Claims (7)

  1. Fiche électrique (1) comprenant un boîtier de fiche (2) en matière plastique et comprenant au moins un insert métallique (3, 4) surmoulé par la matière plastique prévu dans celui-ci, lequel est dégagé sur au moins un côté du boîtier (2a, 2b), le boîtier de connecteur (2) et l'insert métallique (3, 4) étant rendus étanches l'un par rapport à l'autre par une masse d'étanchéité ou de collage (6) durcie, laquelle est prévue sur l'au moins un côté de boîtier (2a, 2b) autour de l'insert métallique (3, 4) dégagé, caractérisée en ce que la masse d'étanchéité ou de collage (6) est un gel durcissable, notamment un gel de perfluorpolyéther ou un gel de silicone.
  2. Fiche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'insert métallique (3) est dégagé sur deux côtés du boîtier (2a, 2b).
  3. Fiche selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'insert métallique est un contact électrique (3) ou une bride de fixation (4) de la fiche (1).
  4. Fiche selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la masse d'étanchéité ou de collage (6) est étanche et de préférence aussi hermétique.
  5. Fiche selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un côté du boîtier (2a, 2b) est recouvert sur toute sa surface par la masse d'étanchéité ou de collage (6).
  6. Capteur de pression de rail (10) comprenant une fiche (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
  7. Procédé pour rendre étanche une fiche électrique (1) comprenant un boîtier de fiche (2) en matière plastique et comprenant au moins un insert métallique (3) surmoulé par la matière plastique prévu dans celui-ci, lequel est dégagé sur au moins un côté du boîtier (2a, 2b), une masse d'étanchéité ou de collage (6) durcissable étant appliquée et durcie sur un côté du boîtier (2a, 2b) autour de l'insert métallique (3) dégagé, caractérisé en ce que la masse d'étanchéité ou de collage (6) est un gel durcissable, notamment un gel de perfluorpolyéther ou un gel de silicone.
