Claims (23)
- Support de charge pour un véhicule automobile (12), en particulier une voiture particulière, avec une structure porteuse (13) destinée à porter une charge (34) et dépassant dans une position de travail du support de charge vers l'arrière d'une zone arrière (11) du véhicule automobile (12), sachant que le support de charge présente un ensemble porteur (19) réglable par rapport à la structure porteuse (13) entre une position de marche (F) prévue pour un mode de marche du véhicule automobile (12) et une position de chargement (L) prévue pour le chargement et le déchargement du véhicule automobile (12) et destiné à poser la charge (34), sachant que l'ensemble porteur (19) avec la charge (34) disposée sur celui-ci dans la position de chargement (L) libère une zone de pivotement (21) d'un hayon (22) ou d'une porte arrière du véhicule automobile (12), caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un dispositif d'actionnement au pied (35) pour le déplacement de l'ensemble porteur (19) dans la position de chargement (L) et/ou la position de marche (F).
- Support de charge selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble porteur (19) parcourt une voie de déplacement linéaire et pivotante superposée sur une voie de réglage entre la position de marche (F) de la position de chargement (L).
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble porteur (19) dans la position de chargement (L) occupe une position inclinée éloignée du véhicule automobile (12).
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble porteur (19) est guidé de manière mobile linéairement sur la structure porteuse (13) et/ou est logé de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur un ensemble de palier de pivotement (25).
- Support de charge selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de palier de pivotement (25) comporte un ensemble à plusieurs articulations (26a, 26b), en particulier une quadruple articulation (27a, 27b).
- Support de charge selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble à plusieurs articulations (26a, 26b) présente un bras de pivotement (28) éloigné de la zone arrière (11) et un bras directeur (29) disposé plus près de la zone arrière (11).
- Support de charge selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le bras directeur (29) est plus long que le bras de pivotement (28).
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble porteur (19) présente au moins à l'état chargé une telle position du centre de gravité qu'il reste automatiquement dans la position de marche (F) et/ou dans la position de chargement (L).
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble porteur (19) passe un point de basculement sur une voie de réglage entre la position de marche (F) et la position de chargement (L).
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement au pied (35) agit directement sur l'ensemble porteur (19) ou est relié de manière fixe ou articulée à l'ensemble porteur (19).
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement au pied (35) agit sur un logement de l'ensemble porteur (19) par rapport à la structure porteuse (13) ou est relié de manière fixe ou articulée au logement.
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement au pied (35) présente un attelage (41) de sorte qu'il soit réglable entre une position de repos (R), dans laquelle il n'est pas en prise avec l'ensemble porteur (19), et une position de travail (A), dans laquelle il est en prise pour le réglage de l'ensemble porteur (19) avec celui-ci.

- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement au pied (35) comporte un élément de pédale (36) qui prolonge dans une position active un bras de l'ensemble de palier de pivotement (25) ou est relié au bras.
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un dispositif de verrouillage (51) pour le verrouillage de l'ensemble porteur (19) par rapport à la structure porteuse (13) au moins dans la position de marche (F).
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble porteur (19) présente une plateforme porteuse pour déposer la charge (34) et/ou une fixation pour articles de sport (24), en particulier une fixation pour vélo.
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble porteur (19) présente un composant d'extension (45) logé de manière mobile dessus ou pouvant être disposé au moins de manière amovible sur un support de base (44) de l'ensemble porteur (19) pour l'agrandissement de la capacité de chargement de l'ensemble porteur (19).
- Support de charge selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un composant d'extension (45) dépasse en position d'utilisation vers l'arrière et/ou vers le haut de l'ensemble porteur (19).
- Support de charge selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un composant d'extension (45) comporte une barre porteuse (46) de type S ou en forme de S.
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 19, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un composant d'extension (45) présente ou forme une poignée d'actionnement pour le déplacement de l'ensemble porteur (19) dans la position de chargement (L) et/ou la position de marche (F).
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble porteur (19) est disposé au moins dans la position de marche (F) au-dessus ou sur la structure porteuse (13).
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure porteuse (13) comporte une partie porteuse disposée de manière mobile sur le véhicule automobile (12), en particulier une plateforme porteuse extensible devant une carrosserie (15) du véhicule automobile (12) vers l'arrière.
- Support de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la structure porteuse (13) présente une fixation (16) pour l'agencement détachable sur un attelage (18) du véhicule automobile (12).
