Claims (12)
- Escalier mécanique ou trottoir roulant comportant une bande rotative de marches ou de palettes, chaque marche (12) ou palette comportant de chaque côté respectivement un rouleau de support (14) et un rouleau à chaîne (16), qui sont guidés en marche avant et en marche arrière sur des rails pour rouleaux de support (26) et sur des rails pour rouleaux à chaîne (22), caractérisé en ce que les rails de marche arrière pour rouleaux de support (26) supportent uniquement en partie les rouleaux de support (14).
- Escalier mécanique ou trottoir roulant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rail pour rouleaux de support (26) s'étend latéralement à côté de la marche (14) de l'escalier mécanique.
- Escalier mécanique ou trottoir roulant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rail de marche arrière pour rouleaux de support (26) a une largeur inférieure à celle du rouleau de support (14), en particulier une largeur inférieure d'un cinquième à deux tiers.
- Escalier mécanique ou trottoir roulant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de support (14), par référence à la vue de face de la marche (12) ou palette, est monté en chevauchant en partie la marche (12) ou palette et en faisant saillie sur celle-ci tant sur le côté que vers le bas.
- Escalier mécanique ou trottoir roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la dimension de chevauchement entre la marche (12) ou palette et le rouleau de support (14) mesure, par référence à la vue de face, plus de 20 % et moins de 70 %, en particulier environ 40 % de la largeur du rouleau de support (14).
- Escalier mécanique ou trottoir roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, par rapport à la marche (12) ou palette, le rouleau de support (14) fait saillie vers le bas sur quelques millimètres, en particulier sur moins de la moitié de son diamètre et, de préférence, sur moins de 20 % de son diamètre et, encore mieux, sur environ un dixième de son diamètre.
- Escalier mécanique ou trottoir roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de support (14) est monté à l'extrémité inférieure de la marche (12) ou palette, et le rail de marche avant pour rouleaux de support s'étend en partie au-dessous de la marche (12) ou palette.
- Escalier mécanique ou trottoir roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rail de marche avant pour rouleaux à chaîne (22) s'étend latéralement en dehors - par rapport à la marche (12) ou palette - du rail de marche avant pour rouleaux de support, à savoir de manière directement adjacente à ce rail, mais en étant décalé en hauteur.
- Escalier mécanique ou trottoir roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les rails pour rouleaux à chaîne et le rail de marche avant pour rouleaux de support s'étendent sur leur côté intérieur, c'est-à-dire sur leur côté tourné vers la marche (12) ou palette, chacun sensiblement à fleur du rouleau correspondant et se terminent sur leur côté extérieur nettement en dehors du rouleau concerné, et est en particulier nettement plus grand que le rouleau concerné.
- Escalier mécanique ou trottoir roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rail de marche arrière pour rouleaux de support (26) s'étend au-dessous du rouleau de support (14) de telle sorte qu'il supporte pratiquement la moitié extérieure, en particulier environ 40 % de la largeur du rouleau de support (14).
- Escalier mécanique ou trottoir roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rail de marche arrière pour rouleaux de support (26) a une largeur inférieure à celle du rouleau de support (14), en particulier entre la moitié et 90 % de la largeur de celui-ci, etde préférence environ 80 % de la largeur de celui-ci.
- Escalier mécanique ou trottoir roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rail de marche arrière et le rail de marche avant sont réalisés sous forme de rails en L ou en T, dans lesquels l'aile verticale s'étend dans chaque cas sensiblement au-dessous du milieu du rouleau.
