Dabei verfügen die Gesperreanschläge 10, 11 über jeweils eine im Vergleich zu einer Bewegungsbahn 12 ansteigende Flanke 10', 11', welche den Gesperredämpfer 8 in der jeweiligen Endstellung (Öffnungsstellung respektive Schließstellung) zunehmend verformt. Das heißt, die jeweils ansteigende Flanke 10', 11', des zugehörigen Gesperreanschlages 10, 11 sorgt dafür, dass von dem Gesperredämpfer 8 überproportional ansteigende Gegenkräfte bei seiner Verformung durch den zugehörigen Anschlag 10, 11 aufgebaut werden.Both the
Im Rahmen des Ausführungsbeispiels und nicht einschränkend wälzt sich der Gesperredämpfer 8 zwischen den beiden Endstellungen zusätzlich entlang der Bewegungsbahn 12 ab. Bei dieser Bewegung wird der Gesperredämpfer 8 hauptsächlich rotativ beaufschlagt, indem er sich um seine Drehachse 7 dreht. Dagegen nimmt der Gesperredämpfer 8 kaum Verformungs- bzw. Walkarbeit auf. Dagegen wird der Gesperredämpfer 8 im Bereich der Gesperreanschläge 10, 11 praktisch nicht (mehr) rotativ beaufschlagt, sondern wird an dieser Stelle hauptsächlich elastisch verformt, und zwar überproportional mit wachsendem Verstellweg. Dadurch werden jeweils progressiv ansteigende Gegenkräfte in der Öffnungsstellung wie in der Schließstellung bzw. im Überhubbereich von dem Gesperredämpfer 8 aufgebaut. Als Folge hiervon findet eine wirksame Begrenzung des Verstellweges des Gesperres 1, 2 statt, und zwar besonders geräuschgedämpft. Claims (9)
- Motor vehicle door lock comprising a locking mechanism (1, 2) that is substantially composed of a rotary catch (1) and a pawl (2) and a locking mechanism damper (8), in which the locking mechanism damper (8) in combination with associated locking mechanism stops (10, 11) of the rotary catch (1) limits both an opening and a closing movement of the locking mechanism (1, 2), characterised in that the locking mechanism damper is configured as a rolling damper that is rotatably mounted in the lock case (6) and/or the lock housing.
- Motor vehicle door lock according to claim 1, characterised in that the locking mechanism damper (8) contains a pivotal axis (7) made from, for instance, steel, connected to the lock case (6) and/or the lock housing.
- Motor vehicle door lock according to one of the claims 1 to 2, characterised in that the locking mechanism damper (8) limits an overtravel movement of the locking mechanism (1, 2) in order to restrict the closing movement of the locking mechanism (1, 2).
- Motor vehicle door lock according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the locking mechanism stops (10, 11) are in each case provided on the rotary catch (1) and serve as an opening stop (10) on one hand and an overtravel stop (11) on the other hand.
- Motor vehicle door lock according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the locking mechanism damper (8) is a circular disc made of elastomeric plastic.
- Motor vehicle door lock according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the locking mechanism damper (8) is fully or partly immersed in a motion path (12) of the locking mechanism (1, 2) between the two locking mechanism stops (10, 11).
- Motor vehicle door lock according to claim 6, characterised in that the locking mechanism damper (8) rolls along the motion path (12) and is elastically deformed in the area of the locking mechanism stops (10, 11).
- Motor vehicle door lock according to claim 5, characterised in that the locking mechanism stops (10, 11) are arc-shaped with a radius adapted to the diameter of the locking mechanism damper (8).
- Motor vehicle door lock according to one of the claims 6 to 8, characterised in that each of the locking mechanism stops (10, 11) contains a slope (10', 11') rising in comparison to the motion path (12) which increasingly deforms the locking mechanism damper (8) in the respective end position.
