Furthermore, the invention relates to a shoe made of such a shoe system, in particular a women's shoe with expiring in a heel spot paragraph.
Conventional shoes with a heel that runs off into a small heel and thus has a cross-sectional area the size of a penny, at least in the lower part of the heel, and is referred to as a penny heel, are known. Such shoes are usually (but not necessarily) made in the form of women's shoes and may have heels of different heights. In particular, comparatively high heels of about 10 or more centimeters are known. Appropriate shoes can also be equipped with a heel of 3 or less centimeters.
All shoes of this type are usually characterized by a comparatively filigree heel and a thin insole and insole, which provide the foot only a flat contact surface. As a result, the underside of the foot touches the insole and its insole only at some points (toes, bale, heel).
The main load is on the forefoot bale as the foot pushes down by gravity on the more or less oblique plane of the insole of the shoe. Due to the thin insole, these models look very elegant.
Bending of the insole or the insole of such known shoes with pointed heel under load from above through the foot is prevented by a steel spring, which is applied to the insole.
The construction is still so thin that these models continue to look very elegant. The attachment of the paragraph is done by an additional screw the paragraph to the insole. Due to the screwing the insole in this area of the heel must be retrofitted with leather or the like, otherwise the screw would be visible and felt.
Such fashion shoes are manufactured in large factories in large quantities in order to produce these inexpensively. There are also very expensive manufactories with very small quantities.
The insole heel-holder unit is formed by a body of plastic material sandwiched between upper and lower layers of sheet-like material.
To assemble the shoe, the insole heel holder unit is inserted into the top of the shoe and secured by a heel hold, whereupon the outsole is applied to the underside of the front portion of the upper and a heel of selected height and configuration is removably mounted.
For this purpose, the insole heel holder unit is provided with a heel holder part which is integrally formed thereon and projecting from this centrally to the shoulder down, wherein the heel holder part has an assembly aid in the paragraph. For this purpose, a recess is arranged in the heel area, wherein the heel holder part is formed by an integral downwardly directed projection, which can be introduced in the recess and releasably secured by screwing.
Due to this special technical construction of insole-heel holder unit and in the paragraph applied recess for heel holder part can be attached to the shoe in retrospect different heels, be it visually or from the dimensions.
The paragraph should have a height between 2 cm and 8 cm, where he is wide, medium or slim formable.
The main part of the heel holder is injection molded from nylon or other plastic material commonly used in the manufacture of shoe heels.
To manufacture the insole heel holder unit, two neatly punched sheet-like layers are placed in an injection mold. The upper and lower surfaces of the sheet-like layers are respectively convex and concave. While the two sheet-like layers are held in the injection mold, a certain amount of plasticized resin is injected into the injection mold so that a thin lens-like layer is formed between the two sheet-like layers.
This plastic material of the lens-like layer cures on cooling and solidifies, so that the two sheet-like layers are combined with it to form a plastic body and can be removed as insole heel holder unit of the injection mold. As the material of the plastic body thus formed, the same nylon material, ABS material or polyurethane or the like is preferably used as is commonly used in the production of solid but flexible insoles and soles of fashion shoes.

Insbesondere bei Absätzen mit schmalen Absatzflecken ist insofern keine absolut feste Halterung des Absatzes zur verwendeten Innensohlenanordnung erzielbar. wherein on the underside of the insole assembly immediately the attachment of a leaking paragraph in a mere paragraph heel should be possible,
and thus a high-strength connection between insole assembly and paragraph is given.
The overall strength of the outsole assembly with outsole should be as thin and elegant as possible with conventional heeled shoes, which have a thin insole with a threaded heel, and steel springs that prevent flexing of the insole and insole when loaded.
The invention is based on the idea, while maintaining the elegant look of such women's shoes with paragraph the foot by an additional footbed provided in the top of the insole assembly as much as possible over the entire foot length to give optimum support through the contour of the footbed, so that anyway Unhealthy standing and running on heels with heels is made as comfortable as possible and the strains on the body when walking and standing are minimized. The insole assembly is intended to consist of a dimensionally stable plastic with foamed outer soft area with good resilience, inasmuch as the contour of the footbed can be imprinted directly on the top.
Ferner zur Bildung eines derartigen Schuhs ein aus den Teilen dieses Schuhsystems hergestellter Schuh gemäß Anspruch 16.Further, to form such a shoe, a shoe made of the parts of this shoe system according to
The shoe system according to
The stabilizing element is surrounded by a soft, foamed layer. This creates the opportunity to dispense with an insole, since the soft layer is also provided on the top, ie the foot-facing side of the stabilizing element and thus can form a pleasant for the foot surface. Therefore, the insole can either be omitted completely or provided only in a simpler design. The preparation can be further simplified by the fact that the layer in a simple process on the stabilizing element is sprayed on. The outer skirting by a soft material, wherein the stabilizing element comes to lie in the middle in this foam so far, while allowing optimal support of the entire sole of the foot in the shoe, so that an uneven load on the sole of the foot and unhealthy load on the body is largely avoided.
The stabilizing element furthermore has a shoulder formed on the underside in the heel region, acting as a heel holder and projecting downwards. The heel is fixable with this paragraph holder part of the stabilizing element of the insole assembly. This is achieved in that the shoulder has a corresponding negative recess into which engages the projecting shoulder of the paragraph holder part. The projecting approach of the paragraph holder part and the corresponding negative recess of the paragraph are each dimensioned so that they fit each other positively and or non-positively. In addition, lockable latching or plugging means or other suitable fastening means are provided which cause the paragraph as a whole is firmly connected to the paragraph holder part.
Overall, this arrangement of heel and paragraph holder is a cost-effective and fixed mounting a paragraph given. In particular, a screwing of the paragraph, which regularly requires an additional cover of the screw head, can be dispensed with, without jeopardizing the secure connection of heel and remaining shoe. The manufacture of the shoe is further simplified in that the stabilizing element not only makes the insole superfluous, but at the same time also has the integrally formed heel holder unit.
The required number of components for shoe production is thereby further reduced and the manufacturing process further simplified and cheaper. Furthermore, on the stabilizing element, which in this respect represents the main component of the shoe, simply attach differently designed shoe tops and heels, which increases the flexibility in and for the production of different shoe models.
- By the new construction of the shoe system according to
claim 3, wherein the foam at the top of the stabilizing element forms a footbed, the underside of the foot touches on its entire surface the soft foam-coated plastic material of the outer layer of the stabilizing element. The insole assembly thus forms a footbed over the entire underside of the foot.
This distributes the burden despite the oblique position over the entire bottom of the foot, the ball of the foot compared to conventional shoes with heels is significantly relieved. This applies in particular to the underside of the foot, where the inner transverse arch of the foot is correspondingly strongly supported by the foamed plastic material of the outer layer of the stabilizing element.
In this respect, there is a strong visual difference compared to conventional shoes with high heels.
The foot stands in this area, however, in the conventional shoes with heel and insole clearly hollow, so no support.
In particular, in the formation of the stabilizing element according to
The heel is made of a robust plastic, e.g. a thermoplastic material with good abrasion values, in which, according to an advantageous embodiment of the subclaims, a steel pin with holding mandrel is injected.
The heel of the shoe is also made of a stable material, e.g. ABS made, but this is very hard but scratch, impact and break-proof.
Inside the paragraph, a hollow steel pin is provided, in which the mandrel of the steel pin of paragraph heel is mountable.
According to
The layer surrounding the stabilizing element consists of a urethane-based thermoplastic elastomer, in which respect an elastic material with very good wear resistance and high resilience is provided.
An anatomically shaped footbed can be molded into this material to the extent that all essential components of such an anatomical footbed are given, ie a deep heel cup, which gives the foot firm hold.
an inner and outer longitudinal arch support, which give the foot balance when it hits the floor and which provide a natural, proper footing
a toe grip, which ensures optimal toe guidance for a natural rolling motion of the foot,
a flexible bedding material with a particularly high level of comfort and an outer bedding edge, which is pulled up laterally on the outer edge of the bedding and embeds and protects the foot.
According to an advantageous embodiment and especially for the comfortably padded storage of the foot in the area of the pad and heel recesses for inserting a heel pad and a transverse vault helix are further provided in the anatomically shaped Fußbettung, which are softer than the foamed layer of the stabilizing element (dependent claim 4).
In the following advantageous embodiments of the shoe system will be described with reference to a ladies sandal with heel strap and two leash with buckle with reference to the drawings.

Paragraph mark (1) and paragraph (2) are fastened by a steel pin (17) with protruding mandrel injected in the heel spot, this mandrel being inserted into an internal hollow steel pin (18) of paragraph (2), the heel being made of ABS Plastic exists.
In order to produce the insole arrangement (3, 4) of the ladies' sandal, the stabilizing element (3) is arrested in a production mold of the insole assembly (3, 4) in such a way that an outer foam layer (4) is formed. of the stabilizing element (3), the outer layer can be injected around the stabilizing element.
The outer layer is foamed, which consists of a stable, but soft material with good resilience (TPU).
This material is elastic and also has good wear resistance in addition to the desired resilience.
Already due to the rigidity of the stabilizing element (3) bending of the stabilizing element or the insole assembly (3,4) and the footbed (15) formed on the upper side is prevented by the foot from above when the shoe is loaded.
There is no need for conventional high heel women's shoes, and thus none of these generally used steel springs to prevent sagging.
Only by this special connection of the stabilizing element (3) and the surrounding foamed outer layer (4), the insole assembly and its construction can be made so thin that maintaining the elegant look of conventional women's shoes with heels and insole and arranged steel spring despite the optimal Support in the footbed is given.
On the upper side of the finished insole assembly (3,4) with internal stabilizing element (3) and outer footbed (15), a heel pad (5) and a transverse archepolotte (6) are preferably applied.
Hierzu sind im Fußbett (15) Aussparungen (12,13) vorgesehen. For this purpose, recesses (12, 13) are provided in the footbed (15).
After insertion of these parts, the entire insole assembly with the heel already fastened to the stabilizing element (3) with a thin layer, e.g. Leather covered. This is accomplished with a special last which has the exact negative shape of the footbed (15) or insole assembly (3,4) and also has special burrs so that all prominent features such as the contours of the foot marks in the footbed also after being covered remain distinctive and the fabric has no wrinkles, blisters or the like.
In addition, the soft latex parts are not compressed by corresponding recesses in the last, thereby remain elastic and in shape.
Danach wird das Schuhoberteil (16) (Schaft) je nach gewünschtem Modell auf die bezogene Innensohlenanordnung (3,4) montiert ("gezwickt").Thereafter, the shoe upper (16) (shaft) depending on the desired model on the related insole assembly (3,4) mounted ("tweaked").
After the paragraph (2 ') has been finished as desired by the designer (painted, galvanized, covered with leather, etc.), this is connected to the insole assembly (3', 4) high strength.
This is achieved by a bond and by a positive and non-positive connection of the cuboid paragraph holding part (9) and this part receiving negative recess (10 ').
In traditional shoes with heels and insoles additional fastening of the insole with the heel is necessary to ensure the necessary stability.
In the present construction, this is not necessary due to the stability achieved between the parallelepiped paragraph holder part (9) of the stabilizing element (3 ') and the recess (10') in the shoulder (2 ') and the optionally additionally provided bonding.
Since an additional screwing of heel and stabilizing element is not necessary, according to the invention is thus avoided in particular that due to a screw, as provided with insole, subsequently the area of the insole (heel) must be covered with leather or the like. Thus, the elegant look of the leather-covered insole assembly (footbed) is preserved without being affected by seams or cut edges of additional cover layers.
For the completion of the shoe is still on the underside of the insole assembly (3,4) nor an outsole (11) to attach.
The installation of an additional insole does not occur according to the invention.

The stabilizing elements (27,28) with recessed steel spring (29,30) are each made by injection molding by hybrid technology, in which respect a firm connection of the different steel and plastic materials used.
The stabilizing elements (27,28) are also formed of an acrylonitrile / butadiene / styrene material, wherein also the paragraph to be used (2,2 ') is formed of the same plastic material. The foamed layer for forming the Fußbettung is also formed on the stabilizing element of a thermoplastic elastomer based on urethane, ie of a thermoplastic polyurethane, as in the case of the stabilizing element (3,3 ', 3 ").
