Door leaf has hinge-connected panels (3) and a doorframe made of frame segments. The slip door has a door leaf made of hinge-connected door panels (4) and a door leaf surround made of surround segments (6). The surround segments cover the frame segments of the door frame when the slip door is closed and collect band-shaped strips (9) which bridge the areas between the surround segments when two neighboring segments bend while the sectional gate is being opened or closed, and stop a finger grasping this area.

Description

The invention relates to a door leaf for a sectional door with a wicket door, wherein the door leaf hinged door panels and a door frame constructed of Zargensegmenten door frame and wherein the wicket door has a hingedly connected door panels composed door leaf and a built-up of enclosure segments enclosure of the door leaf. A door leaf with the features described is made EP 1 375 805 A2 known.

The wicket door allows passage through the sectional door without having to open the entire door leaf. It can be manually opened and closed and can therefore also be operated, for example, in the event of a failure of a Torblattantriebes. Wicket doors can be opened quickly and reliably in the event of an emergency, which is why sectional doors whose door leaves have a wicket door are particularly suitable for garages for halls which have no additional exit next to the sectional door. In an opening or closing movement, the door leaf runs along an arcuate path, wherein each adjacent Torpaneele, door panels, Zargensegmente and edging segments perform pivotal movements to each other, when this pivotal movement, a gap between adjacent panels or segments opens and closes again, there is a risk of injury to limbs ,

The publication EP 1 108 849 A2 describes a sectional door with the features described above. The door leaf arranged vertically in a closed sectional door passes through an arcuate section during the opening movement and is moved to a horizontal opening position. Between two adjacent enclosure segments of the enclosure of the door leaf of the wicket is a reachable from the Torblattaußenseite gap. This gap extending from the door leaf outer side to the door leaf inner side runs along a curved path and has a width which changes along the path. The gap is shaped so that the pinching of a finger is avoided during the opening and closing movement of the sectional door. The gap results from an elaborate, the Fingerklemmschutzprofil the door panels adapted shaping of the skirt segments.

Out GB 2 285 275 A is a protective device by means of band-shaped strips known that cover the gap between the sections of a rolling door. However, the roller door does not have a wicket door with an enclosure.

Against this background, the invention has the object to improve a door leaf for a sectional door with a wicket door so that during an opening and closing movement of the sectional door the risk of finger pinching in the enclosure of the door leaf and the door frame is reliably avoided.

The object is achieved in that the enclosure elements obscure the Zargensegmente the door frame with the closed wicket door and tape-shaped strips that bridge at an angling of two adjacent skirt segments during an opening or closing movement of the sectional door, the areas between the skirt segments and prevent the engagement of a finger , The frame segments of the door frame are concealed with closed wicket by the skirt segments and the band-shaped strip such that the areas between the frame segments are not engageable by a finger in an opening or closing movement of the sectional door. A gap forming in the bend of two adjacent skirting elements is concealed by at least one band-shaped strip in such a way that the engagement a finger is prevented. The Fingerklemmschutz is therefore independent of the shape of the forming behind the band-shaped strip between the skirt segments gap. The frame segments are always covered in a closed wicket door so that engagement between the frame segments is not possible. An elaborate embodiment of the shape of the skirt segments and the frame segments is no longer required according to the invention.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the skirt segments are formed as hollow profiles, for example as hollow aluminum profiles. The band-shaped strips are safely guided in the chambers and largely protected against contamination and damage.

In the context of the invention is that each one above the other arranged skirting segments have on one side of the wicket door only a continuous band-shaped strip. This band-shaped strip passes through two or more superimposed skirt segments and can be mounted easily and reliably. For example, in the assembly of the sectional door, prior to assembly of the wicket door to the door panels, the long strip-shaped strip may be inserted into the skirt segments from the underside of the wicket door. The band-shaped strip can then be kept permanently and reliably, for example, by a bottom-side end strip of the wicket door, on which the strip-shaped strip is supported.

In an alternative embodiment of the invention, each of the overlapping enclosure segments on one side, the wicket on two common, mutually parallel, continuous band-shaped strips, wherein the gap forming between the strips has a width which allows no engagement of a finger. In such an embodiment, for example, in the case of an aluminum hollow profile in which the two strip-shaped strips are arranged in separate chambers, a web for reinforcing the aluminum hollow profile can be provided between the chambers.

In a further alternative embodiment of the invention, at least one separate band-shaped strip can be assigned to each region to be bridged between in each case two edging segments. At this Embodiment of the invention, a plurality of short, band-shaped strips are inserted into the skirt segments. The band-shaped strips need only be so long that they safely bridge the distance that forms when angling two adjacent bordering segments. Preferably, in the chambers of the skirt segments, in which engages the strip-shaped strip, provided stops on which the strip-shaped strip is supported. To prevent loss of the band-shaped strips, stops may be provided in the skirt segments both above and below a band-shaped strip. If an abutment is provided below only, a band-shaped strip can initially be inserted during assembly into the respective upper border segment before it is inserted into the respective lower border segment. If in each case a stop is provided above and below a short band-shaped strip, the border segments must be pivoted at a large angle relative to each other so that the band-shaped strip can be mounted. If the bending of two adjacent skirt segments during an opening or closing movement of the sectional door is smaller than the bending necessary for the assembly, the loss of the band-shaped strip can be ruled out. Alternatively, the band-shaped strips can also be glued or riveted in the skirt segments.

The band-shaped strips must be flexible on the one hand, but on the other hand must not be easy to press. Particularly suitable are band-shaped strips of steel, preferably a spring steel, or of plastic. If only one band-shaped strip runs between two adjacent border segments, its width is typically 2 to 5 cm. If two parallel band-shaped strips are provided between two adjacent skirt segments, their width is typically between 1 and 2 cm in each case. The thickness of the band-shaped strips is significantly smaller than their width and can, for example, in a range of 1 mm lie. However, the dimensions of the band-shaped strips can also be without limitation outside the values given merely by way of example.

Preferably, the skirt segments each comprise the associated door panel at the front and rear thereof, thereby covering the ends of the door panels and easily securing the skirt segments to the door panels. The fact that the Fingerklemmschutz is ensured by the band-shaped strips, the skirt segments can have a simple shape end. Thus, the skirt segments may be cut straight at a vertical orientation at their top and at the bottom, so that the skirt segments on the front side of the door panels along a straight line in the thickness direction of the door panels. A covering cap, which is adapted to the cross-section of the door panel and conceals an area of the door panel projecting upwards beyond the bordering segment when using a bordered section segment, can be provided between each bordering segment and the associated door panel. The interior of the door panels, which are usually designed as foam-filled hollow profiles, is thus protected and not visible.

The skirt segments can be designed so that two adjacent skirt segments rest against each other on a closed door leaf on the door leaf outer side or form only a narrow gap. In particular, when touching two adjacent enclosure segments in a closed door leaf, a very good light and air tightness of the door leaf can be achieved. A sealing material may also be provided between the skirt segments.

In the context of the invention, the profile of the skirt segments can also be adapted to the edge profile of the door panels, whereby the ends of the Door panels are concealed by the surround elements and so are not visible and protected.

To reduce the friction between the skirt segments and the band-shaped strips sliding therein, the band-shaped strip or the associated surface of the skirt segments may have a slip coating. Alternatively or additionally, friction-reducing deposits may also be fastened to the bordering segments.

In Fig. 1 an inventive door leaf 1 is shown for a sectional door with a wicket door 2. The door leaf is composed of Torpaneelen 3, which are hinged on the Torblattrückseite. The wicket 2 has a door leaf 5 of hingedly connected door panels 4 and an enclosure 7 consisting of edging segments 7 of the door leaf 5. At the top and at the bottom of the door leaf 5 st each a final bar 8, 8 'are arranged. The edging segments 6 receive strip-shaped strips 9, wherein the respectively stacked edging segments 6 each contain a continuous band-shaped strip 9 on both sides of the wicket door 2. The door frame 11 constructed of frame segments 10 is completely covered by the surround 7 of the door leaf 5. Two adjacent enclosure segments 6 are in the closed door leaf 1 on the Torblattaußenseite 12 on each other. The wicket 2 is attached via angled door hinges 13 on the door frame 11.

Fig. 2a shows an enlarged section of two adjacent skirt segments 6, which rest on each other in a closed Sektionaltor. Fig. 2b shows this section in an angling of the adjacent skirt segments 6 during an opening or closing movement of the sectional door. The area between the skirt segments 6 is bridged by the band-shaped strip 9, whereby engagement of a finger between the illustrated skirt segments 6 is prevented. Alternatively to the representation of Fig. 1 is the illustrated bridging area between the enclosure segments 6, a separate band-shaped strip 9 assigned. The edging segments 6 are formed as hollow aluminum profiles 14 'and the band-shaped strip 9 is arranged in chambers 15 of the adjacent hollow aluminum profiles 14'. Like the partially broken representation of the Fig. 2b can be seen, stops 16 are provided in the aluminum hollow section 14 'in the edging segments 6 above and below the band-shaped strip 9 made of steel or plastic, which limit the movement of the strip-shaped strip 9 and prevent falling out of the band-shaped strip 9.

In Fig. 3 a horizontal section through a wicket 2 with an alternative embodiment of the band-shaped strip 9 is shown. It can be seen that the skirt segments 6, which form the skirt 7 of the wicket 2, are designed as hollow profiles 14 and that the band-shaped strips 9 are arranged in chambers 15 ', 15 "of the hollow profiles 14. The skirt segments 6, which are arranged one above the other Both sides of the wicket door 2 each have two common, mutually parallel, band-shaped strips 9, wherein the forming between the strip-shaped strip 9 during an opening or closing movement of the sectional door gap 17 has a width that allows no engagement of a finger Both strip-shaped strips 9 on one side of the wicket door 2 are each arranged in a separate chamber 15 ', 15 ", wherein a web 18 of the hollow section 14 is located between the chambers 15', 15" The frame segments 10 of the door frame 11 are at the Torblattaußenseite 12 of the skirt segments 6 and in an opening or closing movement of the sectional door also covered by the band-shaped strip 9 such that the areas between adjacent Zargensegmenten 10 are not engageable by a finger. at a closed wicket 2 are mounted in the skirt segments 6 seals 19 on the Zargensegmenten 10.

The Fig. 4a shows in a horizontal section along AA the Fig. 2a the transition of two enclosure segments 6 according to the invention in a side view. The skirt segments 6 are in contact with each other at a closed sectional door. The skirt segments 6 are cut straight in the vertical direction and thus extend on the end face 20 of the door panel 4 along a straight line in the thickness direction thereof. In an angling of the adjacent skirt segments 6, the area between the skirt segments is bridged by the band-shaped strip 9. Between the skirt segments 6 and the door panels 4, a cap 21 is provided, which covers the upper portion of the door panels 4, as in Fig. 4b shown, covers. The upper portion of the door panels 4 is formed in cross section as arcuate rounded Fingerklemmschutzprofil. The cap 21 is adapted to the profile.

In Fig. 5a and 5b is according to the Fig. 4a and 4b an alternative embodiment of the skirt segments 6 is shown. The ends of the door panels 4 are covered by the profile of the skirt segments 6, which is adapted to the edge-side profile of the door panels 4. Due to the edge-side cover of the executed as foamed hollow profiles door panels 4 whose foamed core is protected and not visible.
