Definitions

  • the invention relates to a hinge for doors, windows or the like for hingedly connecting a wing of the door, the window or the like to a hinge axis on a frame and thus serves the pivotal mounting of an opening optionally closing wing to the opening limiting components, usually a frame.
  • first and second superimposed hinge parts each having a hinge pin bore and a fastener for attachment to wings or frames.
  • a hinge pin engaging in the hinge pin bores is provided which defines the hinge axis with its longitudinal axis: wherein the hinge pin is mounted at least in the hinge pin bore of the first hinge part and the second hinge part is pivotable about the hinge axis relative to the first hinge part.
  • Tapes for doors, windows and the like should fulfill their hinge function as possible with little tolerance in order to achieve only by pivoting the wing a precise fit of the wing in or at the opening. Moreover, the hinges provide a substantial point of attack when an otherwise locked wing is abusive, i. while avoiding the release of a lock, to be opened by, for example, the tape bolt is removed from the tape.
  • the Utility Model DE 27240 of the Rieth & Sohn Eisenkonstrumenten factory proposes to secure the hinge pin against axial displacement by engagement of parts which can only be displaced relative to each other with the door open to then allow the removal of the hinge pin.
  • a disadvantage of this construction is that the hinge pin is not fixed in rotation with respect to the wing hinge part or frame hinge part. This disadvantageously leaves an additional play which interferes with the precision of the pivoting. see the essential components forming the band or an additional fastener, such as an additional screw in DE 27240, is needed, which complicates the structure.
  • the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a tape with the required protection against removal of the hinge pin, which is comparatively simple in construction and therefore inexpensive to manufacture and ensures precise pivoting of the wing.
  • the band according to the invention is used for doors, windows or the like for hingedly connecting a wing of the door, the window or the like to a hinge axis on a frame.
  • the tape of the invention can be used in doors and windows of any kind. These are, for example, those in which the frame and / or the wing made of plastic or Metalllust. Aluminum hollow sections in single and multi-chamber design or wood.
  • the strip has at least one first and second hinge part arranged one above the other. If it concerns two hinge parts one speaks of a two-part volume, with three parts of a three-part volume.
  • the hinge parts each have a hinge pin bore and a fastening part for attachment to wings or frame.
  • the fasteners usually have screw holes for attachment to frames or wings.
  • the strip according to the invention further comprises a hinge pin defining the hinge axis and engaging in the hinge pin bore.
  • the hinge pin is advantageous rotatably mounted in the hinge pin bore of the first hinge part and the second hinge part mounted relative to the first hinge part pivotable about the hinge axis.
  • the second hinge part ie the pivotable about the Bandboizen hinge part attached to the wing and is referred to in its entirety of hinge part and mounting part as a wing hinge part.
  • the first hinge part ie the hinge part in the hinge pin bore of the hinge pin is rotatably mounted, is usually located on the frame and is in its entirety of hinge part and fixing part also referred to as a frame hinge part.
  • first or “second” hinge part already shows, the invention is not limited to the generally provided mounting location.
  • a projection in the hinge pin bore of the second hinge part and a groove complementary to the projection in the hinge pin and a groove extending from the groove or through the groove provided on the hinge pin unlocking surface is provided.
  • the projection is embossed in a particularly inexpensive embodiment of the invention in a surrounding the hinge pin bore plate of the second hinge part to give in the hinge pin bore a projection.
  • the unlocking surface extends according to the invention at least to one end of the hinge pin and in the hinge pin bore of the first hinge part to cooperate there with a complementary surface to the unlocking the hinge pin hole that the hinge pin is held against rotation.
  • groove, projection and unlocking surface cooperate in arrangement and dimensioning in such a way that the second hinge part can be swiveled back and forth from a locking position into an unlocked position.
  • groove and projection cooperate in such a way that a locking between the hinge pin and the second hinge part in the hinge axis direction is effected.
  • the game in the longitudinal direction is kept as low as possible, for example, to avoid sticking out of the hinge pin.
  • the groove extends on the circumference of the hinge pin and its length specifies the range of motion of the projection in the groove and thus corresponds to the intended relative pivot angle of the hinge parts.
  • the groove is inclined relative to a sectional plane perpendicular to the hinge axis, in order, for example, to assist a movement of the hinge by the action of gravity.
  • the unlocking surface extends into or through the groove.
  • the Entieglungs preparation is designed so that they at the intersection of the projection in Releases longitudinal direction to unlock the hinge pin in the hinge axis direction and to separate hinge pin and second hinge part.
  • the unlocking surface according to the invention has various forms.
  • An essential feature of the unlocking surface is that it is designed so that it can accommodate the projection and this releases along the hinge pin to the end of the hinge pin. It is, for example, a guide in the form of a groove.

Due to the overall comparatively backlash-free pivotable connection of wing and frame high precision is achieved. The closing of the door or window takes place without impairment.
  • the unlocked position i. the position of the second hinge part, in which the hinge pin is released in the hinge axis direction, is further defined by the rotationally fixed mounting of the hinge pin by the arrangement of the unlocking surface compared to the prior art.
