  • the total height of the assembled toy top A can be changed, so that an attacking pattern such as whether the toy top A attacks an opponent toy top from below, from above, or from a right angle can be set.
  • a pair of engagement projections 14 engageable with a pair of arc-shaped openings 16 formed in the lower layer member 3 described later is formed on a lower end lateral surface of the cylindrical portion 12 (see Fig. 4B ).
  • the lower layer member 3 is formed in an inverted circular-truncated conical shape, an approximately circular opening in which the cylindrical portion 12 of the intermediate layer member 2 is inserted is formed on an upper side of the lower layer member 3, and a shaft portion 15 is formed on a lower part of the lower layer member 3 so as to project downwardly.
  • the lower layer member 3 is provided with a function of determining the manner of moving of the toy top rotating on the playing board based upon a shape of the shaft portion 15, wherein a moving state of the toy top A can be changed according to a lower layer member 3 to be selected such that, when a distal end 15a of the shaft portion 15 is flat as shown in Figs.
  • a peripheral edge of the distal end 15a contacts a top of the playing board so that the degree of movement of the toy top A on the playing board changes in proportion to a size of a diameter of the distal end 15a, and the degree of movement of the toy top A on the playing board becomes large in accordance with the increase of a diameter of the flat distal end 15a, while when the distal end is formed in a semi-spherical shape (see Fig. 7E ), the distal end and the playing board configure a point contact so that the toy top A does not move on the playing board and it remains in one place while waiting for the attack of an opponent toy top.
  • the pair of arc-shaped openings 16 is formed outside the shaft portion 15 symmetrically regarding the shaft portion 15.
  • An inner wall of each arc-shaped opening 16 partially protrudes toward the shaft portion 15 to form a protrusion 17 so that the engagement projections 14 of the intermediate layer member 2 are engaged with the protrusions 17, whereby the lower layer member 3 can be fixed to the intermediate layer member 2 (see Fig. 5 ).
  • the upper layer member 1, the intermediate layer member 2, and the lower layer member 3 are selected in accordance with the attacking characteristic and the rotating characteristic of the toy top to be assembled (see Fig. 8A ).
  • the fit projections 7 of the upper layer member 1 are fitted into the fit recesses 11 of the intermediate layer 2, respectively (see Fig. 8B ).
  • the screw 4a of the coupling member 4 is inserted through the opening 5 of the upper layer member 1 from above to be screwed into the screw hole 9 of the intermediate layer member 2, so that the upper layer member 1 is fixed to the intermediate layer member 2.
  • the upper layer member 1 is brought into pressure-contact with the intermediate layer member 2 and fixed thereto by the coupling member 4 without causing backlash (see Fig. 8C ).
  • the cylindrical portion 12 of the intermediate layer member 2 is fitted into the approximately circular opening of the lower layer member 3 in a state where the arc-shaped openings 16 of the lower layer member 3 are caused to face the engagement projections 14 formed on the cylindrical portion 12 of the intermediate layer member 2, and the lower layer member 3 is rotated in a circumferential direction to cause the engagement projections 14 to engage the lower sides of the protrusions 17 (see Fig. 8D ), so that the toy top A comprising the upper layer member 1, the intermediate layer member 2, and the lower layer member 3 such as shown in Fig. 1 can be assembled.
  • the lower layer member 3 In the assembled state of the toy top A, when the lower layer member 3 should be replaced by another one, the lower layer member 3 is rotated in a direction reverse to the rotating direction at the time of mounting the lower layer member to disengage the engagement projections 14 from the protrusions 17 so that the lower layer member 3 is detached from the intermediate layer member 2, and a new lower layer member 3 can be attached to the intermediate layer member 2 after the detachment.

Claims (6)

  1. Toupie (A) avec laquelle on joue contre une toupie rivale sur un plateau de jeu, comprenant :
    un membre de couche supérieure (1) fournissant la fonction d'attaquer une toupie rivale;
    un membre de couche intermédiaire (2) fournissant la fonction de déterminer une hauteur de la toupie; et
    un membre de couche inférieure (3) fournissant la fonction de déterminer la manière selon laquelle la toupie se déplace sur un plateau de jeu, le membre de couche supérieure (1), le membre intermédiaire (2) et le membre de couche inférieure (3) étant empilés en couche l'un sur l'autre; caractérisée en ce que la toupie comprend :
    un membre de couplage type vis (4) pour coupler le membre de couche supérieure (1) et le membre de couche intermédiaire (2) l'un avec l'autre;
    le membre de couche supérieure (1) ayant une ouverture (5) formée dans le centre de celui-ci à travers laquelle une vis (4a) du membre de couplage (4) est insérée, le membre de couche intermédiaire (2) ayant un trou de vis (9) formé dedans dans lequel la vis (4a) du membre de couplage (4) est vissée; et
    le membre de couche inférieure (3) étant attaché d'une manière détachable à une partie inférieure du membre de couche intermédiaire (2).
  2. La toupie (A) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le membre de couche supérieure (1) est formé en métal de sorte que le membre de couche supérieure (1) fournit la fonction d'un poids lourd.
  3. La toupie (A) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle le membre de couche supérieure (1) a des saillies de montage (7) formées dessus symétriquement par rapport à l'ouverture (5) et la couche de membre intermédiaire (2) a des évidements de montage (11) formés dedans de manière à correspondre aux saillies de montage (7) du membre de couche supérieure (1), de sorte que les saillies de montage (7) du membre de couche supérieure (1) sont montées dans les évidements de montage (11) du membre de couche intermédiaire (2), respectivement.
  4. La toupie (A) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle le membre de couche supérieure (1) est formé en une forme de disque circulaire et comprend une portion d'attaque (6) en saillie vers l'extérieur sur une surface périphérique extérieure de celui-ci, le membre de couche supérieure (1) comprend des saillies de montage (7) formées sur un fond de celui-ci symétriquement par rapport à l'ouverture (5), le membre de couche intermédiaire (2) est formé en une forme cylindrique et comprend une portion bombée (10) formée sur une surface périphérique extérieure supérieure de celui-ci et des évidements de montage (11) formés dans la portion bombée (10) de manière à correspondre aux saillies de montage (7), et les saillies de montage (7) du membre de couche supérieure (1) sont montées dans les évidements de montage (11) du membre de couche intermédiaire (2), respectivement.
  5. La toupie (A) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle le membre de couche inférieure (3) a une portion d'arbre (15) et des ouvertures en forme d'arc (16) formées sur un côté extérieur de la portion d'arbre (15), et le membre de couche intermédiaire (2) a des saillies d'engagement (14) formées sur une surface latérale d'extrémité inférieure de celui-ci de manière à être engagées respectivement avec les ouvertures en forme d'arc (16) du membre de couche inférieure (3).
  6. La toupie selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le membre de couche inférieure (3) est formé en une forme conique circulaire tronquée inversée et a une ouverture approximativement circulaire formée sur un côté supérieur de celui-ci dans laquelle une portion cylindrique (12) du membre de couche intermédiaire (2) est montée, le membre de couche inférieure (3) comprend une portion d'arbre (15) en saillie vers le bas, le membre de couche inférieure (3) est formé avec une paire d'ouvertures en forme d'arc (16)
    positionnées en travers de la portion d'arbre (15) à l'extérieur de la portion d'arbre (15), les ouvertures en forme d'arc (16) sont chacune formées sur une paroi interne de celui-ci avec une protubérance (17), et le membre de couche intermédiaire (2) est formé avec une paire de saillies d'engagement (14) sur une surface latérale d'extrémité inférieure de la portion cylindrique (12), de sorte que les saillies d'engagement (14) du membre de couche intermédiaire (2) sont insérées dans les ouvertures en forme d'arc (16) du membre de couche inférieure (3) à engager avec les protubérances (17) formées sur les parois internes des ouvertures en forme d'arc (16) du membre de couche inférieure (3), respectivement.
