Definitions
- the present invention relates to a fabric tape for a machine for producing web material, in particular paper or cardboard.
- a fabric tape can be used, for example, in a forming section as a forming fabric.
- EP 0 432 413 A1 is a composite fabric for machine wires known in which one above the other two fabric layers are provided with two layers each directly superimposed transverse threads.
- the number of transverse threads of the paper side layer corresponds to the number of transverse threads of the machine side or running side layer.
- extending threads are integrated into the two layers of fabric and change at points of intersection between the two layers of fabric to make a structural connection between them.
- the WO 2006/020414 A1 discloses a fabric for a paper machine with two superimposed layers of fabric with warp threads and weft threads.
- the number of weft threads in the paper side fabric layer is twice as large as the Number of weft threads in the running side or machine side fabric layer.
- the WO 2004/085740 A2 discloses a fabric tape for a paper machine in which the connection between two layers of fabric by in this structurally involved and at intersection points between the fabric layers changing warp threads takes place.
- the fabric layers further comprise respective layers of weft yarns, wherein the number of weft yarns in the paper-side fabric layer is again twice as large as the number of weft yarns in the running fabric layer.
- a fabric tape for a machine for producing web material, in particular paper or cardboard comprising a web material contact side providing first fabric layer with warp and weft threads and a lying under the first fabric layer second fabric layer with warp and weft threads, wherein the ratio the number of warp threads of the first fabric layer to the number of warp threads of the second fabric layer is greater than 1, viewed in the direction of the course of the weft threads, the warp threads of the first fabric layer are offset relative to the warp threads of the second fabric layer and wherein the warp ratio is not an integer is.
- a warp ratio which is not an integer and greater than 1 By selecting a warp ratio which is not an integer and greater than 1 according to the invention, a higher warp denier density is present on the web material contact side of the fabric web, with the result that a denser fabric structure with a larger number of bend points of the weft threads per Area unit is present. The marking tendency can thus be significantly reduced.
- the warp thread density is lower, so that especially when this second fabric layer provides the machine contact side, by appropriate thread selection the requirements occurring there can be taken into account.
- the warp threads of the first fabric layer are offset relative to the warp threads of the second fabric layer, hydraulic marking in the paper web due to locally greatly differing dewatering performance is avoided.
- the dewatering performance is considered across the width of the fabric strip comparatively.
- a warp ratio not greater than 1.5 has been found to be very advantageous.
- the ratio of the number of weft threads of the first fabric layer to the number of weft threads of the second fabric layer is greater than 1, in particular 1.5 or 2.
- the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer are connected to each other by binding threads, wherein in particular the binding threads are arranged in pairs, the binding threads of a pair when interweaving with threads of the first and second fabric layers alternate and the binding threads of a pair when changing from weaving with Cross threads of the first fabric layer for interweaving with threads of the second fabric layer and vice versa to form intersections.

- the Fig. 1 shows in principle a representation of a section of a generally designated 100 fabric tape for the production of web material, such as paper or the like, said fabric tape 100 can be used for example or advantageously as a forming fabric.
- the fabric tape 100 comprises two fabric layers 101, 102, wherein the first fabric layer 101 at the in Fig. 1 upper side, which is the outside of the first fabric layer 101, a BrumaterialKeyseite 103 provides. With this web material contact side 103, the web material to be produced, for example paper, comes into direct contact.
- the lower or second fabric layer 102 provides a machine contact side 104. With this machine contact side 104, the fabric belt 100 comes in contact with the various of these leading, driving and deflecting rollers of a machine for producing web material.
- Fig. 1 One recognizes in Fig. 1 in that the first fabric layer 101, which provides the web material contact side 103, is constructed with warp threads OK, while the second fabric layer 102 is likewise constructed with warp threads UK. Between the warp threads OK of the first fabric layer 101 and the warp threads UK of the second fabric layer 102 is in the in Fig. 1 Example shown a Kettiety of 3: 2. This means that the number of warp threads OK of the first fabric layer 101 in the fabric tape 100, for example based on a weave repeat or also based on the entire fabric tape, is 1.5 times greater than the number of warp threads UK of the second fabric layer 102 This warp ratio, which is greater than 1 but not greater than 1.5 and not an integer, has several advantages.
- Fig. 1 recognizable fabric layers 101, 102 or the warp yarns OK, UK thereof may be interwoven with weft threads, on the one hand in the respective fabric layers, in particular the fabric layer 101, structurally integrated, for example, to create a plain weave there, but on the other hand also switch between the fabric layers 101, 102 and realize in this way a firm connection of the two fabric layers.
- fabric tape 100 is a weft-bonded fabric, ie, the first fabric layer 101 is connected to the second fabric layer by binding weft threads.
- the warp threads OK of the first fabric layer 101 are first warp threads, ie warp threads, which are integrated only in the first fabric layer. Furthermore, in all Figures 3-8 the warp threads UK of the second fabric layer 102 second warp threads, ie warp threads, which are integrated only in the second fabric layer.
- the weft threads present in a weave repeat are arranged one above the other in pairs, with a pair of weft threads exclusively bound into the upper fabric layer 101 or the lower fabric layer 102 alternating with a pair of weft threads woven into the two fabric layers 101, 102 However, at intersections, they switch between them in order not only to structure-forming, but also to connect the two fabric layers 101 102 with each other.
- the weft US1 is integrated only in the fabric layer 102, in such a way that it comparatively long floats at the Outside, so the running side has to provide the highest possible wear volume here.
- weft threads B1 and B2 change between the first fabric layer 101 and the second fabric layer 102.
- the two weft threads B1, B2 in the fabric layer 101 actually form a single weft thread, which again bonds in the manner of a plain weave with the local warp threads OK.
- This is followed again by a pair of weft threads OS2, US2 of which the weft thread OS2 binds identically, like the first-mentioned weft thread OS1, while the weft thread US2 sets over other warp threads UK of the fabric layer 102.
- Kettrus are characterized by the fact that they are greater than 1, but not greater than 1.5 and continue to be not an integer.
- An advantage of this Kettschreib is that so that a very low fabric thickness can be obtained, at the same time a very good drainage and a low water drag effect is guaranteed with low void volume.
- the weave pattern of the second fabric layer 102 is repeated in repeats which are respectively formed by five second weft threads, for example US1-US5 and five second warp threads, for example, 2, 4, 7, 9, 12 and 14.
- each second weft threads US1-US5 on the outside of the second fabric layer 102 continuously crosses four each other following second warp threads before it crosses between the first fabric layer 101 and the second fabric layer 102 continuously a second warp thread.
- the weave pattern of the fabric tape 100 is repeated in total repeats, wherein within the overall repeat the binding threads B1-B20 of each pair of binder yarns are more than two, i. form six intersections X in the specific case.
- the binding thread pair B1, B2 forms the intersections X1-X6 within the repeat of the fabric band 100.
- the warp threads of the first fabric layer 101 are offset relative to the warp threads of the second fabric layer 102.
- the ratio of the number of weft threads of the first fabric layer 101, i. first weft threads OS1-OS10 and binding weft pairs, the number of weft threads of the second fabric layer 102, i. second weft threads US1-US10 are greater than 1. This implies that each pair of binder weft yarn weaves together with the first warp yarns a weaving path corresponding to the weaving path of a first weft yarn, i. the binding weft threads are an integral part of the first fabric layer 101, whereas the binding weft threads are not part of the second fabric layer 102.
- the ratio of the number of weft threads of the first fabric layer 101 to the number of wefts of the second fabric layer 102 is 2.0.
- the respective first warp threads 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30, 31, 33, 35, 36 38, 40, 41, 43, 45, 46, 48, 50 Woven binding weft threads B1-B20 of a pair between two successive crossing points X on the outside of the first fabric layer 101 are running either two or three first warp threads.
- the respective second warp yarns 2, 4, 7, 9, 12, 14, 17, 19, 22, 24, 27, 29, 32, 34, 37, 39, 42, 44, 47, 49 intersect between weaving yarns of each pair two successive crossing points X on the outside of the second fabric layer 102 continuously only a second warp thread.
- twine weave B1 interweaving the second warp threads B1 of the pair B1, B2 between the two successive crossing points X1, X2 on the outside of the second fabric layer 102 continuously crosses the first warp thread 12.
- a first weft thread OS1-OS10 and a second weft thread US1-US10 are arranged between adjacent pairs of binding thread threads B1-B20.
- the first weft thread OS2 and the second weft thread US2 are arranged.
- FIG. 2 An alternative embodiment is in Fig. 2 shown. It can be seen here that the fabric band 100 is again constructed with the two fabric layers 101 and 102, whereby now however the ratio of the warp yarns OK of the first fabric layer 101 to the warp threads UK of the second fabric layer 102 corresponds to 5: 2. This makes it possible to use for the running side fabric layer 102 even thicker and thus more wear-resistant warp threads UK. This results in that the mass of the warp threads UK of the fabric layer 102 in relation to the mass of the warp threads UK of the first fabric layer 101 is significantly larger, resulting in a very smooth-running design.
- weft threads with a cross-sectional area greater than 0.1256 mm 2 . This applies in particular to the weft threads woven together primarily with the warp threads OK of the first fabric layer 101, which also provide the required strength at the Ensure machine contact side.
- the principles of the invention can also find application in a fabric tape having more than two layers of fabric.
- a third fabric layer (not shown in the figures) may be present, which then provides the machine contact side, so that the second fabric layer 102 shown in the figures is a middle fabric layer.
- the number of warp threads of the web material side fabric layer 101 may be greater, so that even between the web material side fabric layer and the running side fabric layer a warp ratio of greater than 1 is present.
- the warp threads run in a band longitudinal direction, while the weft threads run in a band transverse direction.
- the warp threads run in a band longitudinal direction, while the weft threads run in a band transverse direction.

Description
The present invention relates to a fabric tape for a machine for producing web material, in particular paper or cardboard. Such a fabric tape can be used, for example, in a forming section as a forming fabric.
In the production of sheet material, such as e.g. Paper, there is a general requirement that at the web material contact side, ie the side with which the web material to be produced is in direct contact, a very fine structuring should be present to avoid marking effects. On the running side, ie the side which is in contact with the various rollers deflecting and advancing the fabric belt, the largest possible abrasion or wear volume should be present or a very robust construction should be provided in order to minimize the wear.

It is the object of the present invention to provide a fabric tape for a machine for producing sheet material which has a very low marking characteristic with high wear resistance.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a fabric tape for a machine for producing web material, in particular paper or cardboard, comprising a web material contact side providing first fabric layer with warp and weft threads and a lying under the first fabric layer second fabric layer with warp and weft threads, wherein the ratio the number of warp threads of the first fabric layer to the number of warp threads of the second fabric layer is greater than 1, viewed in the direction of the course of the weft threads, the warp threads of the first fabric layer are offset relative to the warp threads of the second fabric layer and wherein the warp ratio is not an integer is.
By selecting a warp ratio which is not an integer and greater than 1 according to the invention, a higher warp denier density is present on the web material contact side of the fabric web, with the result that a denser fabric structure with a larger number of bend points of the weft threads per Area unit is present. The marking tendency can thus be significantly reduced. At the underlying second fabric layer, the warp thread density is lower, so that especially when this second fabric layer provides the machine contact side, by appropriate thread selection the requirements occurring there can be taken into account. Due to the fact that, viewed in the direction of the course of the weft threads, the warp threads of the first fabric layer are offset relative to the warp threads of the second fabric layer, hydraulic marking in the paper web due to locally greatly differing dewatering performance is avoided. By the solution according to the invention thus the dewatering performance is considered across the width of the fabric strip comparatively.
In a preferred embodiment, a warp ratio not greater than 1.5 has been found to be very advantageous.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the ratio of the number of weft threads of the first fabric layer to the number of weft threads of the second fabric layer is greater than 1, in particular 1.5 or 2.
Preferably, the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer are connected to each other by binding threads, wherein in particular the binding threads are arranged in pairs, the binding threads of a pair when interweaving with threads of the first and second fabric layers alternate and the binding threads of a pair when changing from weaving with Cross threads of the first fabric layer for interweaving with threads of the second fabric layer and vice versa to form intersections. This means that while one binder thread of the binder thread pair is interwoven with threads of the first fabric layer, the other binder thread of the pair interweaves with weaves at least one thread of the second fabric layer and while a binder thread of the binder thread pair with at least one thread of the second fabric layer, weaves the other binder thread of the pair with threads of the first fabric layer, wherein the binding threads of the pair when changing from weaving with threads of the first fabric layer to Interweaving intersect with threads of the second fabric layer and these intersection points are preferably arranged between the first and the second fabric layer. As a rule, in this case, the binding threads of a pair alternate with each other during interweaving with the threads of the first fabric layer so that they weave together in the first fabric layer a common weaving path.
A concrete embodiment of the invention provides that repeats the weave pattern of the fabric tape in Gesamtrapporten, wherein form the binding threads of each pair of binder thread two intersections within the Gesamtrapports.
In order to reduce the marking tendency, an advantageous development of the invention provides that not all crossing points within the repeat can be arranged on a parallel line of straight lines.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that at least part of the weft threads of the fabric band are binding weft threads, which produce a connection between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer.
In the following, a warp thread should generally be understood as meaning a first warp thread, which is only incorporated into the first fabric layer. A first weft thread is to be understood as a weft thread which is integrated only in the first fabric layer. A second warp thread is furthermore to be understood as meaning a warp thread which is integrated into the second fabric layer only, as a weft thread is to be understood as a weft thread which is integrated only in the second fabric layer.
Preferably, the binding weft threads structure-forming and an integral part of the first fabric layer. This means that part of the weft threads of the first fabric layer are first weft threads, another part of the weft threads of the first fabric layer are the binding weft threads and all the warp threads of the first fabric layer are first warp threads. Furthermore, this means that the first fabric layer is formed by interweaving the first warp yarns with the first weft yarns and with the binder weft yarns, wherein the first fabric layer is bonded to the second fabric layer by interweaving the binder weft yarns with the first warp yarns and second warp yarns ,
Further, by mutually interweaving the binding weft yarns with the first warp yarns, the weaving pattern formed by interweaving the first warp yarns with the first weft yarns is continued.
To provide a web material contact side or paper side with high fiber support and low marking tendency, it is advantageous if the first fabric layer forms a plain weave.
Preferably, all of the weft threads of the second fabric layer are second, i. Only in the second fabric layer integrated weft threads and all warp threads of the second fabric layer second only in the second fabric layer incorporated warp threads. In this case, the second fabric layer is formed by interweaving the second warp yarns with the second weft yarns and the first fabric layer is bonded to the second fabric layer by interweaving the binder weft yarns with first and second warp yarns. In this embodiment, the weaving pattern formed by interweaving the second warp yarns with the second weft yarns is not continued by the mutually alternating weaving of the binding weft yarns with the second warp yarns, i. the binding weft threads are not an integral part of the second fabric layer.
In particular, in this case, the second warp threads each interweaves Binding thread of a pair between two successive crossing points on the outside of the second fabric layer running a second warp or two consecutive second warp threads. If the binding weft thread crosses two second warp threads, the force for binding the first to the second fabric layer per binding thread is distributed over two second warp threads. As a result, the respectively setting second warp thread is drawn less to the first fabric layer.
In this context, the outside of the second fabric layer is to be understood as meaning the side of the second fabric layer that is exposed, i. the side of the second fabric layer which provides the running side or machine contact side of the fabric tape.
A specific embodiment of the invention provides that the weave pattern of the second fabric layer comprises four or eight second warp threads.
In the former case, the weave pattern of the second fabric layer is repeated in reports which are each formed by four second weft threads and four second warp threads, wherein each second weft thread continuously crosses three successive second warp threads on the outside of the second fabric layer, before this between the first and the second fabric layer continuously crosses a second warp thread.
In the last-mentioned case, the weave pattern of the second fabric layer is repeated in repeats which are each formed by eight second weft threads and eight second warp threads, each second weft thread continuously crossing seven successive second warp threads on the outside of the second fabric layer, before it intersects between the first and the second fabric layer continuously crosses a second warp thread.
A further concrete embodiment of the invention provides that the respective first warp threads interweaving binding weft thread of a pair between two successive The following intersections on the outside of the first fabric layer continuously crosses at least two first warp threads. In this context, it is conceivable that the first of the two binding weft threads of a pair between successive crossing points on the outside of the first fabric layer continuously crosses the same number of first warp threads as the second binding thread of the pair when weaving the first fabric layer.
In this context, the outer side of the first fabric layer is to be understood as the side of the first fabric layer which is exposed, i. the side of the first fabric layer which provides the paper side or web material contact side of the fabric tape.
It is also conceivable that the first of the two binding weft threads of a pair between successive crossing points on the outside of the first fabric layer continuously crosses a different number of first warp threads than the second binding weft thread of the pair when weaving the first fabric layer.
To achieve a particularly flat and regular paper side, it makes sense if the first warp threads weaving binding weft yarn of a pair between two successive crossing points on the outside of the first fabric layer continuously crosses an odd number of first warp threads and the middle first warp this odd number of first warp threads forming an intersection of an immediately adjacent pair of binding wefts.
Depending on the specific requirements of the fabric tape according to the invention, it may be useful if one or two first weft threads or weft threads and / or one or two second weft threads or weft threads are or are arranged between adjacent pairs of binding weft threads.
Bei einer alternativen Ausgestaltungsform kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Verhältnis der Anzahl an Kettfäden der ersten Gewebelage zur Anzahl an Kettfäden der zweitenIn an alternative embodiment it can be provided that the ratio of the number of warp threads of the first fabric layer to the number of warp threads of the second
Fabric layer is in particular greater than or equal to 1.5 and that the cross-sectional area of the second weft threads, ie the weft threads which are interwoven with the warp threads of the second fabric layer, in the range of 0.018 mm 2 to 0.284 mm 2 , preferably 0.023 mm 2 to 0.197 mm 2 , is most preferably greater than 0.1256mm 2 . With such a large warp ratio, it is thus possible to use comparatively thick second weft threads. Due to the thick second weft threads wear resistance of the fabric tape according to the invention is significantly increased.
A further concrete embodiment of the invention provides that the ratio of the number of warp threads of the first fabric layer to the number of warp threads of the second fabric layer is in particular greater than or equal to 1.5 and that the cross-sectional area of the first warp threads is less than or equal to 0.018 mm 2 , preferably is less than or equal to 0.011 mm 2 , most preferably less than or equal to 0.008 mm 2 . In this way, a particularly fine and mark-free paper-side first fabric layer can be provided.
Specifically, the first warp threads may have a smaller cross-sectional dimension than the second warp threads. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the first weft threads have a smaller cross-sectional dimension than the second weft threads. to provide a uniform paper side, in particular in conjunction with a plain weave of the first fabric layer, it makes sense if the first weft threads have a substantially same cross-sectional dimension as the first warp threads.
Furthermore, it is conceivable that the second weft threads have a larger cross-sectional dimension than the second warp threads.
According to a specific embodiment of the invention, it may be provided that the density of the first warp threads in the first fabric layer is 25 per cm or more, preferably 30 per cm or more, more preferably 40 per cm or more, and / or the density of the first weft threads in the first fabric layer is 25 per cm or more, preferably 30 per cm or more, particularly preferably 40 per cm or more.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, instead of a shot-tied system, a chain-bound system can be provided. In this case, at least a part of the warp threads are binding warp threads which establish a connection between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer.
Specifically, in this case, one part of the warp threads of the first fabric layer may be first warp threads, another part of the warp threads of the first fabric layer, the binder warp threads and all weft threads of the first fabric layer may be first weft threads, wherein the first fabric layer is formed by interweaving the first weft threads with the first warp threads and is formed with the binding warp threads and the first fabric layer is connected to the second fabric layer in that the binding warp threads are interwoven with first and second weft threads.
If it is a structure-bound system, the weave pattern formed by interweaving the first warp yarns with the first weft yarns is continued by mutually interweaving the binder warp yarns with the first weft yarns.
Also in this case, the first fabric layer preferably forms a plain weave.
If the binding threads are not an integral part of the second fabric layers, then all warp threads of the second fabric layer are second warp threads and all weft threads of the second fabric layer are second weft threads, the second fabric layer being formed by interweaving the second weft threads with the second warp threads and the first fabric layer with the second Fabric layer is connected by the binding warp threads with first and second weft threads are interwoven.
In a further embodiment variant, a third fabric layer may be provided, which provides a machine contact side. It can also be provided that the number of warp threads of the first fabric layer is greater than the number of warp threads of the third fabric layer.
The warp yarns may be oriented to extend in a belt longitudinal direction, with the weft yarns then extending in a belt transverse direction providing a connection between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer.
The fabric tape according to the invention preferably finds use as a forming fabric in a former of a paper machine which produces printable papers, in particular SC, LWC or Newsprint. The forming fabric is preferably used in a lower wire position of the former, in particular Gappformers or Langsiebformers or Hybridformers.
Due to the high abrasion resistance of the forming fabric according to the invention, it can be used to advantage in paper machines, which operate at a machine speed of 1800m / min or more, especially 2000m / min or more.

So erkennt man in
In the warp direction then follows a pair of weft threads B1 and B2 change between the

In the present case, the weave pattern of the
The weave pattern of the
Considered in the direction of the course of the weft threads, the warp threads of the
Further, the ratio of the number of weft threads of the

In the present exemplary embodiment, a first weft thread OS1-OS10 and a second weft thread US1-US10 are arranged between adjacent pairs of binding thread threads B1-B20. For example, between the adjacent pairs B1, B2 and B3, B4, the first weft thread OS2 and the second weft thread US2 are arranged.

It should finally be pointed out that, of course, the principles of the invention can also find application in a fabric tape having more than two layers of fabric. For example, a third fabric layer (not shown in the figures) may be present, which then provides the machine contact side, so that the
Furthermore, it is pointed out that advantageously the warp threads run in a band longitudinal direction, while the weft threads run in a band transverse direction. In this way, it is possible to produce with the in the band longitudinal direction and thus the direction of the tape extending warp threads fabric tapes with almost any and woven to adapt to the length requirements sizing.

The
