Claims (17)

  1. Produit textile, en particulier un produit textile facile à déterger, partant de fibres étirées, chacune ayant un coeur de fibre polymère et une gaine polymère enrobant le coeur de fibre polymère à pleine surface, la gaine polymère contenant particules fines et les fibres étirées présentant une structure composée des particules fines au moins sur part de leur surface, caractérisé en ce que les particules fines sont exposées par gravure de la surface au moins sur part de la surface des fibres étirées.
  2. Produit textile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le produit textile a une structure de base et une structure fine.
  3. Produit textile selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la structure de base est composée des fibres étirées.
  4. Produit textile selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la structure fine est composée des particules fines.
  5. Produit textile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la proportion des particules fines dans la gaine polymère est de 15 à 70 % volume, en particulier de 20 à 60 % volume, de préférence de 35 à 45 % volume.
  6. Produit textile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les particules fines sont composées de matières minérales, en particulier sulfate de baryum, dioxyde de silicium et/ou carbonate de calcium, de céramiques, en particulier composées de céramiques oxydiques, métaux ou oxydes métalliques, en particulier dioxyde de titane ou oxyde d'aluminium, et/ou polymères.
  7. Produit textile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les particules fines sont composées de matières hydrophobiques, en particulier de polymères hydrophobiques.
  8. Produit textile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le coeur de fibre polymère est chacun composé de polymères synthétiques, en particulier dans le groupe constitué par polyesters, polyamides, polyéthercétones, polyoléfines et fluoropolymères.
  9. Produit textile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la matière de la gaine polymère dans une condition non-étirée est plus extensible que la matière du coeur de fibre polymère.
  10. Produit textile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la gaine polymère est composée de polymères synthétiques, en particulier dans le groupe constitué par polyoléfines, polyesters, polyamides et fluoropolymères.
  11. Produit textile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la proportion de la gaine polymère dans les fibres étirées est à chaque fois de 15 à 35 % volume, en particulier de 20 à 30 % volume.
  12. Produit textile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit textile est au moins partiellement hydrophobique sur son surface.
  13. Produit textile selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit textile est couvert d'une couche hydrophobique au moins sur part de son surface, en particulier ayant une épaisseur de couche compris entre 50 nm et 200 nm, de préférence compris entre 50 nm et 100 nm.
  14. Produit textile selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la couche hydrophobique est composée de fluorocarbures, en particulier copolymères de fluorocarbures.
  15. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un produit textile, en particulier un produit textile facile à déterger, en particulier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes consistant à:
    - gainer un coeur de fibre polymère par un polymère de gaine contenant particules fines en formant fibres gainées,
    - étirer les fibres gainées,
    - traitement textile des fibres étirées en formant un produit textile de au moins deux dimensions,
    - graver la surface du produit textile en exposant la structure des particules de la surface du produit textile au moins partiellement.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le produit textile de au moins deux dimensions est recouvert d'une couche hydrophobique au moins sur part de la surface, subséquent à la gravure de surface.
  17. Utilisation d'un produit textile selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, pour la fabrication d'articles textiles, en particulier vêtements, textiles médico-techniques, textiles de maison, textiles d'intérieur, textiles semi-techniques et/ou textiles techniques.
