Die Erfindung betrifft eine Waschmaschine W mit einem Laugenbehälter (1) zur Aufnahme von Lauge, mit einer an den Laugenbehälter (1) angeschlossen Abflussleitung (12), die einen Auffangbehälter (16) mit einer verschließbaren Öffnung (17) aufweist, weiterhin mit einer der Abflussleitung (12) nachgeschalteten Laugenpumpe (13) und mit einem an der Abflussleitung (12) angebrachten und mittels eines Stopfens (23) an seinem freien Ende verschließbaren Notentleerungsschlauch (18), wobei der Stopfen (23) in ein Gehäuseteil (20, 21, 27) der Waschmaschine W integriert ist.

Description

Waschmaschine mit Notentleerungsschlauch, sowie Verfahren zum Entleeren einer solchen Waschmaschine
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Waschmaschine mit einem Laugenbehälter zur Aufnahme von Lauge, mit einer an den Laugenbehälter angeschlossen Abflussleitung, die mit einem Auffangbehälter mit einer verschließbaren Öffnung ausgestattet ist, weiterhin mit einer der Abflussleitung nachgeschalteten Laugenpumpe und mit einem an der Abflussleitung angebrachten und mittels eines Stopfens an seinem freien Ende verschließbaren Notentleerungsschlauch. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Notentleeren einer solchen Waschmaschine.
Bisher bekannte Waschmaschinen mit Notentleerungsschlauch weisen zu dessen Verschluss einen separaten Stopfen bzw. Stöpsel auf. Durch Entfernen des Stopfens fließt Lauge aus der Abflussleitung, die so zumindest teilweise entleert wird, z. B. zum Zugriff auf den Auffangbehälter für Reparaturen oder zur Wartung.
In einer bekannten Anordnung wird der Stopfen auf das freie, also nicht an der Abflussleitung befestigte Ende des Notentleerungsschlauchs aufgesetzt. Bei dieser Anordnung ist der Notentleerungsschlauch an der zum Laugensumpf weisenden Mündung offen. Bei einer anderen bekannten Anordnung hat der Stopfen an dem in die Abflussleitung mündenden Ende des Notentleerungsschlauchs eine diese Mündung ausfüllende Verdickung, die mit dem Stopfen über einen elastischen Stab verbunden ist und verhindert, das in Verschlussstellung des Stopfens Waschmittelreste und/oder unlösliche Bestandteile aus der Lauge den Notentleerungsschlauch verstopfen können. Der separate Stopfen kann bei Bedarf am Notentleerungsschlauch befestigt sein.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Möglicheit zur Notentleerung einer Waschmaschine bereitzustellen, die eine vereinfachte Montage und Logistik sowie einen sichereren Betrieb ermöglicht.
Erfindungsgemäß ist die eingangs beschriebene Waschmaschine dadurch ausgebildet, dass der Stopfen in ein Gehäuseteil der Waschmaschine integriert ist, z. B. ein Teil mit dem Gehäuseteil bildet. Dadurch kann vorteilhafterweise die Zahl der Bauteile reduziert werden, da ein separater Stopfen entfällt. Es ergibt sich eine Kostenreduzierung durch Vereinfachung der Montage sowie bei der Logistik durch eine verringerte Lagerhaltung. Weiterhin kann eine verbesserte Leckageerkennung und Leckageverhinderung (z. B. 'Aquastop-Funktion') durch eine einfachere Laugenaustrittsdetektion am verstöpselten Verschlussende erreicht werden.
Es ist ein Vorteil, wenn der Stopfen ein angeformter Stutzen ist, auf den der Notentleerungsschlauch aufsteckbar ist. Dabei ist die Form des Stopfens nicht eingeschränkt, sodern kann beispielsweise zylinder-, kugel- oder kegelstumpfförmig sein. Auch kann der Stopfen Dichtelemente, wie z. B. O-Ringe usw., aufweisen. Bei Bedarf kann eine Arretierungsmöglichkeit des Notentleerungsschlauchs mit dem Stopfen vorgesehen sein, beispielsweise eine Verschraubung oder ein Bajonettverschluss.
Da typischerweise die Abflussleitung hinter einer Sockelblende versteckt ist, und der Notentleerungsschlauch günstigerweise durch eine Öffnung in der Wand der Sockelblende nach außen geführt wird, ist das den Stopfen umfassende Gehäuseteil der Waschmaschine vorteilhafterweise die Sockelblende, insbesondere eine Seitenwand der Sockelblende.
Es kann es auch günstig sein, wenn unterhalb des Stopfens eine Auffangblende zum Auffangen und Ableiten von zwischen Notentleerungsschlauch und Stopfen leckender Lauge vorgesehen ist. Diese Auffangblende kann vorteilhafterweise durch die Sockelblende (21 ) hindurch in den Innenraum der Waschmaschine geführt sein. Dort ist es weiterhin von Vorteil, wenn die Auffangblende einen Ablauf umfasst, der über einem Leckwasserraum mit Leckwassersignaleinrichtung (,Aquastop-Funktion') angeordnet ist.
Als Alternative kann der Stopfen für den Notentleerungsschlauch an einer Sockelklappe angebracht sein, wobei die Sockelklappe schwenkbar vor der Sockelblende angebracht ist und gewöhnlich dazu dient, die Sockelblende zu bedecken. Zur Inspektion oder Wartung der Waschmaschine kann die Sockelklappe von der Sockelblende weggeklappt werden, vorzugsweise nach unten. Dabei kann die Sockelklappe auch dienen zum Auffangen einer geringen Menge an Flüssigkeit, die nach dem Abziehen des Notentleerungsschlauches vom Stopfen aus dem Notentleerungsschlauch austritt. Es ist weiterhin vorteilhaft, wenn der Notentleerungsschlauch in die Abflussleitung, integriert, z. B. einstückig angeformt ist, da auf diese Weise weitere Bauteile eingespart werden können und dort eine mögliche Leckage vermieden wird. Diese vorteilhafte und allgemein bisher nicht bekannte Ausgestaltung der Waschmaschine ist grundsätzlich auch unabhängig davon realisierbar, welcher Art der Verschluss des Notentleerungsschlauchs ist.
Der Notentleerungsschlauch kann an jedem Teil der Abflussleitung, einschließlich des Auffangbehälters, befestigt sein.
Der Auffangbehälter kann die Funktion z. B. einer Grobkörperfalle und / oder eines FIu- senfiltergehäuses übernehmen und lässt sich günstigerweise von der Sockelblende her öffnen. Die Position des Auffangbehälters in der Abflussleitung kann nach Bedarf gewählt werden. Zur einfachen Montage und Volumenreduzierung ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der Auffangbehälter nicht separat in der Abflussleitung angeordnet ist, sondern in die Pumpe integriert ist, günstigerweise als Pumpenkammer oder Pumpenvorkammer. Bei blockierter Pumpe kann der Auffangbehälter bzw. die Pumpenkammer nach vorheriger Notentleerung geöffnet und geräumt werden.
Die Aufgabe wird auch durch ein Verfahren zum Notentleeren der oben beschriebenen erfindungsgemäßen Waschmaschine gelöst, wobei zum mindestens teilweisen Entleeren der Lauge aus der Abflussleitung der Notentleerungsschlauch vom Stopfen abgezogen wird und zum Betreiben der Waschmaschine der Notentleerungsschlauch wieder auf den Stopfen aufgesteckt wird.
Anhand der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele wird eine erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung der Waschmaschine nachstehend schematisch erläutert. Gleichwirkende Teile sind mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen. Es zeigen
Fig. 1 eine schematisch dargestellte Waschmaschine mit einem Laugenbehälter und einer darin gelagerten Wäschetrommel für die Aufnahme von Textilien und einem Notentleerungsschlauch,
Fig. 2 eine schematische Aufsicht auf den Ablaufstrang einer erfindungsgemäßen Waschmaschine. Fig. 3 eine Frontalansicht auf eine Sockelblende einer erfindungsgemäßen Waschmaschine.
Der Laugenbehälter 1 in der Waschmaschine W in Fig. 1 enthält eine darin um eine horizontale Achse 3 gelagerte Wäschetrommel 2 mit Mitnehmern 4 für einen aus Textilien bestehenden Wäscheposten 7. Zum Drehen der Wäschetrommel 2 in der durch den Pfeil 1 1 angedeuteten Richtung dient ein Elektromotor 10, der seine Drehbewegung über ein Riemengetriebe 5 in die Wäschetrommel 2 einleitet.
Über eine Zuführleitung 8 wird, wie durch den Pfeil 9 angedeutet, Lauge 6 zugeführt und füllt den Laugenbehälter 1 bis zur einer Höhe NV. Die Lauge 6 besteht entweder nur aus Wasser oder aus einem Gemisch von Wasser und Waschhilfsmittel.
Lauge 6, die sich am Boden des Laugenbehälters 1 befindet, kann durch eine Abflussleitung 12 und eine nachgeschaltete Laugenpumpe 13 über eine Abpumpleitung 14 in hier nicht näher dargestellter Weise in der durch den Pfeil 15 angedeuteten Richtung nach außen befördert werden. In die Abflussleitung 12 ist ein separater Auffangbehälter 16 für Flusen und / oder Fremdkörper mit einer verschließbaren Öffnung 17 integriert.
Alle schalt- oder steuerbaren Einrichtungen, wie der Trommelantriebsmotor 10 und die Laugenpumpe 13, werden von einer Steuereinrichtung der Waschmaschine geschaltet oder gesteuert (nicht dargestellt).
Vor dem Auffangbehälter 16 befindet sich ein Notentleerungsschlauch 18, der im bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb verstöpselt ist (Stopfen hier nicht dargestellt).
In Figur 2 führt, analog zu Figur 1 , die Abflussleitung 12 in den Auffangbehälter 26 für Flusen und / oder Fremdkörper, in dem Grobteile verbleiben und über die verschließbare Öffnung 17 entnommen werden können. In dieser Ausführungsform ist der Auffangbehälter 26 als Pumpen(vor)kammer in die Laugenpumpe 13 integriert, wobei die Lauge 6 über den abpumpseitigen Stutzen 19 und über eine Abpumpleitung (nicht dargestellt) weiter abgeführt werden kann.
Der Notentleerungsschlauch 18 ist einstückig in den Ablaufschlauch 12 integriert bzw. an diesen angeformt. Durch diese bisher nicht bekannte Ausführungsform können vorteil- hafterweise Montage- und Logistikkosten gesenkt und die Betriebssicherheit erhöht werden.
Der Notentleerungsschlauch 18 wird durch eine Schlauchdurchführung in Form einer kreisförmigen Öffnung 22 in einer Gehäusewand 24 der Waschmaschine W, hier: im Bereich einer Sockelblende 21 , nach außen geführt. In der gezeigten Betriebsstellung ist der Notentleerungsschlauch 18 zur Funktion der Notentleerung eingerichtet; im Ablaufschlauch befindliche Lauge 6 (nicht gezeigt) fließt durch ihn nach außen ab, z. B. in einen separaten Auffangbehälter (nicht gezeigt), wie eine Schüssel oder ähnliches.
Zum ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb der Waschmaschine W wird der Notentleerungsschlauch 18 verstöpselt, was in dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Figur 3 insbesondere durch Aufstecken des freien Endes auf einen in der Sockelblende 21 seitlich integrierten Stopfen 23 geschieht. Die Integration des Stopfens 23 in eine Gehäusewand 20 der Waschmaschine W ergibt vorteilhafterweise eine Bauteilreduzierung, und damit unter anderem eine einfachere Herstellung, Montage und Logistik.
Der Notentleerungsschlauch 18 kann in seiner Position an der Sockelblende 21 fixiert werden, z. B. durch eine Klemmhalterung 25. Zusätzlich kann in einfacher Weise die Leckagegefahr reduziert werden, indem unter dem Notentleerungsschlauch 18 eine Auffangeinheit, hier: eine gestrichelt angedeutete Auffangblende 25, vorgesehen ist. Die Auffangblende 24 weist an ihrem Boden eine Öffnung (nicht dargestellt) durch die Gehäusewand 20 auf, durch die leckende Lauge 6 in ein Auffangsystem (nicht dargestellt) der Waschmaschine W geleitet wird, durch das günstigerweise bei Bedarf auch ein Alarm ausgelöst und eine Wasserzufuhr gesperrt werden kann, z. B. mittels 'Aquastop'.
Figur 3 zeigt in einer zu Figur 2 analogen Anordnung eine Sockelblende 21 , die den dahinter liegenden Laugenauslassstrang verdeckt, mit einem Notentleerungsschlauch 18 in normaler Betriebsfunktion der Waschmaschine W.
Über die Sockelblende 21 lässt sich die Öffnung 17 des Auffangbehälters 26 erreichen. Durch die weitere Öffnung 22 wird der flexible Notentleerungsschlauch 18 nach außen geführt. Der Notentleerungsschlauch 18 ist vorzugsweise ein flexibler Kunststoffschlauch, z. B. ein Gummischlauch oder ein gewellter PVC-Schlauch. Mit seinem freien Ende ist der Notentleerungsschlauch 18 in dieser Betriebsstellung auf den einstückig mit der Sockel- blende 21 verbundenen Stopfen 23 aufgesteckt. Der Stopfen 23 ist ein angeformter Stutzen.
Weiterhin ist die Auffangblende 24 eingezeichnet, die vom Verschluss zwischen Notentleerungsschlauch 18 und Stopfen 23 möglicherweise leckende Lauge 6 auffängt, kontrolliert ableitet und ggf. dadurch eine Wasserstopp-Funktion auslösen kann, z. B. über geeignet angebrachte Sensoren (nicht dargestellt, beispielsweise Αquastop'-Funktion). Die Leckageableitung kann über eine in der Sockelblende 21 vorhandene weitere Öffnung (nicht dargestellt) geschehen.
Die Sockelblende 21 gemäß Figur 3 wird gewöhnlich von einer Sockelklappe 27 verdeckt. Diese Sockelklappe 27 ist um Scharniere 28 schwenkbar, um die Sockelblende 21 bei Bedarf, insbesondere zur Inspektion oder Wartung der Waschmaschine W, frei zu geben. Auch in der Sockelklappe 27 kann der Stopfen 23 zum Aufstecken des Notentleerungsschlauches 18 angebracht sein.

Claims

Pate nta n sp rü c h e
1 . Waschmaschine (W), umfassend einen Laugenbehälter (1 ) zur Aufnahme von Lauge (6), eine an den Laugenbehälter (1 ) angeschlossene Abflussleitung (12), die einen Auffangbehälter (16, 26) mit einer verschließbaren Öffnung (17) aufweist, eine der Abflussleitung (12) nachgeschaltete Laugenpumpe (13), und einen an der Abflussleitung (12) angebrachten und mittels eines Stopfens (23) an seinem freien Ende verschließbaren Notentleerungsschlauch (18), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen (23) in ein Gehäuseteil (20, 21 , 27) der Waschmaschine (W) integriert ist.
2. Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen (23) ein angeformter Stutzen ist.
3. Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuseteil (20, 21 , 27) eine Sockelblende (21 ) ist.
4. Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen (23) an einer Seitenwand der Sockelblende (21 ) angeformt ist.
5. Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuseteil (20, 21 , 27) eine schwenkbar vor einer Sockelblende (21 ) gelagerte Sockelklappe (27) ist.
6. Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Notentleerungsschlauch (18) durch eine Öffnung (22) in der Sockelblende (21 ) nach außen führbar ist.
7. Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Stopfens (23) eine Auffangblende (24) zum Auffangen und Ableiten von zwischen Notentleerungsschlauch (18) und Stopfen (23) leckender Lauge (6) vorgesehen ist.
8. Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auffangblende (24) durch die Sockelblende (21 ) hindurch in den Innenraum der Waschmaschine geführt ist.
9. Waschmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auffangblende (24) einen Ablauf umfasst, der über einem Leckwasserraum mit Leckwassersignaleinrichtung angeordnet ist.
10. Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Notentleerungsschlauch (18) in die Abflussleitung (12) integriert ist.
1 1. Waschmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auffangbehälter (16,26) eine Pumpenkammer (26) ist.
12. Verfahren zum Notentleeren der Waschmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass zum mindestens teilweisen Entleeren von Lauge (6) aus der Abflussleitung (12) der Notentleerungsschlauch (18) vom Stopfen (23) abgezogen wird und dass zum Betreiben der Waschmaschine der Notentleerungsschlauch (18) wieder auf den Stopfen (23) aufgesteckt wird.
