Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine feuerfeste Trennwand, vor allem für den Bau von Brandtüren oder Brandtoren, welche für das Schließen von Verkehrsöffnungen in Gebäudewänden dienen.The subject of the invention is a refractory partition, especially for the construction of fire doors or fire doors, which are used for closing traffic openings in building walls.

Aus der deutschen Patentschrift DE 2420548 A1 ist der Brandwand-Abschluss bekannt, der für Trennwände und Tür- oder Torflügel verwendet wird. Die Wand bildet eine Platte, die aus zwei flachen, parallelen Belägen aus Blech mit geknicktem Rand hergestellt ist. Diese Beläge haben die Form von Kassetten, die mit ihren Rändern ineinander verzahnt sind. Zwischen dem kassettenförmigen Belag der Platte ist eine Ausfüllung aus wärmedämmendem, feuerfestem Stoff angebracht, v. a. Asbest und Zement. An den Rändern dieser Ausfüllung sowie zwischen den sich überlappenden Kassettenrändern sind Querleisten aus nicht metallischem, feuerfestem Stoff angebracht. An die Ränder dieser Querleisten liegen beide Beläge der Platte an. An ihrem Rand ist ein externer tragender Rahmen befestigt, der aus Metallprofilen mit Dichttaschen besteht. Am Brandwand-Abschluss, der einen verschiebbaren Torflügel bildet, sind durch ihre wärmedämmende Ausfüllung und die geknickten Ränder senkrechte Metallstäbe gesteckt. Die Enden dieser Stäbe sind am oberen und unteren Profil des Tragrahmens befestigt, wobei die oberen Enden der Stäbe außerdem mit Rollen verbunden sind, die ein Öffnen des Tores ermöglichen. Es sind auch ähnliche Brandschutztüren bekannt, deren Türflügel, bestehend aus zwei Blechbelägen in Kassettenbauweise, mit feuerfestem Wärmedämmstoffgefüllt ist. In der günstigen Lösung der Erfindung jedes Profil hat die Form einer flachen Leiste, welche an den Seitenrand der wärmedämmenden Ausfüllung anliegt. In einer anderen günstigen Lösung das Profil hat die Form eines Winkels, welcher an Seiten - und Stirnrand der wärmedämmenden Ausfüllung anliegt. Die feuerfeste Trennwand gemäß der Erfindung bildet die Platte 1 an den Rändern mit zwei gegeneinander angeordneten Profilen ausgestattet, welche aus nicht metallischem, feuerfesten Stoff hergestellt ist, am günstigsten aus modifiziertem Gips mit großer Dichte. Die Profile der feuerfesten Trennwand haben die Form einer flachen Leiste 2, eines Winkels 3 oder T - Profils 4. An die Flächen der Profile 2, 3, 4 liegen an zwei parallele, grundsätzlich flache Beläge 5, welche aus dünnem Blech, echtem Holzfurnier oder Kunststoffurnier hergestellt sind. Die Außenflächen der Profile 2, 3, 4 sind durch geknickte Ränder 6 der Beläge 5 umfasst. Im Raum 7, welcher durch Profile 2, 3, 4 sowie Beläge 5 eingeschränkt ist, befindet sich die Ausfüllung 8 aus feuerfestem Wärmedämmstoff, am günstigsten aus Mineralwolle. Jedes Segment 18 dieses Tores hat Profile in Form von T - Profilen 4, deren Dicke d der herausragenden Arme 13 die Hälfte der Dicke D des Segments 18 ist. The fire resistant partition in the form of a stiffened plate, its edges equipped with oppositely arranged sections (2, 3, 4), to which are adhered two parallel, fundamentally flat facings (5), whereby sections (2, 3, 4) are manufactured from a non-metallic fire resistant material and enveloped with bended rims (6) of facings, while the space limited by sections (2, 3, 4) and facings (5) is filled with a non-combustible thermal insulation, characterised in that metal strips (14) adhere to the internal lateral surfaces (9) of the sections (2, 3, 4), which are placed oppositely to each other within longitudinal grooves (15), set upon lateral rims (11) of the thermal insulation filling (8), whereby the strips (14) are connected with each other with metal rods (16), passing through the thermal insulation filling's (8) interior.
  2. The partition, following claim 1, characterized in that the internal surfaces (9, 10) of the sections (2, 3, 4) are glued to the rims of the thermal insulation filling (8).
  3. The partition, following claim 1 or 2, characterised in that each section has a form of a flat strip (2), which adheres to the lateral rim (11) of the thermal insulation filling (8).
  4. The partition, following claim 1 or 2, characterised in that each section has a form of an angle (3), which adheres to the lateral and frontal rim (11, 12) of the thermal insulation filling (8).
  5. The partition, following claim 1 or 2, characterised in that each section has a form of a T-bar's (4), which adheres to the lateral and frontal rim (11, 12) of the thermal insulation filling (8), whereby one of the T-bar's (4) arms (13) protrudes outside the partition, creating its door stop.
  6. The partition, following claim 5, characterised in that the thickness (d) of the T-bar's (4) protruding arms (13) constitutes half of the partition's thickness (D).
