Description

  • Die Erfindung beschreibt einen Beschlag nach Anspruch 1 für einen Seitenschrankauszug mit einem Rahmen aus vertikalen und horizontalen Profilblechen und einer oberen und einer unteren Auszugsschiene.
  • Bei Einbauküchen wird häufig ein verbleibender Raum in der Küchenzeile durch einen schmalen Seitenschrank gefüllt. Bei einem solchen Seitenschrank sind die Körbe für das Staugut an einem seitlichen Auszugsrahmen angebracht, an dem auch die Schrankfront befestigt ist. Problematisch ist die Montage des Beschlags in dem schmalen Schrank und die Justage der Schrankfront.
  • Eine Montagemöglichkeit für Schubkästen ist aus der Patentschrift US 3,973,814 bekannt. Hier sind in einem Möbelkorpus Auszugsschienen angebracht, die einen abgewinkelten Steg aufweisen. In den Zargen des Schubkastens sind Nuten eingefräst, mit denen der Schubkasten auf die abgewinkelten Stege aufgeschoben und dann mit einer Schraube gesichert werden kann.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Beschlag anzugeben, bei dem der Auszugsrahmen und die Auszugsschienen eines schmalen Seitenschrankes einfach zu montieren sind.
  • Dies Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs gelöst..
  • Eine Ausführungsform des Beschlags ist in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Der Rahmen des Seitenschrankauszugs besteht aus vertikalen und horizontalen Profilblechen, die die Last des Staugutes aufnehmen können. Der Rahmen ist an einer oberen und einer unteren Auszugsschiene geführt. Die Auszugsschienen sind an der Seitenwand des Schrankes vormontiert. Dies ist ohne die weiteren Teile des Beschlags sehr einfach möglich. Das obere und das untere Profilblech des Rahmens ist nun auf die vormontierten Auszugsschienen aufgesteckt und gesichert. Auf diese Weise ist ein einfacher Zusammenbau des Schrankes gegeben.
  • Eine gute und leichte Führung des Auszugs wird durch Kugelteleskopschienen erreicht. Diese laufen präzise und sind auch für größere Lasten geeignet.
  • Der Zusammenbau des Schrankes gestaltet sich sehr einfach dadurch, dass der Rahmen auf hervorgedrückte Laschen der Auszugsschiene aufgesteckt ist. Dazu weisen das obere und das untere Profilblech des Rahmens entsprechende Löcher auf, durch die die Laschen in das Profilblech greifen.
  • So wird der Rahmen auf die Auszugsschienen gesteckt. In den Auszugsschienen befindet sich jeweils eine Schraube, die durch ein Loch des Profilblechs hindurchtaucht. Das Loch geht in ein Langloch über, an dem der Rahmen dann festgeschraubt und damit gesichert wird.
  • Der Schrank besitzt eine vorgehängte Schrankfront, die an dem Rahmen befestigt ist und mit ihm hervorgezogen wird. Zur Befestigung dienen zwei Befestigungsplatten, die an der Schrankfront vormontiert sind, sowie zwei Frontwinkel, die die Verbindung zwischen der Befestigungsplatte und dem Rahmen herstellen. Die Befestigungsschrauben der Frontwinkel dienen auch zur Justage der Schrankfront. Somit sind die Anbringung und die Justage der Schrankfront sehr einfach.
  • In den Figuren ist eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung beispielhaft dargestellt.

  • In Fig. 1 ist der Schrank 1 mit der Möbelfront 2 dargestellt. Im Schrank befindet sich der Auszugsrahmen 3 mit dem oberen Profilblech 4 und dem unteren Profilblech 5. Die Laschen 6 greifen durch die Profilbleche und befestigen den Rahmen 3 an den Auszugsschienen. Die Schrankfront 2 ist über die Befestigungsplatten 8 an dem Rahmen 3 befestigt.
  • In Fig. 2 ist der Beschlag in einer Explosionszeichnung dargestellt. Die Auszugsschienen 16 und 17 sind an der hier nicht dargestellten Schrankwand vormontiert. An den Auszugsschienen sind die Laschen 6 hervorgedrückt, die in die entsprechenden Löcher 6a greifen. Die Sicherungsschrauben tauchen durch die Löcher 7 und verschrauben die Profilbleche 4 bzw. 5 mit den jeweiligen Auszugsschienen 16 und 17.
  • In die Profilbleche 4 und 5 sind die Frontwinkel 9 mit ihrer Nase 10 eingesteckt und über die Schraube 15 verschraubt. Die Befestigungsplatten 8 sind mit den jeweiligen Frontwinkeln 9 mittels der Befestigungsschrauben 14 verbunden.

Claims (4)

  1. Beschlag für einen Seitenschrankauszug mit einem Rahmen (3) aus vertikalen und horizontalen Profilblechen und einer oberen und einer unteren Auszugsschiene (16, 17), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auszugschienen mit laschen (6) versehen sind und dass der Rahmen (3) mit seinen vertikalen Profilblechen (4) auf den Laschen (6) der Auszugsschienen (16, 17) aufgesteckt und gesichert ist, wobei die Auszugsschienen (16, 17) in dem Schrank (1) vormontiert sind.
  2. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auszugsschienen (16, 17) Kugelteleskopschienen sind.
  3. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (3) des Beschlags auf hervorgedrückte Laschen (6) der Auszugsschienen (16, 17) aufgesteckt ist, die durch entsprechende Löcher (6a) des oberen und unteren Profilblechs (4, 5) greifen.
  4. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherung jeweils über eine Schraube (7) in der Auszugsschiene (16, 17) erfolgt, die beim Aufstecken durch das Profilblech hindurchtaucht und dieses an einem Langloch sichert.
