Claims (9)
- Dispositif mélangeur, avec un récipient de mélange (20) dans lequel est monté un outil mélangeur qui balaye la paroi (3) du récipient de mélange (20), sachant qu'un pot de mélange (1) ouvert vers l'intérieur du récipient de mélange (20) et présentant une profondeur (6) est installé sur ladite paroi (3), pot dans lequel un rotor (8), doté de bras de rotor (10, 17, 18) qui présentent une action d'éjection du produit mélangé, tourne autour d'un axe (9) dirigé vers l'intérieur du récipient de mélange (20), sans que les bras de rotor (10, 17, 18) dépassent hors du pot de mélange (1),
caractérisé en ce que les bras de rotor (10, 17, 18) sont inclinés vers l'arrière par rapport au sens de rotation (12) du rotor (8) et balayent une zone radialement limitée qui englobe sensiblement la totalité de la profondeur (6) du pot de mélange (1). - Dispositif mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone balayée par les bras de rotor (10, 17, 18) se situe radialement à l'extérieur dans le pot de mélange (1).
- Dispositif mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un couteau (16) broyant le produit mélangé est disposé dans une zone du pot de mélange (1) située radialement à l'intérieur, s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe.
- Dispositif mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bras de rotor (18) sont équipés d'ailettes de coupe (19) s'étendant radialement.
- Dispositif mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bras de rotor (10) engrènent avec des dents de stator (14) dépassant radialement de la paroi du pot de mélange, en formant des fentes de mouture (15).
- Dispositif mélangeur selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, en plus des bras de rotor qui sont inclinés vers l'arrière par rapport au sens de rotation du rotor et qui possèdent une action d'éjection, il est prévu des bras de rotor séparés qui engrènent avec des dents de stator dépassant de la paroi du pot de mélange, en formant des fentes de mouture.
- Dispositif mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pot de mélange (1) présente au moins une ouverture d'alimentation (25) pour un apport de liquide.
- Dispositif mélangeur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'alimentation au moins unique (25) est disposée sur la paroi du pot de mélange.
- Dispositif mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture de vidage (24) pouvant être fermée est disposée sur une paroi du pot de mélange (1).
