Description

The invention relates to an adjustable structural partition, in particular fire protection partition. It serves to close traffic openings in building walls.

From the patent DE 2657141 an adjustable fire wall in the form of sliding door or sliding gates is known. This partition has a metallic support frame, which consists of beams, which are connected by means of transverse rods. The beams of the Traggerippes form a four-edged frame. On the frame two parallel metal cover plates are attached. In the area of the frame, between the cover plates, a fire-resistant insulation filling is housed. This insulating filling consists of several adjacent insulating plates, which are made of aerated concrete. The adjacent vertical edges of the insulating plates lie with their end faces together. The horizontally extended crossbars of Traggerippes are attached to the vertical beam of the frame and also inserted inside the insulating filling hollowed through channels. Under normal conditions, the partition wall is located outside the open opening of the building wall and in case of fire it covers this opening with the aid of an automatic drive device. On the side facing the fire becomes one significantly higher temperature than that generated on the opposite side. As a result of the difference in temperature, the tin-plate cover jacket expands unevenly on both sides, causing the partition bends and the opening closure loses the required tightness. In addition, adjustable partitions or screens are known in which insulating plate elements are applied with sound-absorbing properties. The outer surfaces of these elements are attached to one side of the bedding, usually on a plate or a frame.

The object of the invention is to improve the fire protection wall so that their resistance to direct fire is improved while achieving easy construction.

The adjustable structural partition, in particular fire protection partition according to the invention, is intended for closing traffic openings in building walls and has a metallic support frame made of beams, which are connected by means of transverse rods, which is equipped with a fire-resistant insulation filling, which consists of several insulating panels, the adjacent Rims abut each other with their Stinflächen, the cross bars of Traggerippes are stuck in hollowed out in the interior of the insulating passageways. The partition wall according to the invention Is characterized in that the support frame consists of two horizontal, superposed beams and connecting them, vertical cross bars. The insulating panels of the partition are adjacent - and one above the other, the insulating panels are made of mineral wool and provided on their visible sides with a reinforcing mesh and plastered with a layer of mortar. If a partition is required in a larger, their insulating properties increasing strength, then their insulating filling consists of several, abutting, vertical layers. Inside each of these layers, as well as at the junction of adjacent layers of the insulating filling, two sets of through channels are formed. In these passageways are vertical cross bars, which are attached to the opposite beam of Traggerippes. The adjacent insulation panels of the insulation filling or each of their layers in multi-layer partitions are most advantageously connected to overlapping joints formed by end faces of their edges. In other advantageous embodiments of the subject invention, the connection of adjacent insulating the insulation filling or each of their layers by means of spring-groove connections, which are formed by end faces of their edges or by these end faces and separate springs. To stiffen a large partition wall between the horizontal edges of adjacent insulation, which form a single or multi-layer insulation filling, horizontal intermediate strips with holes attached, run over which vertical bars of Traggerippes. In another, similar design of a large partition wall in a multi-layer design horizontal intermediate strips are also provided with holes between the horizontal edges of adjacent insulating plates each layer over which the vertical, interlayer transverse bars of Traggerippes are performed. From these intermediate strips protrude upwards and downwards vertical pins, sunk in individual insulating panels. In a further embodiment, additional pins are recessed into the perimeter insulating panels which protrude vertically from the horizontal beams of the support framework. In the suspended partition of the upper horizontal bar of Traggerippes is suspended by means of rollers on a horizontal, fixed to the building wall above the traffic opening rail slidably. In the mobile partition both horizontal beams of Traggerippes are slidably supported by rollers on two horizontal, placed in the floor and on the building wall above the traffic opening rails. In the retractable partition, the upper horizontal beam of the support frame is driven by means of a pulling device and the side edges of the partition are slidably guided in fixed, vertical guides. As required, the adjustable partition is made up of several, kinematically interconnected wings.

The partition according to the subject invention is lightweight, characterized by a simple construction and can be assembled from prefabricated elements at the destination. The upper horizontal beam of Traggerippes of great thermal conductivity is always outside the traffic opening and the cross bars of Traggerippes are hidden inside the refractory insulating filling. For these reasons, the partition is characterized by very high resistance to direct contact with the fire and deforming influence of high temperatures.
