Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt einen Beschlag für einen Seitenschrank mit einer vorgehängten Schrankfront (2) und einem Auszugsrahmen aus Profilblechen, wobei an der Schrankfront (2) zwei Befestigungsplatten (8) angeschraubt sind und sie mittels zweier Frontwinkel (9) mit dem Auszugsrahmen (3) verbunden ist, und wobei der Frontwinkel (9) auf seiner der Befestigungsplatte (8) zugewandten Seite einen Buckel (11) besitzt, um den die Befestigungsplatte (8) schwenkbar ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung beschreibt einen Beschlag für einen Seitenschrankauszug mit einem Rahmen aus vertikalen und horizontalen Profilblechen und einer oberen und einer unteren Auszugsschiene.
  • Bei Einbauküchen wird häufig ein verbleibender Raum in der Küchenzeile durch einen schmalen Seitenschrank gefüllt. Bei einem solchen Seitenschrank sind die Körbe für das Staugut an einem seitlichen Auszugsrahmen angebracht, an dem auch die Schrankfront befestigt ist. Problematisch ist die Montage des Beschlags in dem schmalen Schrank und die Justage der Schrankfront. Die Justage erfolgt oft über mehrere zusätzliche Einstellschrauben, wie etwa in dem Gebrauchsmuster DE 93 15 750.9 .
    In der Gebrauchsmusterschrift DE 202 17 511 U1 ist eine Anbindung einer Türfront an den Rahmen eines Hochschrankauszugs beschrieben, bei der die horizontale Winkeljustage der Türfront über in der Höhe eingestellte Schraubenköpfe zwischen einem Justierblock und einem Justierband erfolgt.
    In der Patentanmeldung DE 32 21 926 A1 ist ebenfalls eine Anbindung einer Türfront an den Rahmen eines Hochschrankauszugs beschrieben, bei der die horizontale Winkeljustage der Türfront über in der Höhe eingestellte Schraubenköpfe zwischen dem Auszugsrahmen und einem eingesteckten Frontwinkel erfolgt. Eine seitliche Justage der Türfront ist nicht vorgesehen.
    Bei allen genannten Möglichkeiten der Justage sind zusätzliche Justierschrauben zu den Befestigungsschrauben vorgesehen.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Beschlag anzugeben, bei dem der Rahmen und die Auszugsschienen einfach zu montieren sind und die Justage der Schrankfront auf einfache Weise ohne zusätzliche Schrauben erfolgt.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe dadurch, dass an der Schrankfront zwei Befestigungsplatten angeschraubt sind und diese mittels zweier Frontwinkel mit dem Auszugsrahmen verbunden ist, wobei der Frontwinkel auf seiner der Befestigungsplatte zugewandten Seite einen Buckel besitzt, um den die jeweilige Befestigungsplatte schwenkbar ist.
  • Eine Ausführungsform des Beschlags ist in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Der Rahmen des Seitenschrankauszugs besteht aus vertikalen und horizontalen Profilblechen, die die Last des Staugutes aufnehmen können. Der Rahmen ist an einer oberen und einer unteren Auszugsschiene geführt. Die Auszugsschienen sind an der Seitenwand des Schrankes vormontiert. Dies ist ohne die weiteren Teile des Beschlags sehr einfach möglich.
  • Der Schrank besitzt eine vorgehängte Schrankfront, die an dem Rahmen befestigt ist und mit ihm hervorgezogen wird. Zur Befestigung dienen zwei Befestigungsplatten, die an der Schrankfront vormontiert sind, sowie zwei Frontwinkel, die die Verbindung zwischen der Befestigungsplatte und dem Rahmen herstellen. Die Befestigungsschrauben der Frontwinkel dienen auch zur Justage der Schrankfront. Somit sind die Anbringung und die Justage der Schrankfront sehr einfach.
    Der Frontwinkel besitzt eine Nase, die in eine entsprechende Profilöffnung des oberen oder unteren Profilblechs eingeschoben wird. Die Profilöffnung besitzt ein vom offenes Langloch, in das eine Schraube, die sich auf der Nase des Frontwinkels befindet, geschoben wird. Die Schraube wird in dem Langloch festgezogen und damit der Frontwinkel befestigt.
    Der Frontwinkel besitzt vorteilhafterweise auf seiner der Befestigungsplatte zugewandten Seite einen Buckel, um den die Befestigungsplatte schwenkbar ist. Rechts und links dieses Buckels befinden sich zwei Schrauben, die in Langlöchern des Frontwinkels geführt sind, und mit denen der Frontwinkel an die Befestigungsplatte angeschraubt wird.
    Die Justage der Schrankfront erfolgt über die Befestigungsschrauben. Dabei wird über ein Verschieben in den Langlöchern eine Verdrehung der Schrankfront ausgeglichen. Mit dem Schwenken um die Buckel erfolgt der Ausgleich eines horizontalen Winkelfehlers. Mit einer Änderung der Tiefe des Eintauchens der Nasen der Frontwinkel in die Profilbleche wird ein vertikaler Winkelfehler ausgeglichen.
  • In den Figuren ist eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung beispielhaft dargestellt.

  • In Fig.1 ist der Schrank 1 mit der Möbelfront 2 dargestellt. Im Schrank befindet sich der Auszugsrahmen 3 mit dem oberen Profilblech 4 und dem unteren Profilblech 5. Die Laschen 6 greifen durch die Profilbleche und befestigen den Rahmen 3 an den Auszugsschienen. Die Schrankfront 2 ist über die Befestigungsplatten 8 an dem Rahmen 3 befestigt.
  • In Fig. 2 ist der Beschlag in einer Explosionszeichnung dargestellt. Die Auszugsschienen 16 und 17 sind an der hier nicht dargestellten Schrankwand vormontiert. An den Auszugsschienen sind die Laschen 6 hervorgedrückt, die in die entsprechenden Löcher 6a greifen. Die Sicherungsschrauben tauchen durch die Löcher 7 und verschrauben die Profilbleche 4 bzw. 5 mit den jeweiligen Auszugsschienen 16 und 17.
    In die Profilbleche 4 und 5 sind die Frontwinkel 9 mit ihrer Nase 10 eingesteckt und über die Schraube 15 verschraubt. Die Befestigungsplatten 8 sind mit den jeweiligen Frontwinkeln 9 mittels der Befestigungsschrauben 14 verbunden. Über die Schrauben 14 und 15 wird die Justage der hier nicht dargestellten Schrankfront vorgenommen.
  • In Fig. 3 sind der Frontwinkel 9 und die Befestigungsplatte 8 im Detail dargestellt. Die Nase 10 nimmt die Schraube 15 auf.
    Auf der Seite zu der Befestigungsplatte 8 ist der Buckel 11 angebracht, um den die Befestigungsplatte 8 an der Auflagestelle 11 a schwenken kann. Die Schrauben 14 greifen links und rechts des Buckels 11 durch die Langlöcher 13 in die Befestigungsplatte 8. Die Einstellung dieser Schrauben bestimmt den Winkel zwischen Frontwinkel 9 und Befestigungsplatte 8. Mittels der Langlöcher 13 kann der Frontwinkel 9 auf der Befestigungsplatte 8 auch seitlich verschoben werden, um entsprechende Fehlstellungen auszugleichen.
  • In Fig. 4 sind der Frontwinkel 9 und die Befestigungsplatte 8 im verschraubten Zustand in einer Draufsicht dargestellt. Die Nase 10 wird mittels der Schraube 15 mit dem Rahmen verschraubt. Die Schrauben 14 gestatten die Winkeleinstellung zwischen dem Frontwinkel 9 und der Befestigungsplatte 8 um den Buckel 11.

Claims (5)

  1. Beschlag für einen Seitenschrank mit einer vorgehängten Schrankfront (2) und einem Auszugsrahmen aus Profilblechen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Schrankfront (2) zwei Befestigungsplatten (8) angeschraubt sind und sie mittels zweier Frontwinkel (9) mit dem Auszugsrahmen (3) verbunden ist, wobei der Frontwinkel (9) auf seiner der Befestigungsplatte (8) zugewandten Seite einen Buckel (11) besitzt, um den die Befestigungsplatte (8) schwenkbar ist.
  2. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Frontwinkel (9) mittels der rechts und links des Buckels in horizontalen Langlöchern (13) geführten Befestigungsschrauben (14) an der Befestigungsplatte (8) angeschraubt ist.
  3. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Frontwinkel mit einer Nase (10) in das jeweils zugehörige Profilblech (4, 5) eingesteckt und mit diesem über eine Schraube (15) in einem Langloch verschraubt ist.
  4. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsplatte (8) an der Schrankfront (2) vormontiert ist.
  5. Beschlag nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Justage der Schrankfront (2) durch die Einstellung der Befestigungsschrauben (14) zwischen den Frontwinkeln (9) und den Befestigungsplatten (8) sowie durch ein Verändern des Eintauchens der Schrauben (15) an den Frontwinkeln (9) in die Profilbleche (4, 5) des Rahmens erfolgt.
