Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Saunakabine mit einem durch mehrere Kabinenwände begrenzten und durch eine Tür zugänglichen Kabineninnenraum, in dem ein Saunaofen und eine Aufgusseinrichtung angeordnet sind.
  • Eine solche Sauna kann in Blockbauweise aus Vollholz individuell aufgebaut oder aus vorgefertigten Elementen zu einer Saunakabine zusammengesetzt werden. Beiden Varianten gemeinsam ist jedoch der üblicherweise große Raumbedarf der auch durch den frei im Innern der Saunakabine aufgestellten Saunaofen bedingt ist. Saunen werden daher zumeist im Keller aufgestellt, wobei zusätzlicher Installationsaufwand für eine Dusche oder ein Kaltwasserbecken entsteht. Ein Keller ist zudem meist nicht sehr wohnlich ausgestattet, weshalb eine richtige Wellness-Atmosphäre zum erholsamen Entspannen daher nur schwer erzielbar ist.
  • DE 10 2006 039 161 offenbart eine bekannte Sauna Kabine.
  • Durch den hohen Platzbedarf und den Installationsaufwand ist es vielen Saunaliebhabern und Saunainteressenten kaum möglich eine solche Sauna zu installieren.
  • Um auch neue Käuferschichten anzusprechen, ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Saunakabine zu schaffen, die einfach zu installieren und zu warten ist und die im Keller, insbesondere aber auch im Badezimmer, aber auch in sonstigen Räumen aufzustellen ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß wie beansprucht dadurch gelöst, dass zumindest der Saunaofen im Kabineninnenraum auf einem beweglichen Aggregatträger angeordnet ist, dass der Aggregatträger zumindest teilweise aus dem Kabineninnenraum ausziehbar und wieder hineinschiebbar ist und dass eine Verblendung vorgesehen ist, die den Aggregatträger und die darauf befindlichen Aggregate zum Kabineninnenraum hin wenigstens teilweise verdeckt.
  • Die Saunakabine weist im Kabineninnenraum einen beweglichen Aggregatträger auf, auf dem zumindest der Saunaofen und die dafür notwendigen Steuerelemente angeordnet sind. Der Aggregatträger ist zur Installation und Wartung zumindest teilweise aus dem Kabineninnenraum ausfahrbar, ausziehbar und wieder hineinschiebbar. Dadurch wird insbesondere die Montage und Installation der Saunakabine erleichtert, da alle notwendigen Steuerelemente leicht zugänglich auf dem Aggregatträger angeordnet sind.
  • Der Aggregatträger ist durch die Verblendung zumindest teilweise verdeckt, so dass vom Kabineninnenraum der Saunaofen und die zugehörige Technik auf dem Aggregatträger nicht sichtbar sind und der Kabineninnenraum insofern von technischen Komponenten frei ist.
  • Der Saunaofen und die zugehörigen Aggregate sind auf dem ausziehbaren Aggregatträger trotzdem gut zugänglich, so dass eine eventuell notwendige Wartung der Aggregate bequem von Außen durchgeführt werden kann. Da dazu die Saunakabine nicht betreten werden muss, entsteht im Kabineninnenraum praktisch kein Schmutz.
  • Dabei ist es auch denkbar, dass der Aggregatträger komplett austauschbar ist, so dass die Sauna innerhalb kürzester Zeit wieder einsatzfähig ist. Bei einer anfallenden Wartung oder Reparatur kann der Aggregatträger durch einen Austausch-Aggregatträger ersetzt werden und die Wartung oder Reparatur der Aggregate kann in Ruhe in der Werkstatt des Monteurs durchgeführt werden. Dies könnte sogar im laufenden Betrieb erfolgen, so dass praktisch keine Ausfallzeit entsteht.
  • Der Aggregatträger kann dabei mit einer Ausziehsperre versehen sein, um ein ungewolltes Entfernen des Aggregatträgers aus der Saunakabine zu verhindern.
  • Der Aggregatträger könnte zwar an jeder Kabinenwand, am Boden oder an der Decke der Saunakabine angeordnet werden. Für die Lösung der Aufgabe ist es aber bevorzugt, wenn der Aggregatträger an der Innenseite einer Kabinenwand angeordnet und im wesentlichen entlang dieser Kabinenwand bewegbar ist. Dadurch können die Aggregate einerseits gegenüber dem Kabineninnenraum platzsparend und gut verborgen untergebracht, aber für Inspektions- und Wartungsarbeiten gut zugänglich gemacht werden. Der an der Seitenwand ausziehbare Aggregatträger ist insbesondere aufrecht stehend erreichbar, so dass entsprechende Arbeiten bequem durchführbar sind.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Saunakabine im wesentlichen quaderförmig aus selbsttragenden Kabinenwänden aufgebaut und der Aggregatträger ist an der Innenseite einer Seitenwand angeordnet, die etwa rechtwinklig zur Vorderseite der Saunakabine ausgerichtet ist. Die vorzugsweise vorgefertigten Kabinenwände können am Aufstellungsort der Sauna einfach zusammengebaut werden. Zur Inbetriebnahme genügt es den Aggregatträger mit dem Saunaofen in die Saunakabine einzuschieben und anzuschließen. Die Saunakabine ist somit eine Einheit, die nur einen Stromanschluss benötigt. Dadurch lässt sich die erfindungsgemäße Saunakabine wie ein Schrank auch in Wohnräumen, etwa im Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer oder sogar im Wohnzimmer aufstellen, wo die Saunakabine durch eine entsprechende Gestaltung gut einpassbar ist. Dadurch kann beispielsweise auch die aufwändige Neuinstallation einer Dusche entfallen.
  • Durch die Integration der Saunakabine in den Wohnbereich kann eine insgesamt aufeinander abgestimmte Wohlfühl- und Entspannungs-Atmosphäre geschaffen werden, ohne dass beispielsweise ein Kellerraum aufwändig umgestaltet werden muss.
  • Um eine platzsparende Aufstellung zu ermöglichen, ist es zweckmäßig, wenn der Aggregatträger an der Vorderseite der Saunakabine insbesondere mittels einer Linearführung ausfahrbar ist. Der Aggregatträger kann beispielsweise neben der ebenfalls an der Vorderseite befindlichen Zugangs-Türe angeordnet sein. Somit ist zum Ausziehen des Aggregatträgers kein zusätzlicher Raum notwendig und die Saunakabine, kann auch direkt in eine Raumecke oder zwischen zwei Raumwänden eingepasst werden. Die Saunakabine ist dadurch auch zum nachträglichen Einbau geeignet, beispielsweise in einem Badezimmer und gegebenenfalls im Austausch mit einer Badewanne. Die Saunakabine ermöglicht somit auch Wohnungsbesitzern und sogar Mietern, in ihrer Wohnung eine Sauna aufzustellen, ohne dass aufwändige bauliche Maßnahmen notwendig wären.
  • Die Verblendung des Aggregatträgers kann vorzugsweise fest mit der Saunakabine verbunden und im wesentlichen parallel zur Seitenwand ausgerichtet sein. Die Verblendung kann beispielsweise als eine Art Zwischen- oder Vorwand ausgebildet sein, die den Aggregatträger zum Kabineninnerraum hin verdeckt. Somit sind der Aggregatträger und die eigentliche Kabineninnenwand zumindest teilweise nicht mehr sichtbar. Der Aggregatträger und die davor installierte Verblendung sind bevorzugt aneinander angepasst, so dass der ganze Aggregatträger verdeckt wird. Dabei ist es durchaus denkbar, dass der Aggregatträger nur eine bestimmte Höhe erreicht und die Verblendung auf dieser Höhe in einen horizontalen Teil übergeht, der den Aggregatträger nach oben abdeckt, so dass eine Ablage entsteht. Auf dieser Ablage kann beispielsweise eine Aufgusseinrichtung zum manuellen Aufgießen angeordnet sein. Die Aufgusseinrichtung kann beispielsweise handelsübliche Saunasteine aufweisen, die vom Aggregatträger aus beheizbar sind.
  • Besonders bevorzugt verdeckt die Verblendung im wesentlichen die ganze Seitenwand, an der der Aggregatträger angeordnet ist. Dadurch ist der Aggregatträger vollständig unsichtbar hinter der Verblendung, die in dieser Ausführung als eine Art Zwischen- oder Vorwand ausgeführt ist, verdeckt. Die Verblendung kann dabei zweckmäßigerweise an der Kabinendecke und/oder dem Boden, aber auch nur oder zusätzlich an der Rückwand befestigt sein. Die Verblendung kann vorzugsweise demontierbar oder abnehmbar ausgebildet sein.
  • Da die Verblendung vorzugsweise die gesamte Seitenwand abdeckt, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn wenigstens eine Öffnung zum Durchleiten der Wärme und des Aufgussdampfes vom Aggregatträger in den Kabineninnenraum vorgesehen ist. Vorzugsweise ist die Öffnung im Bereich der Kabinendecke angeordnet, da dadurch die Wärme im Innenraum besser zirkulieren kann und sich angenehmer verteilt. Bei einer anderen Anordnung der Aggregate auf dem Aggregatträger kann die Durchleit-Öffnung auch an einer anderen Stelle sinnvoll angeordnet sein.
  • Um die Bedienung der Saunakabine möglichst einfach zu gestalten, ist es zweckmäßig, wenn der Aggregatträger an der Vorderseite der Saunakabine eine von Außen zugängliche Bedienkonsole aufweist. In der Bedienkonsole kann beispielsweise der Hauptschalter und ein Temperaturwähler angeordnet sein, so dass die Sauna bequem von außen ein- und ausgeschaltet werden kann. Zweckmäßig ist die Bedienkonsole an der Vorderseite der Saunakabine angeordnet und hinter einer Tür oder einer Klappe verdeckt.
  • Zum Erzielen einer stilvollen Sauna- und Entspannungsatmosphäre kann es vorteilhaft sein, wenn die Vorderseite der Saunakabine eine Glaswand und/oder eine Glastüre aufweist. Dadurch wird die Saunakabine offener zum Raum, in dem sie aufgestellt ist und wirkt nicht so massiv. Durch eine individuelle Beleuchtung lässt sich die Saunakabine so in jeden Wohnbereich einpassen.
  • Um auch bei der bevorzugten ganzseitigen Verblendung nicht auf Aufgüsse zu verzichten, ist es besonders vorteilhaft, wenn auf dem Aggregatträger eine Aufgusseinrichtung zum automatischen Aufgießen angeordnet ist, wobei die Aufgusseinrichtung einen Verdampfer und einen Wasserbehälter aufweist. Der Verdampfer hat dabei einen oder mehrere Dampfaustritte in den Kabineninnenraum, wobei in der Verblendung ebenfalls entsprechende Öffnungen vorgesehen sind. Die Aufgüsse können manuell durch eine Steuerung oder automatisch nach einem Zeitablaufschema gesteuert erfolgen.
  • Der Wasserbehälter ist bevorzugt in der von Außen zugänglichen Bedienkonsole angeordnet und ist zum Befüllen entnehmbar. Dadurch kann das Wasser einfach von außen nachgefüllt werden, ohne dass dazu der Aggregatträger aus der Saunakabine herausgezogen oder die Saunakabine betreten werden muss.
  • Der Aggregatträger kann zum Ausziehen aus der Saunakabine an der Decke und/oder dem Boden und/oder der Seitenwand auf Rollen, auf einer oder mehreren Teleskopschienen oder auf einer anderen Linearführung gelagert sein.
  • Zur Steuerung der gesamten Saunakabine mit allen Funktionen kann eine kabellose Fernbedienung im Kabineninnenraum vorgesehen sein, so dass während des Saunabades die Beleuchtung und die Temperatur verändert und/oder ein Aufguss durchgeführt werden können und eventuell Musik gehört werden kann.
  • Eine bevorzugte Ausführung der erfindungsgemäßen Saunakabine ist nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

  • Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine im Ganzen mit 1 bezeichnete Saunakabine gemäß der Erfindung. Die Saunakabine 1 ist quaderförmig aufgebaut und hat neben zwei schmalen Seitenwänden 2, 3, und einer breiten Vorderseite 4 mit der Zugangs-Tür 5 noch eine Decke 6, einen Boden 7 sowie eine Rückseite. Die Saunakabine 1 ist selbsttragend und in sich stabil aufgebaut, so dass die Saunakabine 1 freistehend in einem Raum aufgestellt werden kann.
  • Die Vorderseite 4 weist im gezeigten Beispiel eine Türe 5 auf, die von zwei Wandelementen 8, 9 eingerahmt ist, wobei die Türe 5 und/oder die Wandelemente 8, 9 zumindest teilweise aus Glas sein können.
  • An der Innenseite der rechten Seitenwand 3 (Fig. 6) ist im Kabineninnenraum 10 ein Aggregatträger 11 angeordnet, der an der Vorderseite 4 der Saunakabine 1 aus dem Kabineninnenraum 10 ausgezogen werden kann. In geschlossenem Zustand ist die Frontplatte 12 des Aggregatträgers 11 fluchtend mit dem neben der Türe 5 liegenden Wandelement 9 ausgerichtet, so dass die Vorderseite 4 eine einheitliche Fläche aufweist. Der Aggregatträger 11 erstreckt sich dabei über die gesamte Höhe des Kabineninnenraums 10 wobei auch die Frontplatte 12 die volle Höhe aufweist.
  • Figur 2 zeigt die Saunakabine 1 mit teilweise ausgezogenem Aggregatträger 11. Dabei ist gut erkennbar, wie die einzelnen Aggregate für eventuell anfallende Wartungsarbeiten leicht von außen aufrecht stehend zugänglich sind. Der Auszug ähnelt dabei einem Apothekerschrank.
  • Der Aggregatträger 11 ist an der Decke 6 (Fig. 7) und am Boden 7 des Kabineninnenraums auf kugelgelagerten Gleitschienen 25 gelagert, so dass ein kraft- und materialschonender Ausziehvorgang möglich ist.
  • Der Aggregatträger 11 ist im Detail in den Figuren 3 bis 5 gezeigt. Der Aggregatträger 11 trägt die meisten oder alle für den Saunabetrieb erforderlichen Aggregate, so dass der Kabineninnenraum davon frei gehalten werden kann. Dazu weist er im Ausführungsbeispiel eine zur Seitenwand 3 parallele, also vertikal orientierte Grundplatte 13 auf, an welcher ein Saunaofen 14, eine Aufgusseinrichtung 15, weitere dem Saunabetrieb dienende Aggregate und eine Bedienkonsole 16 angeordnet sind. Die Bedienkonsole 16 ist dabei an der der Vorderseite 4 der Saunakabine zugewandten Kante der Grundplatte 13 benachbart zu der Türe 5 angeordnet. Die Bedienkonsole 16 ist zudem über eine separate Klappe oder Tür 17 in der Frontplatte 12 von der Vorderseite 4 aus zugänglich.
  • In der Bedienkonsole 16 ist ein Wasserbehälter 18 angeordnet, der mit der Aufgusseinrichtung 15 verbunden ist und aus dem Wasser gesteuert auf den Verdampfer der Aufgusseinrichtung 15 abgegeben werden kann. Zum Befüllen des Wasserbehälters 18 ist dieser durch die Tür 17 an der Frontplatte 12 von Außen zugänglich und herausnehmbar.
  • Weiterhin ist in der Bedienkonsole 16 der Hauptschalter 19 und ein Temperaturwählschalter 20 sowie eine Steuereinheit für die gesamte Saunakabine angeordnet. Eine Schnittstelle zum ankoppeln eines tragbaren Musikabspielers 21 ist ebenfalls von außen zugänglich in der Bedienkonsole 16 vorgesehen.
  • Der Saunaofen 14 und der Verdampfer 15 haben am oberen Ende des Aggregatträgers 11 jeweils rechtwinklige Öffnungen 22, 23 aus denen die Warmluft beziehungsweise der Wasserdampf in den Kabineninnenraum austreten können.
  • Der Aggregatträger 11 ist im Kabineninnenraum 10 durch eine innenraumhohe und -breite Verblendung 24 vollständig verdeckt. Die Verblendung 24 ist dabei wie eine Zwischenwand an den umgebenden Innenwänden der Saunakabine befestigt, so dass der Aggregatträger 11 zwischen der Verblendung 24 und der Seitenwand 3 unsichtbar angeordnet ist (Fig. 6). Am oberen Ende der Verblendung 24, im Bereich der Auslassöffnungen 22, 23 des Saunaofens 14 und des Verdampfers 15, ist eine Öffnung zum Durchleiten der Wärme und des Wasserdampfes vorgesehen.
  • Die Saunakabine 1 mit einem durch mehrere Kabinenwände begrenzten und durch eine Tür 5 an der Vorderseite 4 zugänglichen Kabineninnenraum 10, in dem ein Saunaofen 14 und eine Aufgusseinrichtung 15 angeordnet sind. Zumindest der Saunaofen 14 ist im Kabineninnenraum 10 auf einem beweglichen Aggregatträger 11 angeordnet, wobei der Aggregatträger 11 zumindest teilweise aus dem Kabineninnenraum 10 ausziehbar und wieder hineinschiebbar ist. Im Kabineninnenraum 10 ist weiterhin eine Verblendung 24 vorgesehen, die den Aggregatträger 11 und die darauf befindlichen Aggregate 14, 15 zum Kabineninnenraum hin wenigstens teilweise verdeckt.

Claims (15)

  1. Saunakabine (1) mit einem durch mehrere Kabinenwände begrenzten und durch eine Tür (5) an der Vorderseite (4) zugänglichen Kabineninnenraum (10), in dem ein Saunaofen (14) und eine Aufgusseinrichtung (15) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der Saunaofen (14) im Kabineninnenraum (10) auf einem beweglichen Aggregatträger (11) angeordnet ist, dass der Aggregatträger (11) zumindest teilweise aus dem Kabineninnenraum (10) ausziehbar und wieder hineinschiebbar ist und dass eine Verblendung (24) vorgesehen ist, die den Aggregatträger (11) und die darauf befindlichen Aggregate (14, 15, 16) zum Kabineninnenraum (10) hin wenigstens teilweise verdeckt.
  2. Saunakabine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aggregatträger (11) an der Innenseite einer Kabinenwand (3) angeordnet ist und im wesentlichen entlang dieser Kabinenwand (3) beweglich ist.
  3. Saunakabine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saunakabine (1) im wesentlichen quaderförmig aus selbsttragenden Kabinenwänden aufgebaut ist und der Aggregatträger (11) an der Innenseite einer Seitenwand (3) angeordnet ist, die etwa rechtwinklig zur Vorderseite (4) ausgerichtet ist.
  4. Saunakabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aggregatträger (11) an der Vorderseite (4) der Saunakabine (1) insbesondere mittels einer Linearführung (25) ausfahrbar ist.
  5. Saunakabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verblendung (24) fest mit der Saunakabine (1) verbunden und im wesentlichen parallel zu der Seitenwand (3) ausgerichtet ist, an der der Aggregatträger (11) angeordnet ist.
  6. Saunakabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verblendung (24) im wesentlichen die ganze Seitenwand (3) mit dem Aggregatträger (11) verdeckt.
  7. Saunakabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verblendung (24) wenigstens eine Öffnung zum Durchleiten der Wärme und des Aufgussdampfes vom Aggregatträger (11) in den Kabineninnenraum (10) aufweist.
  8. Saunakabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aggregatträger (11) insbesondere an der Vorderseite der Saunakabine (1) eine von Außen zugängliche Bedienkonsole (16) aufweist.
  9. Saunakabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienkonsole (16) hinter einer Tür (17) oder einer Klappe verdeckt ist.
  10. Saunakabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorderseite (4) der Saunakabine (1) eine Glastüre (5) und/oder wenigstens eine Glaswand (8, 9) aufweist.
  11. Saunakabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Aggregatträger (11) eine Aufgusseinrichtung (15) zum automatischen Aufgießen angeordnet ist, wobei die Aufgusseinrichtung (15) einen Verdampfer und einen Wasserbehälter (18) aufweist.
  12. Saunakabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wasserbehälter (18) in der von Außen zugänglichen Bedienkonsole (16) angeordnet ist und zum Befüllen entnehmbar ist.
  13. Saunakabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine kabellose Fernbedienung im Kabineninnenraum (10) für die Aggregate des Aggregatträgers (11) vorgesehen ist.
  14. Saunakabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aggregatträger (11) vollständig aus dem Kabineninnenraum (10) ausziehbar und entnehmbar ist.
  15. Saunakabine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aggregatträger (11) eine Auszugsperre aufweist, die verhindert, dass der Aggregatträger (11) versehentlich vollständig aus dem Kabineninnenraum (10) entfernt wird.
