Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Unterputzbefestigung von sanitären Elementen insbesondere an Wänden, im Wesentlichen gebildet aus einer Montageschiene, vorzugsweise aus Metall, und Trägerplatten für sanitäre Elemente, wobei die Montageschiene zahlreiche der Wandbefestigung sowie der Befestigung der Trägerplatten vorgesehenen Bohrungen, Langlöcher od. dgl. aufweist, wobei die beiden Schienenlängskanten als von der Befestigungsebene beabstandete Befestigungsbereiche ausgebildet sind.
  • Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist beispielsweise aus der EP 0824 170 B1 allgemein bekannt, in der eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für einen zur Wandmontage von sanitären Elementen verwendeten Anschlussfitting beschrieben ist. Bei diesem Stand der Technik wird es als nachteilig angesehen, dass es sehr schwierig und zeitaufwändig ist, mit Hilfe dieser Vorrichtung mehrere an derselben Vorrichtung angeordnete Sanitärelemente in exakt demselben Abstand voneinander anzuordnen.
  • Ausgehend von dem vorgenannten Stand der Technik besteht die Aufgabe der Erfindung nunmehr darin, eine neue Vorrichtung zur Unterputzbefestigung von sanitären Elementen zu schaffen, mit der auf einfache Art und Weise mehrere Sanitärelemente in exakt demselben Abstand voneinander und in exakter Zuordnung zueinander an der Wand befestigbar sind.
  • Die Lösung der Aufgabe ergibt sich aus den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1, insbesondere den Merkmalen des Kennzeichenteils, wonach zumindest eine Schienenlängskante zahlreiche Kerben, Langlöcher, Schlitze od. dgl. aufweist, dass Schrauben und Widerlagersteine vorgesehen sind, und dass die Trägerplatten mit hinsichtlich der Kerben, Langlöchern, Schlitze od. dgl. korrespondierenden Bohrungen versehen sind, in denen die Schrauben angeordnet sind, welche mit den Widerlagersteinen gekontert sind, wobei die Trägerplatten durch das Einhängen der Gewindeschäfte der Schrauben in die Kerben, Langlöcher, Schlitze od.dgl. der Montageschiene in eine definierte Vormontageposition gelangen.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Unterputzbefestigung von sanitären Elementen weist den entscheidenden Vorteil auf, dass lediglich durch Einhängen der Trägerplatte eines sanitären Elementes eine exakte Vorpositionierung jedes einzelnen Sanitärbauteils möglich ist. Dadurch ist es auf einfache und schnelle Weise auch bei der Anbringung mehrerer Sanitärelemente möglich, einen übereinstimmenden exakten Abstand und Höhe untereinander herzustellen.
  • Bei einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die andere Schienenlängskante mit Bohrungen zur Befestigung der Trägerplatte versehen. Diese zusätzlichen Bohrungen dienen einer besseren Befestigung der Trägerplatten von Sanitärelementen.
  • Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist Kerben, Langlöcher, Schlitze oder dergleichen in der einen Schienenlängskante und/oder Bohrungen in der anderen Schienenlängskante auf, die einen übereinstimmenden Abstand voneinander aufweisen. Durch dieses übereinstimmendes Rastermaß wird es für die Sanitärfachmann sehr einfach, mehrere an einer Vorrichtung zur Unterputzbefestigung von Sanitärelementen angeordnete Sanitärelemente in einem gewünschten Abstand voneinander zu montieren.
  • Bei einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist der Befestigungsbereich der Trägerplatte in Abhängigkeit von der Bautiefe von Unterputzarmatur und Endarmatur einen veränderten Abstand zum Wandanlagebereich der Montageschiene auf. Dadurch wird auf vorteilhafte Weise sichergestellt, dass auch die in den Raum ragenden Stirnflächen mehrerer Endarmaturen möglichst in einer Ebene angeordnet sind.
  • Letztlich können bei einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung zwei oder mehrere Montageschienen mittels im Bereich der Schienenlängskanten in den vorhandenen Kerben oder Bohrungen angeordnete Befestigungsleisten hintereinander oder im rechten Winkel zueinander befestigt werden Hierdurch wird es möglich, nicht nur horizontal auf sehr einfache Weise einen gleichen Abstand zwischen Sanitärbauteilen sicherzustellen, sondern auch in vertikaler Richtung ein übereinstimmendes Rastermaß bei der Montage von Sanitärelementen an einer Wand einzuhalten.
  • Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus dem nachfolgenden Unteranspruch sowie aus der Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen. Es zeigen
    • Fig. 1 eine Vorrichtung zur Unterputzbefestigung von sanitären Elementen,
    • Fig. 2 eine Montageschiene als Teil einer Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1,
    • Fig. 3 eine Trägerplatte als Teil einer Vorrichtung gemäß Fig. 1,
    • Fig. 4 einen Widerlagerstein / eine Befestigungsleiste als Teil einer Vorrichtung gemäß Fig. 1,
    • Fig. 5 skizzenhafte Schnittdarstellung der Vormontageposition von Montageschiene und Trägerplatte
    • Fig. 6 Darstellung einer rechtwinkligen Anordnung verschiedener Vorrichtungen nach Fig. 1,
    • Fig. 7 eine vergrößerte Teildarstellung der Fig. 6 und
    • Fig. 8 eine Darstellung nach Fig. 6 einschließlich Unterputz- und Aufputzarmaturen.
  • In den Zeichnungen ist insgesamt eine Vorrichtung zur Unterputzbefestigung von sanitären Elementen mit der Bezugsziffer 10 bezeichnet.
  • Eine derartige Vorrichtung wird in erster Linie - wie die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen - aus einer Montageschiene 11 gebildet. Die Montageschiene 11 weist einen Wandanlagebereich 12 und Schienenlängskanten 13a und 13b, die einen Abstand a von einer Wand W aufweisen. Die nach oben orientierte Schienenlängskante 13a weist in regelmäßigen Abständen b Kerben 14 auf, während die Schienenlängskante 13b ebenfalls im Abstand b voneinander mit Bohrungen 15 versehen ist. Beispielsweise kann das so genannte Rastermaß 30 mm betragen. Der Wandanlagebereich 12 der Montageschiene 11 ist des Weiteren mit einer Langlochanordnung L in regelmäßigen Abständen versehen, welche aus zwei horizontalen Langlöchern 16 und einem vertikalen langen Loch 17 jeweils gebildet ist. Letztlich weist der Wandanlagebereich 12 mittig zwischen den Langlochanordnungen L jeweils zwei Befestigungsbohrungen 18 auf.
  • An der Montageschiene 11 werden Trägerplatten 19 befestigt (s. Fig. 1 und 3), welche einen mittigen mit Bohrungen 20 versehenen Befestigungsbereich 21 sowie randlich abgekröpfte Anlagebereiche 22 aufweisen, die mit Bohrungen 23 versehen sind. Auf den Befestigungsbereich 21 ist eine Unterputzarmatur 24 im Bereich der Bohrungen 20 angeordnet. Darüber hinaus weist die Trägerplatte 19 in den Bohrungen 23 des oberen Randes zwei Schrauben 25 auf, deren Gewindeendbereiche in Bohrungen B eines Widerlagersteines 26 eingreifen (s. Fig. 4).
  • Zum Zeitpunkt der Vormontage der Trägerplatte 19 einschließlich Unterputzarmatur 24 an einer Montageschiene 11 besteht - wie insbesondere Fig. 5 zeigt - zwischen dem Widerlagerstein 26 und der dazu weisenden Unterfläche 27 der Schrauben 25 ein Abstand c der größer ist, als die Materialstärken M1 und M2 der Montageschiene 11 sowie der Trägerplatte 19. Dadurch wird es möglich die Trägerplatte 19 einschließlich Unterputzarmatur 24 von oben her in die Montageschiene 11 einzuhängen, so dass diese sofort und automatisch in eine exakte Vormontagestellung gebracht werden kann.
  • In den Figuren 6 bis 8 ist des Weiteren eine Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung zur Unterputzbefestigung von sanitären Elementen 10 dargestellt, bei der drei Montageschienen 11 über Befestigungsleisten 28 (s. auch Fig. 4) - die den vorgenannten Widerlagersteinen 26 entsprechen - einerseits exakt rechtwinklig zueinander und andererseits in.vorgesehenem Rastermaß aneinander befestigt werden. In diesem Fall wird - wie insbesondere Fig. 6 aber auch die Ausschnittsvergrößerung gemäß Fig. 7 zeigen - vier Befestigungsleisten 28 jeweils im Bereich der Schienenlängskanten 13a, 13b mittels Schrauben 29 so befestigt, dass ein Teil der Befestigungsleisten 28 aus den horizontal verlaufenden Montageschienen 11 herausragen. Der aus den Montageschienen 11 herausragende Bereich der Befestigungsleiste 28 weist eine Bohrung B auf, die jeweils eine Schraube 30 aufnimmt, mit der die Befestigungsleiste 28 in einer Kerbe/Bohrung 14/15 der vertikal verlaufenden Montageschiene 11 verankert wird.
  • Letztlich zeigt die Fig. 8 eine Ausführungsform gemäß den Figuren 6 und 7, wobei neben den auf den Trägerplatten 19 angeordneten Unterputzarmaturen 24 auch die Aufputzarmaturen schematisch dargestellt sind. Man erkennt auf den horizontalen Montageschienen 11 einen Handbrausenanschluss 31, zwei Mengenregulierungen 32 für eine Handbrause 31 und drei Seitenbrausen 34 sowie ein Thermostat 33.
  • Darüber hinaus ist in dieser Zeichnung beispielhaft dargestellt, dass zum Ausgleich der geringeren Bautiefe der Seitenbrausen 34 gegenüber den Handbrauseanschlüssen 31 oder dem Thermostat 33 die zugehörige Trägerplatte 19x so ausgestattet ist, dass ein Abstand dx zwischen der Trägerplatte 19x und dem Wandanlagebereich 12 deutlich größer ist. Dadurch wird ein Ausgleich der unterschiedlichen Bautiefen von Unterputzarmaturen 24 und Endarmaturen 31 - 34 möglich.

Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Unterputzbefestigung von sanitären Elementen insbesondere an Wänden, im Wesentlichen gebildet aus einer Montageschiene (11), vorzugsweise aus Metall, und Trägerplatten (19) für sanitäre Elemente, wobei die Montageschiene (11) zahlreiche der Wandbefestigung sowie der Befestigung der Trägerplatten (19) vorgesehenen Bohrungen, Langlöcher od. dgl. aufweist, wobei die beiden Schienenlängskanten (13a, 13b) als von der Befestigungsebene beabstandete Befestigungsbereiche ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Schienenlängskante (13a) zahlreiche Kerben, Langlöcher, Schlitze od. dgl. (14) aufweist, dass Schrauben (25) und Widerlagersteine (26) vorgesehen sind, und dass die Trägerplatten (19) mit hinsichtlich der Kerben, Langlöchern Schlitze od. dgl. (14) korrespondierenden Bohrungen (23) versehen sind, in denen die Schrauben (25) angeordnet sind, welche mit den Widerlagersteinen (26) gekontert sind, wobei die Trägerplatten (19) durch das Einhängen der Gewindeschäfte der Schrauben (25) in die Kerben, Langlöcher, Schlitze od.dgl. (14) der Montageschiene (11) in eine definierte Vormontageposition gelangen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die andere Schienenlängskante (13b) mit Bohrungen (15) zur Befestigung der Trägerplatten (19) versehen ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kerben, Langlöcher, Schlitze od. dgl. (14) der einen Schienenlängskante (13a) und/oder die Bohrungen der anderen Schienenlängskante (13b) einen übereinstimmenden Abstand (b) voneinander aufweisen.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Unterputzbefestigung von sanitären Elementen insbesondere an Wänden nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei oder mehrere Montageschienen (11) mittels im Bereich der Schienenlängskanten (13a, 13b) in den vorhandenen Kerben (14) oder Bohrungen (15) angeordneten Befestigungsleisten (28) hintereinander oder im rechten Winkel zueinander befestigt sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsbereich (21) der Trägerplatte (19) in Abhängigkeit von der Bautiefe von Unterputzarmaturen (24) und Endarmaturen (31 - 34) einen veränderten Abstand (d, dx) zum Wandanlagebereich (12) der Montageschiene (11) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageschiene (11) zur Wandbefestigung in bestimmten Abständen mit im rechten Winkel zueinander angeordneten Langlöchern versehen ist, die der genauen Ausrichtung der Montageschiene (11) dienen.
