Abstract

Eine Schale aus Pappe für das zu verpackende Gut hat einen Rücken (12) und eine seitliche Wandung. An dem vom Rücken (12) abgewandten Rand (18,22,32) der Wandung ist eine Lasche (20,24) aus Pappe nach aussen abgewinkelt und ein Kunststoffteil daran angesiegelt. Das Kunststoffteil hält durch die Siegelverbindung die Schale zusammen. Es eröffnet einen unverblendeten Blick in das Innere der Schale.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verpackungsgebinde mit einem Zuschnitt aus Pappe (Karton), aus dem eine Schale faltbar ist, die das zu verpackende Gut aufnimmt und einen Rücken und eine seitliche Wandung hat, und mit einem Kunststoffteil, das die Schale verschließt und durch das das Innere der Schale einsehbar ist.
  • Als Verpackungsgebinde für Obst und Gemüse sind Schalen aus Pappe (Karton) mit einer Deckfolie, insbesondere Schrumpffolie, aus Kunststoff darüber handelsüblich. Aus dem Alltag des weiteren bekannt sind Verpackungen für Lebensmittel mit einer Schale aus Kunststoff, die am oberen Rand des Schalenmantels einen flanschartig nach außen abstehenden Siegelrand hat, an den eine Deckfolie angesiegelt ist. Die Deckfolie ist oftmals wenigstens abschnittsweise transparent, d. h. durchsichtig oder durchscheinend, so daß sie einen Blick in das Innere der Schale eröffnet.
  • Aus der DE 29 26 082 A1 ist eine Verkaufsverpackung nach Art einer Blisterverpackung mit einer aus Pappe (Karton) bestehenden Karte bekannt, die eine Öse hat, an der sich die Verkaufsverpackung aufhängen läßt. An die Karte grenzt ein Gehäuse an, dessen Wände aus Pappe (Karton) bestehen. Die Karte und das Gehäuse sind aus ein und demselben Zuschnitt gefaltet. Die Karte bildet eine Wand des Gehäuses, in der sich ein Sichtfenster befindet. Letzteres ist mit Klarsichtfolie überdeckt, die in das Gehäuse eingeklebt ist.
  • Aus der EP 0 675 831 B1 ist ein Verpackungsgebinde bekannt, das aus einem Zuschnitt aus Pappe (Karton) besteht und schräge oder abgesetzt schräge Seitenwände hat.
  • Aus der DE 299 02 603 U1 ist ein prismenförmiges Doppelverpackungsgebinde aus Pappe (Karton) bekannt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verpackungsgebinde der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, das erweiterte Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten bietet.
  • Bei dem diese Aufgabe lösende Verpackungsgebinde ist an dem dem Rücken abgewandten seitlichen Rand der Schalenwandung wenigstens eine Lasche aus Pappe (Karton) nach außen abgewinkelt. Das Kunststoffteil wird an die Lasche(n) angesiegelt. Es hält durch die Siegelverbindung die Schale zusammen, und es eröffnet einen unverblendeten, vorzugsweise freien oder wenigstens annähernd freien Blick in das Innere der Schale.
  • Es bleibt unbenommen, das Kunststoffteil des Verpackungsgebindes ansichtsseitig voll- oder teilflächig einzufärben oder zu bedrucken.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist eine Lasche verbreitert und mit einer Öse zum Aufhängen des Verpackungsgebindes versehen. Man hat so ein Verpackungsgebinde nach Art einer Blisterverpackung, die herkömmlicherweise eine Blisterkarte aus Pappe (Karton) und eine Blisterhaube aus Kunststoff aufweist. Verglichen mit einer solchen herkömmlichen Blisterverpackung, hat das erfindungsgemäße Verpackungsgebinde einen erhöhten Materialanteil Pappe (Karton). Damit gehen mehr Bedruckfläche nicht zuletzt im Innern des Verpackungsgebindes, eine Entlastung der Umwelt und ein Kostenvorteil einher.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Kunststoffteil in der Umgebung der Öse an die zum Aufhängen des Verpackungsgebindes dienende Lasche angesiegelt, so daß es die Lasche verstärkt.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist von der Schale eine Klappe abgeteilt, die eine nach außen abgewinkelte Aufziehlasche aufweist. Die Aufziehlasche grenzt an das Kunststoffteil an, und sie ist abschälbar daran angesiegelt.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform grenzt die Klappe an die zum Aufhängen des Verpackungsgebindes dienende Lasche an. Bei einer alternativ bevorzugten Ausführungsform liegt die Klappe dieser Lasche gegenüber.
  • Als Kunststoffteil des Verpackungsgebindes kommt sowohl Kunststoff-Folie, als auch eine thermisch vorgeformte Haube aus Kunststoff in Betracht, die sich nach innen oder außen wölben kann.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform kommen die Lasche(n) und die Aufziehlasche wenigstens zum Teil in einer Ebene zu liegen. Das aus Kunststoff-Folie bestehende Kunststoffteil hat eine oder mehrere flache Partien, die schräg gegeneinander angestellt sein können.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Lasche(n) und die Aufziehlasche wenigstens zum Teil gegeneinander geneigt. Das aus Kunststoff-Folie bestehende Kunststoffteil wölbt sich wenigstens abschnittsweise nach innen oder außen.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform hat das Verpackungsgebinde auf der Schale stabilen Stand. Es kann je nach Konstruktion der Schale aufrecht oder mehr oder weniger geneigt stehen.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform hat die Schale einen ebenen Rükken und wenigstens abschnittsweise ebene Seitenwände, die mit dem Rükken vorzugsweise einen rechten oder stumpfen Winkel einschließen.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform hat das Verpackungsgebinde auf den Unterkanten des Rückens und/oder einer oder mehrerer Seitenwand/Seitenwände stabilen Stand.
  • Der Rücken kann ein Fenster, einen Eindrücker mit Halte- und/oder Stabilisierungsfunktion, eine Aufreißperforation o. ä. aufweisen.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Klappe eine an den Rükken angelenkte Seitenwand der Schale, die bezüglich angrenzender Seitenwände im wesentlichen um die Breite der Aufziehlasche nach innen versetzt ist.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform erstreckt sich das Kunststoffteil wenigstens abschnittsweise parallel zu dem ebenen Rücken. Es kann aber auch wenigstens abschnittsweise schräg gegen den Rücken geneigt sein.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform besteht das Kunststoffteil aus biologisch abbaubarem Kunststoff.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Verpackungsgebinde ein Mehrfachverpackungsgebinde mit mehreren Schalen und vorzugsweise einem gemeinsamen Kunststoffteil.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand von in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Das Verpackungsgebinde gemäß Fig. 1, Fig. 2 und Fig. 4 ist im wesentlichen quaderförmig. Es weist eine Schale aus Pappe (Karton) auf, die von einem daran angesiegelten Stück Kunststoff-Folie 10 überdeckt, zusammengehalten und verschlossen wird.
  • Die Schale hat einen ebenen, länglich-rechteckigen Rücken 12, an den einander gegenüberliegende Längsseitenwände 14 und Querseitenwände 16 angelenkt sind. Die Wände 14, 16 sind eben, rechteckig und von gleicher Höhe. Sie schließen bei aufgerichteter Schale mit dem Rücken 12 einen rechten Winkel ein.
  • An dem dem Rücken abgewandten Rand 18 der Längsseitenwände 14 sind Laschen 20 in Form länglich-rechteckiger, schmaler Materialstreifen angelenkt, die sich über die volle Länge der Wände 14 erstrecken. Bei aufgerichteter Schale sind die Laschen 20 von den Wänden 14 unter 90° nach außen abgewinkelt.
  • An dem dem Rücken 12 abgewandten Rand 22 einer der Querseitenwände 16 ist eine Lasche 24 angelenkt, die sich über mehr als die volle Länge der Wand 16 erstreckt und breiter ist als die Laschen 20 an den Längsseitenwänden 14. In der Mitte der verbreiterten Lasche 24 ist eine Öse 26 ausgestanzt, die zum Aufhängen des Verpackungsgebindes dient.
  • Die andere Querseitenwand der Schale bildet eine Klappe 28, die sich um ihre Anlenkkante 30 an dem Rücken 12 nach außen schwenken läßt, um das Verpackungsgebinde zu öffnen. Die Klappe 28 hat seitliche Laschen 29, die den Bodenbereich des Verpackungsgebindes verstärken.
  • An dem dem Rücken 12 abgewandten Rand 32 der Klappe 28 ist eine Aufziehlasche angelenkt. Die Aufziehlasche ist ein länglich-rechteckiger Materialstreifen 34 mit einer in mittiger Anordnung daran angelenkten, nach außen abstehenden ovalen Griffzunge 36. Der Materialstreifen 34 ist so lange wie die Klappe 28 und so breit wie die Laschen 20 an den Längsseitenwänden 14. Die Anlenkkante 30 der Klappe 28 ist bezüglich der Unterkanten 38 der Längsseitenwände 14 um die Breite des Materialstreifens 34 nach innen versetzt.
  • Die Kunststoff-Folie 10 ist an die Laschen 20, 24 und die Aufziehlasche angesiegelt. Sie hält die Schale zusammen. Die Aufziehlasche ist an ihrer Siegelnaht abschälbar.
  • Die Kunststoff-Folie 10 ist transparent, d. h. durchsichtig oder durchscheinend. Sie eröffnet einen durch die Pappe (den Karton) der Schale unverblendeten Blick in das Innere der Schale. Der Blick auf das verpackte Gut sollte in Hauptblickrichtung frei sein. Ein gänzliches oder partielles Einfärben oder Bedrucken der Kunststoff-Folie 10 ist aber alles andere als ausgeschlossen.
  • Wie man am besten in Fig. 2 erkennt, hat das Verpackungsgebinde auf den Unterkanten 38 der Längsseitenwände 14, der Außenkante 40 des Materialstreifens 34 und der Anlenkkante 42 der Griffzunge 36 stabilen Stand. Die Griffzunge 36 ist gegen die Klappe 28 nach innen gefaltet.
  • Da die Anlenkkante 30 der Klappe 28 nach innen versetzt ist, hat die Schale des Verpackungsgebindes gemäß Fig. 1, Fig. 2 und Fig. 4 eine von der Klappe 28 gebildete horizontale Stellfläche für das zu verpakkende Gut. Die seitlichen Laschen 29 der Klappe 28 sind nach unten gefaltet.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt eine abgewandelte Schale, bei der die Anlenkkante 30 der Klappe 28 mit den Unterkanten 38 der Längsseitenwände 14 auf gleicher Höhe liegt. Das Verpackungsgebinde hat stabilen Stand auch auf der Unterkante des Rückens 12, die die Anlenkkante 30 der Klappe 28 ist. Die von der Klappe 28 gebildete Stellfläche für das zu verpackende Gut ist gegen die Horizontale geneigt.
  • Fig. 5 illustriert das rechteckige Sichtfenster des quaderförmigen Verpackungsgebindes gemäß Fig. 1, Fig. 2 und Fig. 4. Doch eröffnen sich dadurch, daß die Schale des Gebindes von der Kunststoff-Folie 10 zusammengehalten wird, vielfältige Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Schale. Gemäß Fig. 6 ist die Schale des Verpackungsgebindes von vorn gesehen tailliert, gemäß Fig. 7 von vorn gesehen ausgebaucht, gemäß Fig. 8 und Fig. 9 von vorn gesehen trapezförmig und gemäß Fig. 10 von vorn gesehen hexagonal.
  • Fig. 11 illustriert das rechteckige Querschnittsprofil, und Fig. 19 die rechteckige längsseitige Außenkontur des Verpackungsgebindes gemäß Fig. 1, Fig. 2 und Fig. 4.
  • Fig. 12 zeigt ein trapezförmiges, sich zu der Kunststoff-Folie 10 hin erweiterndes, und Fig. 13 ein entsprechend abgesetzt-trapezfömiges Querschnittsprofil. Fig. 14 zeigt ein Zick-Zack-Profil, Fig. 15 ein Halbkreisprofil und Fig. 16 ein Dreiecksprofil.
  • Bei Fig. 17 sind die Laschen 20 unter einem spitzen Winkel gegen die Längsseitenwände 14 geneigt. Die Kunststoff-Folie 10 wölbt sich nach außen.
  • Bei Fig. 18 sind die Laschen 20 unter einem stumpfen Winkel gegen die Längsseitenwände 14 geneigt. Die Kunststoff-Folie 10 wölbt sich nach innen.
  • Wie Fig. 19 noch einmal zeigt, liegt bei dem Verpackungsgebinde gemäß Fig. 1, Fig. 2 und Fig. 4 die Klappe 28 der zum Aufhängen dienenden Lasche 24 gegenüber. Gemäß Fig. 20 grenzt die Klappe 28 an diese Lasche 24 an.
  • Bei Fig. 21 ist die längsseitige Außenkontur des Verpackungsgebindes dreieckig. Die Kunststoff-Folie 10 schließt mit dem Boden 12 des Verpackungsgebindes einen spitzen Winkel ein.
  • Bei Fig. 22 ist die längsseitige Außenkontur des Verpackungsgebindes vor der zum Aufhängen dienenden Lasche 24 abgeschrägt. Bei Fig. 23 ist die längsseitige Außenkontur des Verpackungsgebindes trapezförmig. Die Schale erweitert sich zu der Kunststoff-Folie 10 hin. Bei Fig. 24 ist die längsseitige Außenkontur des Verpackungsgebindes entsprechend abgesetzt-trapezförmig.
  • Bei den meisten beschriebenen Verpackungsgebinden ist die in der Form vielfältige variierende Schale mit einem ebenen Stück Kunststoff-Folie 10 versiegelt. Doch kann auch die Ansichtsseite des Verpackungsgebindes vielfältig variieren. Die angesiegelte Kunststoff-Folie 10 hat dann abschnittsweise zueinander geneigte und/oder gewölbte Partien. Das ist in Fig. 25 bis Fig. 29 illustriert.

Claims (18)

  1. Verpackungsgebinde mit einem Zuschnitt aus Pappe (Karton), aus dem eine Schale faltbar ist, die das zu verpackende Gut aufnimmt und einen Rücken (12) und eine seitliche Wandung hat, und mit einem Kunststoffteil, das die Schale verschließt und durch das das Innere der Schale einsehbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem dem Rücken (12) abgewandten Rand (18, 22, 32) der seitlichen Wandung wenigstens eine Lasche (20, 24) aus Pappe (Karton) nach außen abgewinkelt ist, und daß das Kunststoffteil an die Lasche(n) (20, 24) ansiegelbar ist, durch die Siegelverbindung die Schale zusammenhält und einen unverblendeten, vorzugsweise freien oder wenigstens annähernd freien Blick in das Innere der Schale eröffnet.
  2. Verpackungsgebinde nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Lasche (24) verbreitert und mit einer Öse (26) zum Aufhängen des Verpackungsgebindes versehen ist.
  3. Verpackungsgebinde nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kunststoffteil in der Umgebung der Öse (26) an die Lasche (24) angesiegelt ist und die Lasche (24) verstärkt.
  4. Verpackungsgebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der Schale eine Klappe (28) abgeteilt ist, die eine nach außen abgewinkelte Aufziehlasche aufweist, die an das Kunststoffteil angrenzt und abschälbar daran angesiegelt ist.
  5. Verpackungsgebinde nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe (28) an die zum Aufhängen des Gebindes dienende Lasche (24) angrenzt.
  6. Verpackungsgebinde nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe (28) der zum Aufhängen des Gebindes dienenden Lasche (24) gegenüberliegt.
  7. Verpackungsgebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche(n) (20, 24) und die Aufziehlasche wenigstens zum Teil in einer Ebene liegen, und daß das Kunststoffteil aus Kunststoff-Folie (10) besteht und eine oder mehrere flache Partien hat, die schräg gegeneinander angestellt sein können.
  8. Verpackungsgebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche(n) (20, 24) und die Aufziehlasche wenigstens zum Teil gegeneinander geneigt sind, und daß das Kunststoffteil aus Kunststoff-Folie (10) besteht und sich wenigstens abschnittsweise nach innen oder außen wölbt.
  9. Verpackungsgebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kunststoffteil eine thermisch vorgeformte Haube ist, die sich nach innen oder außen wölben kann.
  10. Verpackungsgebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es auf der Schale stabilen Stand hat.
  11. Verpackungsgebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schale einen ebenen Rücken (12) und wenigstens abschnittsweise ebene Seitenwände (14, 16) hat, die mit dem Rücken (12) vorzugsweise einen rechten oder stumpfen Winkel einschließen.
  12. Verpackungsgebinde nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es auf den Unterkanten (30, 38) des Rückens (12) und/oder einer oder mehrerer Seitenwand/Seitenwände (14) stabilen Stand hat.
  13. Verpackungsgebinde nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rücken (12) ein Fenster, einen Eindrücker mit Halte- und/oder Stabilisierungsfunktion, eine Aufreißperforation o. ä. aufweist.
  14. Verpackungsgebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe (28) eine an den Rücken (12) angelenkte Seitenwand der Schale ist, die bezüglich angrenzender Seitenwände (14) im wesentlichen um die Breite der Aufziehlasche nach innen versetzt ist.
  15. Verpackungsgebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Kunststoffteil wenigstens abschnittsweise parallel zu dem Rücken (12) der Schale erstreckt.
  16. Verpackungsgebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kunststoffteil wenigstens abschnittsweise schräg gegen den Rücken (12) der Schale geneigt ist.
  17. Verpackungsgebinde nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kunststoffteil aus biologisch abbaubarem Kunststoff besteht.
  18. Mehrfachverpackungsgebinde mit mehreren Schalen und vorzugsweise einem gemeinsamen Kunststoffteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17.
