Abstract

Dispositif de refroidissement de liquide d'un moteur à combustion interne (11) et procédé de fabrication dudit dispositif. Ce dispositif comporte un circuit de refroidissement (13) comprenant au moins un conduit de refroidissement (23, 24, 41) pour un liquide de refroidissement, qui se trouve en contact thermique avec au moins une structure (12a, 12b, 31) du moteur à combustion interne (11). Une paroi du conduit de refroidissement (23, 24, 41) se trouvant en contact avec le liquide de refroidissement possède au moins sur une partie une surface microstructurée présentant une certaine porosité et une certaine rugosité. Selon la présente invention, le procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de ce type consiste à former un circuit de refroidissement pour un liquide de refroidissement, qui possède des conduits de refroidissement pouvant être mis au moins en partie en contact thermique avec le moteur à combustion interne, une surface microstructurée étant produite au moins sur une partie des parois des conduits de refroidissement venant en contact avec le liquide de refroidissement.
