Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de contrôle de la qualité d'impression d'une machine d'impression de feuilles, comportant au moins une unité d'impression offset et/ou unité de vernissage et/ou unité de flexographie pour l'impression de feuilles d'impression avec au moins une image d'impression statique identique pour toutes les feuilles d'impression, au moins un dispositif d'inspection pour enregistrer et évaluer la ou chaque image d'impression imprimée sur les feuilles d'impression dans l'unité ou chaque unité d'impression offset et/ou unité de vernissage et/ou unité de flexographie et au moins un dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou à laser intégré dans la machine d'impression de feuilles pour l'impression de feuilles d'impression avec au moins une autre image d'impression,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    - au moyen du ou dé chaque dispositif d'inspection, en alternative ou en complément, l'autre image ou chaque autre image d'impression imprimée par le ou chaque dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou à laser est enregistrée et évaluée,
    - le ou chaque dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou à laser échange via des interfaces correspondantes des données avec un dispositif d'exploitation et de commande et/ou avec une commande mécanique de la machine d'impression de feuilles et
    - que, au moyen du ou de chaque dispositif d'inspection, à partir de l'enregistrement et de l'évaluation du ou de chaque dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou à laser de l'autre image d'impression imprimée sur les feuilles d'impression, l'état de fonctionnement du ou de chaque dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou à laser est déterminé.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ou chaque dispositif d'inspection, en partant de l'enregistrement et de l'évaluation de l'autre image ou de chaque autre image d'impression imprimée par le dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou à laser sur les feuilles d'impression, en cas de détection d'une erreur d'impression dans une autre image d'impression imprimée par le ou chaque dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou à laser, initie un marquage ou une éjection des feuilles défectueuses et/ou génère un message d'alerte.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le ou chaque dispositif d'inspection, en partant de l'enregistrement et de l'évaluation de l'autre ou de chaque autre image d'impression imprimée par le dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou à laser, en cas de détection d'une erreur d'impression dans une autre image imprimée par le ou chaque dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou à laser, initie un marquage ou une éjection d'une feuille défectueuse présentant au moins une caractéristique défectueuse et/ou génère un message d'alerte.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le ou chaque dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou à laser imprime au moins une image d'impression dynamique variable pour toutes les feuilles d'impression ou au moins une image d'impression statique identique pour toutes les feuilles d'impression sur les feuilles d'impression.
  5. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le ou chaque dispositif d'inspection est couplé à une commande de machine ou à un dispositif d'exploitation séparé dans lequel ou laquelle sont enregistrés à demeure des calculateurs d'impression théorique, que, à l'aide des calculateurs d'impression théorique, les images réelles enregistrées par le ou chaque dispositif d'inspection sont comparées, le ou chaque dispositif d'inspection et le ou chaque dispositif d'impression à jet d'encre et/ou à laser est couplé à la commande de machine ou au dispositif d'exploitation par des interfaces.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le ou chaque dispositif d'inspection et/ou la commande de machine ou le dispositif d'exploitation séparé est couplé à un poste directeur destiné en particulier à assurer une fonction d'impression de bonnes feuilles et/ou une fonction de comptage de feuilles défectueuses.
