Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Behandeln von Haar mittels Ultraschall, mit zwei Klemmen (2, 3), die miteinander durch ein Verbindungsstück (4) verbunden sind und die sich drehen, einem oszillierenden Körper (5) an einer Innenseite (6) einer Klemme (3), wobei der oszillierende Körper derart angeordnet ist, dass eine Haarsträhne (7), die zwischen die Klemmen (2, 3) geklemmt ist, wenn die Klemmen (2, 3) geschlossen sind, mit dem oszillierenden Körper (5) in Kontakt tritt oder diesen berührt, mit einem Ultraschallgenerator (8) und einem Resonator (9), wobei der oszillierende Körper (5) mit dem Resonator (9) über eine Verbindung (10) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oszillationsrichtung (11) des oszillierenden Körpers (5) die gleiche Richtung (12) ist, in der die Klemme (3) mit dem oszillierenden Körper (5) verläuft, und quer bezüglich einer Haarsträhne verläuft, um die Haarsträhne unter Reibung zu erwärmen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ultraschallgenerator (8), der Resonator (9) und der oszillierende Körper (5) einer nach dem anderen in einer Reihe in der Richtung (12) der Klemme (3) angeordnet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Spalt (13) zwischen dem Resonator (9) und dem oszillierenden Körper (5) an einer Seite sowie der Klemme (3), die diese oszillierenden Komponenten aufnimmt, an der anderen Seite bereitgestellt sind, was bedeutet, dass zwischen diesen oszillierenden Komponenten und der Klemme (3), die die Komponenten aufnimmt, kein Kontakt besteht.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Kontaktoberfläche (14) auf den Klemmen (2, 3) auf jeder der gegenüberliegenden Seiten des oszillierenden Körpers (5) ausgebildet ist, wobei die geschlossenen Klemmen (2, 3) übereinander auf den Kontaktoberflächen (14) liegen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Aussparung (15) in der Klemme (2) bereitgestellt ist, die sich entgegen der Klemme (3) mit dem oszillierenden Körper (5) dreht, was bedeutet, dass die Klemme (2), in der die Aussparung (15) bereitgestellt ist, nicht mit dem oszillierenden Körper (5) in Kontakt tritt, wenn die Klemmen (2, 3) geschlossen sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oszillierende Körper (5) einen runden Querschnitt aufweist, und vorzugsweise in Form eines Zylinders ausgebildet ist, und dass die Kontaktflächen (14) unterhalb des obersten Bereichs (16) des oszillierenden Körpers (5) angeordnet sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktoberflächen (14) diagonal und tangential zu dem oszillierenden Körper (5) ausgerichtet sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (4) einen Ring (19) aufweist, der sich um eine Achse (17) eines Verbindungskörpers (18) dreht, und eine Nocke (20) an diesem Ring (19) bereitgestellt ist, dass der Ring (19) an den beweglichen Klemmen (2) starr befestigt ist und dass die Nocke (20) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie einen Schalter (21) betätigt, wenn die Klemmen (2, 3) geschlossen sind, und dass dieser Schalter (21) den Ultraschallgenerator (8) mit Strom aus einer Versorgungsleitung (22) versorgt, solange die Nocke (20) den Schalter (21) betätigt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schalter (22) mit einer Leiterplatte (23) verbunden ist, die mit dem Ultraschallgenerator (8) über mindestens eine Leitung (24) verbunden ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Feder (25) zwischen den Klemmen (2, 3) bereitgestellt ist, um die Klemmen (2, 3) in einer offenen Position zu halten.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oszillierende Körper (5) als ein Behälter mit einem Sammelbehälter (25) ausgebildet ist, dass der Sammelbehälter (25) mindestens einen Durchgang (26) zur Abgabe eines Produkts an die Innenseite (6) der Klemme (3) aufweist, die den oszillierenden Körper (5) hält, und dass ein Mittel zur Haarbehandlung, insbesondere ein Dauerwellenmittel als ein Produkt (27) bereitgestellt ist.
