Claims (16)

  1. Douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2), fabriquée à partir d'un tube et ouverte de façon continue, destinée à recevoir une grille de contacts à lamelles à symétrie radiale, caractérisée en ce que la douille de connecteur femelle de connecteur à fiches (2) comprend une partie de réception cylindrique (3) avec formation d'un espace de réception pour la grille de contact à lamelles à symétrie radiale et comprend une partie de raccord cylindrique (4) avec formation d'un espace de réception (15) pour un câble et en ce que la partie de raccord (4) comprend des creux périphériques (5, 6).
  2. Douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie de réception (3) comprend une enveloppe extérieure cylindrique (8), avec un diamètre extérieur D1 et un diamètre intérieur D2, avec formation d'un espace de réception pour une grille de contact à lamelles à symétrie radiale (17).
  3. Douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie de raccord (4) comprend une enveloppe extérieure (7) avec un diamètre extérieur D5, qui est plus petit que le diamètre extérieur D1.
  4. Douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie de raccord (4) comprend un espace de réception cylindrique (15, 16), avec un diamètre intérieur D8 formé vers le côté de raccord.
  5. Douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'espace de réception (15, 16) est moindre que le diamètre intérieur D8 sur la partie de raccord cylindrique (4).
  6. Douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une partie annulaire (9) est formée entre la partie de réception (3) et la partie de raccord (4).
  7. Douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la partie annulaire (9) est saillante vers l'extérieur par rapport à l'enveloppe extérieure (7) et à l'enveloppe extérieure (8), du fait que la partie annulaire (9) présente un diamètre extérieur D3, qui est plus grand que le diamètre extérieur D1 de la partie de réception (3).
  8. Douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une partie annulaire (10) est formée sur l'extrémité de la partie de raccord (4) du côté du raccord.
  9. Douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la partie annulaire (10) présente un diamètre extérieur D7 qui s'étend au-delà du diamètre extérieur D5 de l'enveloppe extérieure (7) de la partie de raccord (4).
  10. Douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que la partie annulaire (10) présente un diamètre extérieur D7 qui est réduit par rapport au diamètre extérieur D1 de l'enveloppe extérieure (8) et est à cet égard radialement en retrait par rapport à celui-ci.
  11. Connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (1 ) comprenant une douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une grille de contact à lamelles à symétrie radiale (17) est introduite dans la partie de réception (3), par complémentarité de force sur le côté intérieur de l'enveloppe (7) de la partie de réception (3), avec ses lamelles de maintien (18) fixées en périphérie extérieure et courbées vers l'arrière.
  12. Connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la grille de contact à lamelles à symétrie radiale (17) est tordue en hyperbole et comprend une pluralité de lamelles de contact, qui forment un espace de réception de contact cylindrique destiné à la mise en contact avec une fiche de contact correspondante.
  13. Connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (1) selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la grille de contact à lamelles à symétrie radiale (17) comprend en outre sur au moins une extrémité une pluralité de lamelles de maintien (18) disposées en périphérie, qui sont reliées par une extrémité à la grille de contact à lamelles (17) et qui sont courbées de telle manière que les autres extrémités soient disposées autour du contact à lamelles cylindrique en étant disposées en périphérie en étant radialement parallèles.
  14. Procédé de fabrication d'une douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, comprenant les étapes suivantes
    - former une partie de réception cylindrique creuse (3) avec un diamètre extérieur D1 et un diamètre intérieur D2;
    - former une partie de réception cylindrique creuse (4) à partir du même tube avec un diamètre extérieur D5 et un diamètre intérieur D6;
    - former plusieurs creux radialement périphériques (5, 6) dans la région de la partie de raccord (4).
  15. Procédé de fabrication d'une douille de connecteur femelle d'un connecteur à fiches (2) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 ainsi que selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les creux (5, 6) sont réalisés sous la forme d'empreintes en forme de cuvettes dans la partie de raccord (4).
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que la partie de réception (3), la partie annulaire (9, 10) et la partie de raccord (4) sont fabriquées en une seule pièce.
