Claims (41)

  1. Ruban de tissu (100) pour une machine destinée à la fabrication de matériau en bande, en particulier de papier ou de carton, comprenant une première couche de tissu (101) formée par tissage de fils de chaîne (103) avec des fils de trame (OS1-OS10) et procurant une face de contact avec le matériau en bande et une deuxième couche de tissu (102) formée par tissage de fils de chaîne (104) avec des fils de trame (US1-US10) et située en dessous de la première couche de tissu (101), dans lequel le rapport du nombre de fils de chaîne (103) de la première couche de tissu (101) au nombre de fils de chaîne (104) de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) est plus grand que 1, dans lequel, en regardant dans la direction du tracé des fils de trame (OS1-OS10, US1-US10), les fils de chaîne (103) de la première couche de tissu (101) sont disposés en décalage par rapport aux fils de chaîne (104) de la deuxième couche de tissu (102), caractérisé en ce que le rapport du nombre de fils de chaîne (103) de la première couche de tissu (101) au nombre de fils de chaîne (104) de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) n'est pas un nombre entier.
  2. Ruban de tissu selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rapport du nombre de fils de chaîne (103) de la première couche de tissu (101) au nombre de fils de chaîne (104) de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) n'est pas plus grand que 1,5.
  3. Ruban de tissu selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le rapport du nombre de fils de trame (OS1-OS10) de la première couche de tissu (101) au nombre de fils de trame (US1-US10) de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) est plus grand que 1.
  4. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rapport du nombre de fils de trame (OS1-OS10) de la première couche de tissu (101) au nombre de fils de trame (US1-US10) de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) vaut 1,5 ou 2.
  5. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première couche de tissu (101) et la deuxième couche de tissu (102) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par des fils de liaison (B1-B20).
  6. Ruban de tissu selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les fils de liaison (B1-B20) sont disposés par paires, les fils de liaison d'une paire (B1/B2-B19/B20) alternent mutuellement lors de l'entrelacement avec des fils de la première et de la deuxième couche de tissu (101, 102) et les fils de liaison d'une paire (B1/B2-B19/B20) lors du changement de l'entrelacement avec des fils de la première couche de tissu (101) à l'entrelacement avec des fils de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) ou inversement se croisent en formant des points de croisement (X1-X16).
  7. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que le motif de tissage du ruban de tissu se répète dans des rapports totaux, dans lequel les fils de liaison de chaque paire de fils de liaison (B1/B2-B19/B20) forment à l'intérieur du rapport total deux points de croisement (X1-X16).
  8. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les points de croisement (X1-X16) ne peuvent pas tous être disposés à l'intérieur du rapport total sur un faisceau de droites parallèles.
  9. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les fils de liaison d'une paire (B1/B2-B19/B20) alternent mutuellement lors de l'entrelacement avec les fils de la première couche de tissu (101) de sorte que ceux-ci tissent ensemble un chemin de tissage commun.
  10. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des fils de trame du ruban de tissu (100) sont des fils de trame de liaison (B1-B20), qui créent une liaison entre la première couche de tissu (101) et la deuxième couche de tissu (102).
  11. Ruban de tissu selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie des fils de trame de la première couche de tissu (101) sont des premiers fils de trame (OS1-OS10), une autre partie des fils de trame de la première couche de tissu (101) sont les fils de trame de liaison (B1-B20) et tous les fils de chaîne de la première couche de tissu (101) sont des premiers fils de chaîne (103) et la première couche de tissu (101) est formée par l'entrelacement des premiers fils de chaîne (103) avec les premiers fils de trame (OS1-OS10) et avec les fils de trame de liaison (B1-B20).
  12. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le motif de tissage formé par l'entrelacement des premiers fils de chaîne (103) avec les premiers fils de trame (OS1-OS10) est poursuivi par l'entrelacement mutuellement changeant des fils de trame de liaison (B1-B20) avec les premiers fils de chaîne (103).
  13. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première couche de tissu (101) forme une armure toile.
  14. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que tous les fils de trame de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) sont des deuxièmes fils de trame (US1-US10) et tous les fils de chaîne de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) sont des deuxièmes fils de chaîne (104), la deuxième couche de tissu (102) est formée par l'entrelacement des deuxièmes fils de chaîne (104) avec les deuxièmes fils de trame (US1-US10) et la première couche de tissu (101) est assemblée à la deuxième couche de tissu (102) par le fait que les fils de trame de liaison (B1-B20) sont entrelacés avec des premiers et avec des deuxièmes fils de chaîne (103, 104).
  15. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le motif de tissage de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) comprend quatre ou huit deuxièmes fils de chaîne.
  16. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le motif de tissage de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) se répète dans des rapports, un rapport étant formé par quatre deuxièmes fils de trame (US1-US10) et quatre deuxième fils de chaîne (104), et chaque deuxième fil de trame (US1-US10) croise en cheminant sur le côté extérieur de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) trois deuxièmes fils de chaîne successifs (104), avant que celui-ci croise un deuxième fil de chaîne (104) en cheminant entre la première et la deuxième couche de tissu (101, 102).
  17. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le motif de tissage de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) se répète dans des rapports, un rapport étant formé par huit deuxièmes fils de trame (US1-US10) et huit deuxièmes fils de chaîne (104), et chaque deuxième fil de trame (US1-US10) croise en cheminant sur le côté extérieur de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) sept deuxièmes fils de chaîne successifs (104), avant que celui-ci croise un deuxième fil de chaîne (104) en cheminant entre la première et la deuxième couche de tissu (101, 102).
  18. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 10 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le fil de trame de liaison (B1-B20) d'une paire entrelaçant respectivement des premiers fils de chaîne (103) croise entre deux points de croisement successifs (X1-X16) au moins deux premiers fils de chaîne (103) en cheminant sur le côté extérieur de la première couche de tissu (101).
  19. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 10 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le fil de trame de liaison (B1-B20) d'une paire entrelaçant respectivement des premiers fils de chaîne (103) croise entre deux points de croisement successifs (X1-X16) un nombre impair de premiers fils de chaîne (103) en cheminant sur le côté extérieur de la première couche de tissu (101) et le fil central du nombre impair de premiers fils de chaîne forme un point de croisement (X1-X16) d'une paire immédiatement voisine de fils de trame de liaison (B1-B20).
  20. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 10 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le fil de liaison (B1-B20) d'une paire entrelaçant respectivement des deuxièmes fils de chaîne (104) croise entre deux points de croisement successifs (X1-X16) un deuxième fil de chaîne (104) ou deux deuxièmes fils de chaîne successifs (104) en cheminant sur le côté extérieur de la deuxième couche de tissu (102).
  21. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 10 à 20, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou deux premier(s) fil(s) de trame (OS1-OS10) et/ou un ou deux deuxième(s) fil(s) de trame (US1-US10) est/sont disposé(s) entre des paires voisines de fils de trame de liaison (B1-B20).
  22. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rapport du nombre de fils de chaîne (103) de la première couche de tissu (101) au nombre de fils de chaîne (104) de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) est en particulier supérieur ou égal à 1,5 et en ce que l'aire de la section transversale des deuxièmes fils de trame (US1-US10) se situe dans la plage de 0,018 mm2 à 0,284 mm2, de préférence de 0,023 mm2 à 0,197 mm2, et est de préférence encore supérieure à 0,1256 mm2.
  23. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rapport du nombre de fils de chaîne (103) de la première couche de tissu (101) au nombre de fils de chaîne (104) de la deuxième couche de tissu (102) est en particulier supérieur ou égal à 1,5 et en ce que l'aire de la section transversale des premiers fils de chaîne (103) est inférieure ou égale à 0,018 mm2, de préférence inférieure ou égale à 0,011 mm2, et de préférence encore inférieure ou égale à 0,008 mm2.
  24. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les premiers fils de chaîne (103) présentent une dimension de section transversale plus petite que les deuxièmes fils de chaîne (104).
  25. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les premiers fils de trame (OS1-OS10) présentent une dimension de section transversale plus petite que les deuxièmes fils de trame (US1-US10).
  26. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les premiers fils de trame (OS1-OS10) présentent une dimension de section transversale essentiellement égale à celle des premiers fils de chaîne (103).
  27. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes fils de trame (US1-US10) présentent une dimension de section transversale plus grande que les deuxièmes fils de chaîne (104).
  28. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la densité des premiers fils de chaîne (103) dans la première couche de tissu 101) vaut 25 par cm ou plus, de préférence 30 par cm ou plus, et de préférence encore 40 par cm ou plus.
  29. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la densité des premiers fils de trame (OS1-OS10) dans la première couche de tissu (101) vaut 25 par cm ou plus, de préférence 30 par cm ou plus, et de préférence encore 40 par cm ou plus.
  30. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième couche de tissu (102) procure une face de contact avec la machine.
  31. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une troisième couche de tissu, qui procure une face de contact avec la machine.
  32. Ruban de tissu selon la revendication 31, caractérisé en ce que le nombre des fils de chaîne (103) de la première couche de tissu (101) est plus grand que le nombre des fils de chaîne de la troisième couche de tissu.
  33. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des fils de chaîne sont des fils de chaîne de liaison (BK), qui créent une liaison entre la première couche de tissu (101) et la deuxième couche de tissu (102).
  34. Ruban de tissu selon la revendication 33, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie des fils de chaîne de la première couche de tissu (201) sont des premiers fils de chaîne (OK), une autre partie des fils de chaîne de la première couche de tissu sont les fils de chaîne de liaison (BK) et tous les fils de trame de la première couche de tissu sont des premiers fils de trame, la première couche de tissu est formée par l'entrelacement des premiers fils de trame avec les premiers fils de chaîne et avec les fils de chaîne de liaison, et la première couche de tissu est assemblée à la deuxième couche de tissu par le fait que les fils de chaîne de liaison sont entrelacés avec des premiers et avec des deuxièmes fils de trame.
  35. Ruban de tissu selon l'une des revendications 33 ou 34, caractérisé en ce que le motif de tissage formé par l'entrelacement des premiers fils de chaîne avec les premiers fils de trame est poursuivi par l'entrelacement mutuellement changeant des fils de chaîne de liaison (BK) avec les premiers fils de trame.
  36. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 33 à 35, caractérisé en ce que la première couche de tissu (201) forme une armure toile.
  37. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 33 à 36, caractérisé en ce que tous les fils de chaîne de la deuxième couche de tissu (202) sont des deuxièmes fils de chaîne (UK) et tous les fils de trame de la deuxième couche de tissu (202) sont des deuxièmes fils de trame, la deuxième couche de tissu (202) est formée par l'entrelacement des deuxièmes fils de trame avec les deuxièmes fils de chaîne (UK) et la première couche de tissu (201) est assemblée à la deuxième couche de tissu (202) par le fait que les fils de chaîne de liaison (BK) sont entrelacés avec des premiers et avec des deuxièmes fils de trame.
  38. Ruban de tissu selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les fils de chaîne (103, OK) s'étendent dans la direction longitudinale du ruban de tissu (100, 200) et les fils de trame (OS1-OS10, US1-US10, B1-B20) s'étendent dans la direction transversale du ruban de tissu (100, 200).
  39. Utilisation du ruban de tissu (100, 200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes comme toile de formation dans un formeur de papier imprimable, en particulier d'une machine à papier fabriquant du papier SC, LWC ou Newsprint.
  40. Utilisation selon la revendication 39, caractérisée en ce que la toile de formation (100, 200) est utilisée dans une position de toile inférieure du formeur, en particulier d'un formeur à fente, d'un formeur à toile sans fin ou d'un formeur hybride.
  41. Utilisation selon la revendication 39 ou 40, caractérisée en ce que la machine à papier travaille à une vitesse de machine de 1800 m/min ou plus, de préférence de 2000 m/min ou plus.
