Claims (17)

  1. Dispositif de reliure destiné à relier des documents écrits dans une rainure déformable, comprenant un bâti (12) ; un levier manuel (18) saillant vers le haut au-delà dudit bâti (12) et pouvant accomplir des pivotements limités autour d'un premier axe de pivotement (24) ; deux mâchoires de serrage (34, 40) conçues pour enserrer et déformer la rainure, et parmi lesquelles une première mâchoire de serrage (34) est montée à coulissements linéaires dans ledit bâti (12) ; et un listel (32) destiné au positionnement de la rainure entre lesdites mâchoires de serrage (34, 40), caractérisé par le fait que la première mâchoire de serrage (34) est reliée, par ses extrémités (36), à deux bras de traction (30) qui s'étendent à distance l'un de l'autre dans une direction d'avance sur le listel (32), latéralement en regard du levier manuel (18), et sont reliés au moyen d'un second axe de pivotement (28) monté dans lesdits bras ; par le fait que ledit second axe de pivotement (28) est relié audit levier manuel (18) au-dessous du premier axe de pivotement (24), et peut pivoter autour dudit premier axe de pivotement (24) ; par le fait que ledit premier axe de pivotement (24) est monté à rotation dans au moins un chariot (26) guidé à coulissements linéaires dans le bâti (12), en sens inverse de la direction d'avance et en opposition à une force de rappel ; et par le fait que ledit bâti (12) présente un élément de butée (62) limitant le coulissement, en sens inverse de la direction d'avance, dudit chariot (26) prévu au minimum.
  2. Dispositif de reliure selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de butée (62) prévu au minimum est monté mobile, dans le bâti (12), afin de faire varier la distance vis-à-vis du chariot (26) prévu au minimum.
  3. Dispositif de reliure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le levier manuel (18) comporte deux bras latéraux (20) agencés à distance l'un de l'autre et reliés, l'un à l'autre, par l'intermédiaire d'une poignée (22).
  4. Dispositif de reliure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le premier axe de pivotement (24) est monté à rotation dans deux chariots (26) agencés à distance l'un de l'autre ; et par le fait que le bâti (12) offre un élément de butée (62) pour chacun desdits chariots (26).
  5. Dispositif de reliure selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments de butée sont des disques (62) à cames qui sont montés rotatifs dans le bâti (12), sur un axe de rotation (60), et peuvent être animés de rotations au moyen d'une transmission (58) suite à un mouvement linéaire de la première mâchoire de serrage (34), un mouvement de ladite première mâchoire de serrage (34), dans la direction d'avance, provoquant un accroissement du rayon de chacun desdits disques (62) à cames en un emplacement stationnaire.
  6. Dispositif de reliure selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'accroissement du rayon correspond au trajet parcouru par la première mâchoire de serrage (34).
  7. Dispositif de reliure selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que les disques (62) à cames sont respectivement munis d'un profil périphérique denté ; et par le fait que les chariots (26) sont respectivement pourvus de profils dentés complémentaires (64), conçus pour engrener dans les profils dentés desdits disques (62) à cames.
  8. Dispositif de reliure selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'une barrette d'entraînement (46), reliée à chaque bras de traction (30) et s'étendant parallèlement à ce dernier, présente une crémaillère (58) dans laquelle engrène une roue dentée montée fixe sur l'axe de rotation (60).
  9. Dispositif de reliure selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que les barrettes d'entraînement (46) peuvent accomplir des coulissements limités contre les bras de traction (30), en opposition respective à une force élastique.
  10. Dispositif de reliure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les premier et second axes de pivotement (24, 28) sont mutuellement espacés d'une distance constante préétablie.
  11. Dispositif de reliure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le premier axe de pivotement (24) traverse des trous oblongs (80) qui sont pratiqués dans les bras de traction (30), sont de préférence arqués et s'étendent en arc de cercle autour du second axe de pivotement (28).
  12. Dispositif de reliure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la première mâchoire de serrage (34) est reliée aux bras de traction (30) avec faculté de rotation, autour d'un axe transversal (38) s'étendant transversalement par rapport à la direction d'avance.
  13. Dispositif de reliure selon l'une des revendications 2 à 12, caractérisé par le fait que le bâti (12) comporte deux tétons fixes de butée (74), matérialisant des taquets d'extrémité assignés aux bras latéraux (20) sur les côtés desdits bras qui sont tournés à l'opposé des mâchoires de serrage (34, 40).
  14. Dispositif de reliure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la seconde mâchoire de serrage (40) est montée dans le bâti (12), de manière coulissante dans la direction d'avance, en opposition à la force de rappel d'au moins un ressort (42).
  15. Dispositif de reliure selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait qu'un élément indicateur mobile (70), monté dans le bâti (12), est relié à la seconde mâchoire de serrage (40) par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission supplémentaire (66, 68).
  16. Dispositif de reliure selon la revendication 15, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément indicateur (70) est un disque portant un repère et monté à rotation sur le bâti (12) ; et par le fait que la seconde mâchoire de serrage (40) est reliée à une crémaillère (66) dans laquelle engrène une roue dentée d'entraînement (68) couplée audit disque (70).
  17. Dispositif de reliure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un carter (14) qui entoure le bâti (12), offre une ou plusieurs fente(s) (16) au-delà de laquelle (desquelles) le levier manuel (18) fait saillie, et est éventuellement muni d'une fenêtre d'observation (72) dédiée à l'élément indicateur (70).
