Definitions
- Vorhegende invention relates to a device for rotating and / or ver pivotable attachment of stage equipment, in particular headlamps, with a headband and at least one mounting element or a
- Montageelementa for releasably mounting the retaining clip or the headlight od.
- a mounting element usually a mounting element or a mounting element.
- the present invention relates to devices for pivoting the stage technology device, wherein the stage technology device, in particular a headlight, is mounted pivotably about a particular horizontal pivot axis on the headband.
- Stage technical device is here understood to mean all devices which i.a. needed at stage technical or similar events. This includes, for example, headlights, effect devices, cameras, speakers, or even reflection mirrors od. Like .. Of course, but also devices are to be subsumed below that meet a similar purpose.
- a generally stationary mounting element receptacle or a stationary mounting element here are all devices to understand that serve to accommodate the aforementioned stage technology device by means of the associated retaining bracket.
- this also includes scaffolding poles, mounting plates or wall elements, ceiling elements to which a corresponding mounting element screwed od.
- a substantially complementary design of the two elements is vorrausun so that they can be brought together by means of tools, without tools, by means of quick-release fasteners or similar connection means in operative connection. Consequently, this includes any type of terminals, plug and screw, pin and sleeve designs, etc.
- DE 82 36 552 Ul describes a headband for stage lighting body, headlights and the like.
- Stirrup legs of the retaining clip is received via a Drehachslagerung.
- a bracket base web of the retaining bracket is also arranged to be rotatable by motor on a holding part.
- the headband itself consists of a hollow profile base, which has corresponding open shell shapes for receiving the electrical devices that cause the vertical pivoting and the horizontal rotation. In these shell molds, inter alia, line connections, switching elements and drive motors are firmly integrated.
- Headlamp in particular comprising a headband, which comprises a fixed integrated pivoting or twisting mounting for pivotally mounting the retaining clip or the headlight attached thereto at a headlight mounting location.
- the control of this pivoting movement via a set on the retaining bracket adjustment, which can be remotely controlled by means of a suspended crank rod.
- the Ver adjusting device stands on toothed elements or rotatable shafts with the pivoting devices on the headband in operative connection.
- the invention is therefore the object of a device for rotating and / or pivotable attachment of stage equipment of the aforementioned type such that a simpler, cheaper and more versatile construction for the attachment of stage equipment is presented.
- stage technology device is mounted pivotably about a pivot axis on the headband.
- this object is achieved by a device for attachment of stage technology devices of the aforementioned type, wherein an adapter between the usually stationary mounting element holder and the arn Garbüge] arranged mounting member is provided, said adapter with the stationary mounting element recording on the one hand and with the On the other hand mounting member has complementary connection elements, of which at least one by means of a associated with the adapter rotary drive for pivoting the retaining bracket or the stage technical device is rotatable in particular about a vertical axis of rotation.
- This adapter fulfills the function of an intermediate piece which can be used between headband of the stage technology device and a generally stationary mounting element receptacle or a mounting element at a spotlight mounting location. Since the mounting elements, the mounting element receptacles and the connecting elements are each formed complementary, can be arranged without technical difficulties between the headband and the mounting element receptacle and connected to these, as needed, so that the headlight or the stage technology device rotatable or pivotable is.
- the mounting element on the headband by means of a
- Clamping device on the headband be fixed mounting element, or even an example welded mounting element, which then of course can also be referred to as a stationary mounting element.
- a stationary mounting element here are all known from the prior art constructions usable.
- the mounting element, the mounting element receptacle and the connecting elements are each standardized mounting pins or receiving sleeves.
- This standardization of the closures with each other allows the simple installation of the adapter with each on this standardized mounting pins or receiving sleeves and having retaining bracket stage technical device.
- the use of multi-function dements is possible to use the adapter or the aforementioned device on different headlamps, which have a plurality of or over adaptable mounting element receptacles, mounting elements or connecting elements.
- At least one Montageelernent and / or at least one mounting element receiving and / or at least one connecting element has a
- the mounting element, the mounting element receiving and the connecting elements are arranged substantially along a gravity axis.
- Embodiment is particularly advantageous when using the above-mentioned adapter or the device as a vertical fastening device for a headband, since then torque formation within the adapter is avoided due to eccentric force from the headband mounting bracket to the mounting bracket mounting location.
- the adjusting drive is an electric motor and in particular an adjusting drive which can be activated via a radio link or a similar wireless communication link.
- This has the advantage that the formation of very small and resistant, but also cost-effective adjustment drives is possible.
- an electric motor in particular, of course, in conjunction with a suitable gearbox guarantees the very accurate and finely adjustable adjustment of the retaining clip.
- Another advantage of using an electric motor is, of course, that the power supply can be done not only via an external power source, but also via a power source on the stage equipment itself or vice versa.
- the use of a radio link or a similar wireless communication link to control the headlight facilitates the establishment of the stage technology devices even at high altitudes or distant locations and the use of the same in complex multimedia or similar systems via a central control computer od. Like. be controlled. It is also conceivable, of course, to carry out relevant functions of the stage technology device itself, for example a filter control, luminous intensity, or effect, by means of a corresponding receiving module on the adjusting drive or on the adapter.
- the present invention also relates to a device, in particular according to one of the preceding claims or execution form, in which the stage technical Device, in particular a headlight to a particular horizontal pivot axis is pivotally mounted on the headband, and wherein between headband and stage technology device a linear mechanism for V ⁇ rschwenkung the stage technology device is arranged about the pivot axis.
- the mounting points of the linear mechanism are arranged outside this pivot axis.
- the linear mechanism has a hinged to the stage technology device or on the headband and rotatable about an associated adjusting spindle, which is in engagement with a hinged on the headband or on the stage technology device spindle wheel.
- This so-called spindle drive ensures that by a rotation of either hinged on the headband or the stage technology device spindle, which moves at the opposite pole, so at stage technology device or the headband hinged spindle wheel on the spindle along and thus causes a pivoting of the stage technology device in the headband ,
- the mounting points of the spindle wheel and the spindle are preferably in the greatest possible distance from the aforementioned pivot axis.
- the adjusting drive is arranged at a free end of the spindle.
- This has the advantage of a very inexpensive gear design between spindle and spindle wheel, since a direct power transmission element can be used to couple the spindle and the adjustment.
- the arrangement of the adjusting reduces the space requirements and in particular the geometric dimensions of the retaining clip, as there just no adjustment, etc. arranged at the free end of the spindle becomes.
- the device has a Linearmechanisrnus od a hinged on the stage technology device or on the headband spindle. Like.
- this embodiment comprises a spindle which is not rotatable about its longitudinal axis.
- the device comprises mounting elements and / or mounting element receptacles for releasably mounting the linear mechanism on the headband and / or on the stage technology device.
- This design allows the subsequent installation of the device on existing stored in brackets stage equipment.
