Claims (7)
- Panneau préfabriqué pour la construction de parois, du type constitué d'une couche de base et d'une autre couche en pierre ou analogue, définissant la face visible (104), a une pluralité de blocs ou de plaques (103) sur la couche de base (102) fixés les uns aux autres et occupant virtuellement tout le contour du moule, avec le format souhaité pour les panneaux et dont l'intérieur est rempli desdits blocs ou plaques (103), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins:- des moyens d'ancrage internes (5);- des moyens d'ancrage externes (6);dans lequel lesdits moyens d'ancrage internes (5) sont noyés dans le panneau (1), lesdits moyens d'ancrage internes (5) comprenant au moins deux sommets (4) visibles sur les bords supérieur (2) et inférieur (3) des panneau (1), et dans lequel lesdits sommets (4) des moyens d'ancrage internes (5) sont le point d'ancrage avec les moyens d'ancrage externes (6) permettant l'union entre l'ensemble constitué par le panneau (1) avec les moyens d'ancrage internes (5) et la paroi.
- Panneau préfabriqué selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'ancrage externes (6) comprennent au moins un élément avec une première zone d'union (61) pour l'union avec les moyens internes (5) et une deuxième zone d'union (62) pour l'union avec la paroi.
- Panneau préfabriqué selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément compris dans les moyens d'ancrage externes (6) est un double crochet, et dans lequel le sommet de la première zone d'union (61) pour l'union avec les moyens internes (5) définit l'axe de symétrie du crochet.
- Panneau préfabriqué selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'ancrage internes (5) comprennent un fil de forme polygonale ouverte qui à son tour comprend deux sommets (4) inclinés formant un angle (α) par rapport au plan horizontal et un sommet d'union et de renfort (7) centré sur l'axer (8) de symétrie.
- Panneau préfabriqué selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les sommets (4) définissent les points d'ancrage des moyens d'ancrage internes (5), en fournissant deux zones résistantes à la formation de la fracture conique du mortier.
- Procédé de fabrication du panneau préfabriqué décrit dans les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins les étapes suivantes:- mettre en place au moins un moyen d'ancrage interne (5) sur les blocs de support (10) sur la partie inférieure du moule (9) et sur une première couche de mortier; et dans lequel s'introduisent les moyens d'ancrage internes (5) et les blocs (10) et exercent de la pression contre les parois du moule (9);- remplir un moule (9), dans lequel la couche de mortier avec une maille qui évite le retrait de celle-ci lors de sa cure est premièrement versée et dans lequel cette couche est versée jusqu'à la hauteur marquée par les moyens d'ancrage internes (5) agissant comme un séparateur, en ajoutant par la suite les éléments de finition;- démouler le panneau (1);- prendre le panneau (1);- retraire les blocs de couverture (10) pour recouvrir les extrémités des moyens d'ancrages internes (5), retraire le béton et fournir une espace dans lequel les sommets (4) des moyens d'ancrage internes (5) sont accessibles par les bords supérieur et inférieur du panneau.
- Procédé de fabrication du panneau préfabriqué décrit dans la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le nombre de moyens d'ancrage internes (5) à utiliser est proportionnel à la charge que le panneau (1) doit supporter.
