Claims (15)

  1. Procédé de détection des moyens d'utilisation d'un véhicule (V), en particulier pour des applications dans le domaine des assurances, comprenant la détermination de l'emplacement de la position d'un véhicule (V) au moyen d'un récepteur de signaux de satellite (5), la mesure de l'accélération instantanée dudit véhicule (V) le long d'au moins trois directions (X, Y, Z) distinctes, et la transmission des données relatives à la position recueillie et à l'accélération instantanée dudit véhicule (V) à au moins une unité distante (3) d'enregistrement et de traitement, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend :
    - un traitement desdites données recueillies et reçues par ladite unité distante (3) en vue de la détermination de données statistiques relatives à l'utilisation du véhicule (V) et qui comprennent la période réelle d'utilisation, la durée de jour ou de nuit dans celle-ci, la région d'utilisation, et un classement relatif selon les dangers en ce qui concerne des accidents ou le vol du véhicule (V) et/ou une représentation graphique des variations de l'accélération instantanée dudit véhicule (V) ;
    - une identification de situations potentiellement dangereuses pendant les déplacements du véhicule ; et
    - une indication de ces situations dangereuses à l'utilisateur dudit véhicule (V).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit récepteur de signaux de satellite (5) est du type utilisé dans le Système de Positionnement Global (GPS), les systèmes de navigation par satellite du Système de Positionnement Galileo, ou d'autres systèmes similaires.
  3. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un stockage temporaire desdites données recueillies, avant ladite transmission.
  4. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un échantillonnage des mesures de position dudit véhicule (V) à des intervalles prédéfinis de distance parcourue.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une association univoque d'au moins l'une desdites données de position échantillonnées et d'une indication de l'instant temporel d'échantillonnage respectif.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que ledit stockage temporaire comprend un enregistrement d'une pluralité desdites mesures de position échantillonnées associées de manière univoque aux mesures des instants temporels d'échantillonnage respectifs.
  7. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une comparaison des mesures de l'accélération instantanée détectée et d'au moins une valeur seuil prédéfinie.
  8. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que ledit stockage temporaire comprend un enregistrement d'au moins une mesure de référence d'une accélération instantanée sensiblement supérieure à ladite valeur seuil et d'une série de mesures d'accélération instantanée avant et/ou après ladite mesure de référence.
  9. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que lesdites trois directions (X, Y, Z) de mesure de l'accélération instantanée sont sensiblement à angle droit les unes par rapport aux autres.
  10. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une détermination de l'accélération instantanée dudit véhicule (V) quelle que soit la disposition desdites trois directions (X, Y, Z) de mesure.
  11. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une association desdites données recueillies et d'une référence d'identification d'au moins un élément parmi ledit véhicule (V) et un utilisateur dudit véhicule (V).
  12. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une identification d'au moins un utilisateur dudit véhicule (V).
  13. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un commencement de la transmission desdites données recueillies à des intervalles prédéfinis de la distance parcourue par ledit véhicule (V).
  14. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un enregistrement desdites données recueillies et reçues par ladite unité distante (3).
  15. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un traitement d'une pluralité desdites données recueillies relativement à des véhicules (V) distincts et reçues par ladite unité distante (3) en vue de la détermination de l'intensité du trafic le long d'au moins une section de route.
