Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shoe system for producing a complete shoe with a high heel, consisting of an insole arrangement, an outer outsole to be arranged on the underside and a stabilizing element with a heel holder part produced as an elastic workpiece made of a stable hard material, as well as a heel to be fastened thereto, wherein the shoulder on its side facing the insole assembly has a receiving device with a negative recess corresponding to the shape of the heel holder part, the shoulder can be secured with the heel holder part of the stabilization element by lockable fastening means in the form of a latching and / or plug-in device, the heel holder part projecting as an approach and the recess of the heel are dimensioned and / or form-fit to one another in such a way that the heel can be firmly connected to the heel holder part in cooperation with the lockable fastening means, further comprising a shoe upper to be fastened to the insole assembly, wherein the stabilizing element widens an on the underside in the heel area
  • a shoe system of this kind is from the US-A-4,835,884 known.
  • the invention relates to a shoe made of such a shoe system, in particular a women's shoe with expiring in a heel spot paragraph.
  • Conventional shoes with a heel that runs off into a small heel and thus has a cross-sectional area the size of a penny, at least in the lower part of the heel, and is referred to as a penny heel, are known.
  • Such shoes are usually (but not necessarily) made in the form of women's shoes and may have heels of different heights. In particular, comparatively high heels of about 10 or more centimeters are known. Appropriate shoes can also be equipped with a heel of 3 or less centimeters.
  • All shoes of this type are usually characterized by a comparatively filigree heel and a thin insole and insole, which provide the foot only a flat contact surface. As a result, the underside of the foot touches the insole and its insole only at some points (toes, bale, heel).
  • the main load is on the forefoot bale as the foot pushes down by gravity on the more or less oblique plane of the insole of the shoe. Due to the thin insole, these models look very elegant. Bending of the insole or the insole of such known shoes with pointed heel under load from above through the foot is prevented by a steel spring, which is applied to the insole.
  • a shoe system for making a fashion shoe which consists of several basic components and thereby has an anatomically formed according to the foot insole heel holder unit, a removable heel with a fastening device, an upper part of the shoe and an outsole.
  • the insole heel-holder unit is formed by a body of plastic material sandwiched between upper and lower layers of sheet-like material.
  • the insole heel holder unit is inserted into the top of the shoe and secured by a heel hold, whereupon the outsole is applied to the underside of the front portion of the upper and a heel of selected height and configuration is removably mounted.
  • the insole heel holder unit is provided with a heel holder part which is integrally formed thereon and projecting from this centrally to the shoulder down, wherein the heel holder part has an assembly aid in the paragraph.
  • a recess is arranged in the heel area, wherein the heel holder part is formed by an integral downwardly directed projection, which can be introduced in the recess and releasably secured by screwing.
  • insole-heel holder unit Due to this special technical construction of insole-heel holder unit and in the paragraph applied recess for heel holder part can be attached to the shoe in retrospect different heels, be it visually or from the dimensions.
  • the paragraph should have a height between 2 cm and 8 cm, where he is wide, medium or slim formable.
  • the main part of the heel holder is injection molded from nylon or other plastic material commonly used in the manufacture of shoe heels.
  • the insole heel holder unit To manufacture the insole heel holder unit, two neatly punched sheet-like layers are placed in an injection mold. The upper and lower surfaces of the sheet-like layers are respectively convex and concave. While the two sheet-like layers are held in the injection mold, a certain amount of plasticized resin is injected into the injection mold so that a thin lens-like layer is formed between the two sheet-like layers.
  • This plastic material of the lens-like layer cures on cooling and solidifies, so that the two sheet-like layers are combined with it to form a plastic body and can be removed as insole heel holder unit of the injection mold.
  • the same nylon material, ABS material or polyurethane or the like is preferably used as is commonly used in the production of solid but flexible insoles and soles of fashion shoes.
  • the DE 10111 229 C1 is the production of an insole of two superposed soled components, namely a midsole and a support member made of plastic and high mechanical stability compared to the properties of the midsole used known, wherein the support member formed from a nylon modification or a thermoplastic polyurethane-based elastomer becomes.
  • Support element and midsole have a material based on the same polymer, but this each has different mechanical properties.
  • the support element has different mechanical properties than the midsole because of a different degree of crosslinking of the macromolecular substances it contains than the midsole EVA.

  • the insole is formed from an upper and lower cover layer, between which layers the middle sole shaft section is fixed.
  • the sole shaft is injection molded from a stable hard material and the insole made of a corresponding material made of plastic fiber material.
  • the composite part of sole shaft or sole shaft amplifier and insole is formed without an outer shock-absorbing layer.
  • a special cushioning sole is created on the inside of the shoe.
  • a foam insole is already known, which has a Hartkemteil formed as a molded part of thermoplastic polyurethane, which is insofar thermoplastically deformable.
  • the outer layer surrounding the hard core part is made of a soft plastic with good resilience, wherein a flat footbed is formed in the top of the layer, or the thin foam around.

  • the additional stabilization of the stabilizing element serving steel spring as this is to be used in a shoe provided with insole, can be dispensed with.
  • the stabilizing element is surrounded by a soft, foamed layer. This creates the opportunity to dispense with an insole, since the soft layer is also provided on the top, ie the foot-facing side of the stabilizing element and thus can form a pleasant for the foot surface. Therefore, the insole can either be omitted completely or provided only in a simpler design.
  • the preparation can be further simplified by the fact that the layer in a simple process on the stabilizing element is sprayed on.
  • the stabilizing element furthermore has a shoulder formed on the underside in the heel region, acting as a heel holder and projecting downwards.
  • the heel is fixable with this paragraph holder part of the stabilizing element of the insole assembly.
  • the shoulder has a corresponding negative recess into which engages the projecting shoulder of the paragraph holder part.
