteht eine thermisch vorteilhafte Interaktion zwischen Pneumatikmotor und hydrautischem Pumpenkreislauf.
- Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das Steuergerät über eine elektrische Leitung mit einem elektrisch gesteuerten Treiberventil verbunden, das die Druckluftzufuhr zu einem die Hubrichtungsumkehr des Kolbens des Kraftschraubers bewirkenden Hauptventil steuert. Das Treiberventil bewirkt eine Leistungsverstärkung der leistungsschwachen Signale der elektronischen Steuerung. Bei einer elektrischen Steuerung des Hauptventils würde sich ein hoher Stromverbrauch allein durch das Hauptventil ergeben mit der Folge, dass zusätzliche Explosionsschutzmaßnahmen erforderlich wären.
- Eine vorteilhafte Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht vor, dass das Steuergerät einen Akkumulator zur elektrischen Stromversorgung der elektronischen Steuerung enthält. Somit kommt das Hydraulikaggregat ohne Netzanschluss aus. Der Akkumulator kann eine niedrige Betriebsspannung von 12 oder 24 Volt liefern, die für den Betrieb der Steuerung ausreicht. Durch den Akkumulator wird die Mobilität des Hydraulikaggregates erhöht. Das Hydraulikaggregat benötigt lediglich einen Druckluftanschluss. Die Druckluft kann von einer entfernt angeordneten Druckluftquelle geliefert und über einen flexiblen Schlauch zugeführt werden. Eine Rückleitung ist in dem Druckluftsystem nicht erforderlich. Besonders günstig ist die Kombination der Akkumulator-Stromversorgung mit einem elektrisch gesteuerten pneumatischen Treiberventil. Dadurch wird der Akkumulator mit relativ geringen Verbraucherströmen belastet. Das pneumatische Drucksystem hat einen niedrigen Druck in der Größenordnung von 10 bar, während das Hydrauliksystem eines Kraftschraubers mit mehreren 100 bar arbeitet.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Hydraulikaggregat eignet sich für Einsätze in explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung, beispielsweise für Pipelines für Öl oder Gas oder auch für Einsätze in der chemischen Industrie und im Bergbau. Der elektrische Teil ist in explosionsgeschützter Bauart nach Atex-Richtlinien ausgeführt. Dies bedeutet eine entsprechende Kapselung der Gehäuse und der Leitungsdurchführungen.
- Im Folgenden wird unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert.

- Das Hydraulikaggregat weist einen generell zylindrischen Behälter 10 auf, der das Reservoir 11 für das Hydraulikmedium umschließt. Der Behälter 10 weist Tragfüße 12 auf, mit denen er auf den Boden gestellt werden kann. Die Tragfüße 12 stehen von der Umfangswand des Behälters ab.
- Am vorderen Behälterende befinden sich Hydraulikanschlüsse 13 und 14, mit denen (nicht dargestellte) Schläuche verbunden werden können, die zu einem hydraulischen Kraftschrauber führen. Der eine Schlauchanschluss 13 ist der Druckanschluss und der andere Schlauchanschluss 14 ist der Rücklaufanschluss. Der von dem Hydraulikaggregat lieferbare hydraulische Druck beträgt mehrere hundert bar.
- In dem Behälter 10 ist eine Mehrfach-Kolbenpumpe 15 angeordnet, die in gleicher Weise ausgebildet ist, wie die Mehrfach-Kolbenpumpe, die in
WO 2006/103199 A1 beschrieben ist. Die einzelnen Pumpensegmente, die sternförmig um eine Welle angeordnet sind, werden von einem auf der Welle sitzenden Exzenter 16 zyklisch angetrieben, so dass die Pumpensegmente nacheinander Hydrauliköl ansaugen und mit hohem Druck ausstoßen. Der Antrieb der Mehrfachkolbenpumpe 15 erfolgt durch einen Motor 18, der in dem Reservoir 11 angeordnet ist. Der Motor 18 ist ein Pneumatikmotor mit einem öldichten Gehäuse. Der Motor 18 treibt eine Welle 19, die den Exzenter 16 antreibt. Der Motor 18 ist mit einer Schlauchleitung mit einer Druckluftquelle verbunden. - Der Behälter 10 weist einen Öleinfüllstutzen 20 auf, der mit einem Schraubdeckel 21 verschlossen werden kann.
- An der Vorderseite des Behälters 10 befindet sich ein Manometer 22, das den Druck in der hydraulischen Druckleitung anzeigt. Ferner ist das pneumatisch betätigte hydraulische Hauptventil 23 an dem Behälter 10 befestigt, welches die Hubrichtungsumkehr des Kraftschraubers steuert. Das Hauptventil 23 wird pneumatisch von dem Treiberventil 26 betätigt. Die Druckluftleitung, die an eine (nicht dargestellte) Druckluftquelle angeschlossen ist, versorgt das Treiberventil 26 und den Pneumatikmotor 18. Vom Treiberventil 26 führt eine pneumatische Steuerleitung zum Hauptventil 23.
- An der rückwärtigen Stirnwand des Behälters 10 ist eine zur Pneumatik gehörende Aufbereitungseinheit 25 befestigt, die Filter, Wasserabscheider, Öler und Druckminderer enthält und die Druckluft an das Hauptventil 23 und den Pneumatikmotor liefert.
- Auf der Oberseite des Behälters 10 ist das elektronische Steuergerät 30 befestigt, das in einem explosionsgeschützt gekapselten Gehäuse 31 untergebracht ist. Die Steuerung umfasst die erforderliche Hardware und Software. Sie ist mit verschiedenen Sensoren verbunden, wozu insbesondere auch Drucksensoren gehören, die den Druck in der hydraulischen Druckleitung messen. In Abhängigkeit von der Höhe dieses Druckes kann die auf den Kraftschrauber wirkende Last bestimmt werden. Der Kraftschrauber weist einen hin- und hergehend angetriebenen Kolben auf. Wenn dieser innerhalb des Hydraulikzylinders eine Endlage erreicht, steigt der Druck steil an. Dieser steile zeitliche Druckanstieg wird von der Steuerung erkannt und für die Richtungsumkehr benutzt. Die Richtungsumkehr wird durch das Hauptventil 23 bewirkt, das die Hydraulikanschlüsse 13, 14 wechselseitig zwischen Druck und Rücklauf umschaltet. Die Steuerung des Hauptventils 23 erfolgt über das Treiberventil 26 durch das Steuergerät 30. Ein elektrisch betätigbares Ventil ist in der Ölversorgung für den Kraftschrauber nicht vorhanden.
- Das Steuergerät 30 ist zusätzlich über ein Kabel 35 mit einer Fernbedienung 36 verbunden. Die Fernbedienung, die in der Hand zu halten ist, weist manuell zu betätigende Tasten auf, mit denen zwischen Vorhub und Rückhub ausgewählt werden kann. Außerdem kann an der Fernbedienung auf automatische Hubrichtungsumkehr geschaltet werden. Die Fernbedienung 36 ist mit der elektrischen Steuerung verbunden, die ihrerseits das Hauptventil 23 entsprechend betätigt.
- Zur Energieversorgung der Steuerung enthält das Steuergerät 30 einen Akkumulator, d. h. eine wiederaufladbare Batterie. Diese dient zur Aufrechterhaltung der Funktion der Datenverarbeitung und -steuerung sowie auch zur Ansteuerung des Hauptventils 23.
- Die Aufteilung der einzelnen Komponenten in Hydraulik, Pneumatik und Elektrik ist in
Figur 2 dargestellt. Elektrisch ist alles, was mit der Steuerung zu tun hat, also sowohl die Sensorik 40 als auch die Fernbedienung 36. Pneumatisch betätigt sind dagegen der Pneumatikmotor 18 und das Hauptventil 23.
Claims (4)
- Hydraulikaggregat zur Lieferung von Öl an einen hydraulischen Kraftschrauber, mit einem Öl enthaltenden Reservoir (11), in dem ein Motor (18) als Tauchmotor enthalten ist, einer von dem Motor (18) angetriebenen Pumpe (15) und einem Steuergerät (30) zur Steuerung der Hubrichtungsumkehr des Kraftschraubers in Abhängigkeit von dem Druck am Ausgang des Hydraulikaggregates,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Motor (18) ein Pneumatikmotor ist und dass das Steuergerät (30) als elektronische Steuerung ausgeführt ist. - Hydraulikaggregat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuergerät (30) in einem explosionsgeschützten Gerätegehäuse (31) untergebracht ist.
- Hydraulikaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuergerät (30) über eine elektrische Leitung mit einem elektrisch gesteuerten Treiberventil (26) verbunden ist, das die Druckluftzufuhr zu einem die Hubrichtungsumkehr bewirkenden Hauptventil (23) steuert.
- Hydraulikaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuergerät (30) einen Akkumulator zur elektrischen Stromversorgung der elektrischen Steuerung enthält.
