Abstract
Description
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine feuerfeste Trennwand, vor allem für den Bau von Brandtüren oder Brandtoren, welche für das Schließen von Verkehrsöffnungen in Gebäudewänden dienen.The subject of the invention is a refractory partition, especially for the construction of fire doors or fire doors, which are used for closing traffic openings in building walls.
Allgemein bekannt ist eine feuerfeste Trennwand in Form von Tür oder Tor als Platte mit Versteifungsrahmen am Umfang. Dieser Rahmen ist aus metallischen Profilen hergestellt, an welche zwei parallele Blechbeläge anliegen. Der innere Raum der Platte, durch den Umfangsrahmen und Beläge begrenzt, ist mit unbrennbarem Wärmedämmstoff, meistens mit Mineralwolle ausgefüllt. Darüberhinaus sind bekannt Brandschutztüren, welche zwei miteinander zusammengesetzte, grundsätzlich parallele Blechbeläge bilden. Jeder der Beläge hat quer geknickte Rände, wobei die Rände beider Beläge sich überlappen. Auch in dieser bekannten Lösung ist der Raum zwischen den Belägen mit unbrennbarem Wärmedämmstoff ausgefüllt. Um die geforderte Steifigkeit des Türflügels im Befestigungsbereich der Scharniere sowie des Schlosses zu erreichen, sind zwischen den Belägen zusätzlich Metalleisten angeordnet, welche an die inneren Oberflächen deren geknickten Rände anliegen. Im Fall eines Brandes auf der Feuerseite der Wand herrscht eine bedeutsam höhere Temperatur als auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Unter dem Einfluß des Temperaturunterschiedes dehnen sich die Metallprofile sowie Blechbeläge auf beiden Seiten der Trennwand ungleichmäßig. Schließlich verbeugt sich die Trennwand und zwischen deren Rändern und Bord der zu abschließenden Öffnung entstehen unerwünschte Spalte, durch welche Feuer eindringen kann.Generally known is a refractory partition in the form of door or gate as a plate with stiffening frame on the periphery. Under the influence of the temperature difference, the metal profiles and sheet metal linings stretch unevenly on both sides of the partition wall. Feuerfeste Trennwand in Form einer an ihren Rändern mit Profilen versteiften Platte, an welche zwei parallele, grundsätzlich flache Beläge anliegen und der mit Profilen und Belägen eingeschränkte Raum mit unbrennbarem Wärmedämmstoff ausgefüllt ist, gemäß der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennwand zwei gegenüberliegende Profile hat, welche mit geknickten Belägerändern umgeben und aus nicht metallischem, unbrennbaren Stoff hergestellt sind. Die inneren Profilflächen sind am günstigsten an den Rand der wärmedämmenden Ausfüllung angeklebt. Zwecks Erhöhung der mechanischen Festigkeit ist die Trennwand mit Metalleisten ausgestattet, welche an innere, seitliche Profilflächen anliegen und gegeneinander in Längsrillen angeordnet sind, die an den seitlichen Rändern der wärmedämmenden Ausfüllung gebildet sind. Die Metalleisten sind mit Metallstäben verbunden, welche durch das Innere der wärmedämmenden Ausfüllung durchdringen. In der günstigen Lösung der Erfindung jedes Profil hat die Form einer flachen Leiste, welche an den Seitenrand der wärmedämmenden Ausfüllung anliegt. In einer anderen günstigen Lösung das Profil hat die Form eines Winkels, welcher an Seiten- und Stirnrand der wärmedämmenden Ausfüllung anliegt. In einer noch anderen günstigen Lösung jedes Profil hat die Form eines T-Stahles, welcher an den Seitenrand und Stirnrand der wärmedämmenden Ausfüllung anliegt, wobei ein der Arme des T-Stahles aus der Trennwand herausragt und deren Anschlag bildet. Infolge der Untersuchungen hat sich unerwartet herausgestellt, daß die feuerfeste Trennwand die und unentbehrliche mechanische Festigkeit behält, wenn statt des Metallrahmens Profile aus entsprechend ausgewähltem, nicht metallischen feuerfesten Stoff angewendet werden, welche mit den gegenüberliegenden Rändern der wärmedämmenden Ausfüllung verbunden sind. Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist im Ausführungsbeispiel auf der Zeichnung dargestellt, wo
Feuerfeste Trennwand gemäß der Erfindung bildet die Platte 1 mit Randversteifung durch zwei gegeneinander angeordnete Profile, welche aus nicht metallischem, feuerfesten Stoff hergestellt ist, am günstigsten aus modifiziertem Gips mit großer Dichte. Die Profile der feuerfesten Trennwand haben die Form einer flachen Leiste 2, eines Winkelstahles 3 oder T-Stahles 4. An die Flächen der Profile 2, 3, 4 liegen an zwei parallele, grundsätzlich flache Beläge 5, welche aus dünnem Blech, echtem Holzfurnier oder Kunststoffurnier hergestellt sind. Die Außenflächen der Profile 2, 3, 4 sind durch geknickte Ränder 6 der Beläge 5 umfaßt. Im Raum 7, welcher durch Profile 2, 3, 4 sowie Beläge 5 eingeschränkt ist, befindet sich die Ausfüllung 8 aus unbrennbarem Wärmedämmstoff, am günstigsten aus Mineralwolle. Die Innenflächen 9, 10 der Profile 2, 3, 4 sind am den Rändern der wärmdämmenden Ausfüllung 8 angeklebt. Jedes Profil in Form einer Leiste 2 liegt an den Seitenrand 11 an, dagegen jedes Profil in Form eines Winkelstahl 3 liegt an den Seiten- und Stirnrand 11, 12 der Ausfüllung 8 an. Der Reihe nach, jedes Profil in Form eines T-Stahles 4 liegt an den Seiten - und Stirnrand 11, 12 der Ausfüllung 8 an, wobei ein der Arme 13 des T-Stahles 4 aus der Trennwand herausragt und einen Anschlag bildet. Die Trennwand in Form von schwenkbarer Tür ist mit metallischen Bewehrungsleisten 14 ausgestattet, welche für die Befestigung der Scharniere 20 sowie des Türschlosses 21 dienen. Die Bewehrungsleisten 14 liegen an die seitlichen Innenflächen 9 der Profile 2, 3, 4 und sind in den Längsrillen 15 der Seitenränder 11 der Ausfüllung 8 gegeneinander eingesetzt. Darüberhinaus sind die Bewehrungseisten 14 mittels metallischer Stäbe 16 miteinander verbunden, welche durch die Kanäle 17 in der Ausfüllung 8 durchdringen. Wenn die Trennwand bedeutsamen Belastungen nicht ausgesetzt ist, so kann man auf die Anwendung der Bewehrungsleisten 14 und der Stäbe 16 verzichten. Auf
