Claims (21)
- Dispositif pour le transport guidé d'une nappe de voile de carde, comprenant- un moyen de transport (51a - i) de la nappe de voile de carde pour l'avancement de la nappe de voile (69), qui présente une surface extérieure circonférentielle, une partie de la surface extérieure circonférentielle formant à chaque instant une surface de contact pour créer un assemblage par friction avec au moins des parties de la nappe de voile de carde (69) à transporter, et- un moyen de guidage (72a - 1) de la nappe de voile de carde, qui présente une pluralité de languettes cintrées (73a - 1), juxtaposées à distance, qui sont disposées en vis-à-vis d'au moins une partie de la surface de contact du moyen de transport (51a - i) de la nappe de voile de carde, s'étendent dans la direction de déplacement de la nappe de voile de carde (69) et forment ainsi une surface de guidage pour le guidage plan de la nappe de voile de carde (69), la surface de guidage présentant un coefficient de frottement plus faible que celui de la surface de contact du moyen de transport (51a - i) de la nappe de voile de carde, et chaque languette (73a - i) pouvant être déplacée individuellement contre une force dans une direction à l'écart de la surface de contact du moyen de transport (51a - i) de la nappe de voile de carde.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (73a - i) sont polies ou sont revêtues de polytétrafluoroéthylène.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (73a - i) sont des tôles élastiques à ressorts.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les languettes sont des disques rigides (73a - i), déplaçables contre une force de ressort.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (73a - i) sont précontraintes en direction de la surface de contact du moyen de transport (51a - i) de la nappe voile de carde au moyen de ressorts ou de poids (82, 113) ou par voie pneumatique.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus des dispositifs qui permettent de régler la précontrainte des languettes (73a - i).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus des dispositifs qui permettent de régler l'écartement entre les languettes (73a - i) et la surface de contact du moyen de transport (51a - i) de la nappe de voile de carde.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport (51a - i) de la nappe de voile de carde est une bande transporteuse (51a - d) défilant autour de plusieurs cylindres de renvoi (47, 49), bande dont la surface extérieure circonférentielle forme la surface de contact, la partie de la surface de contact, qui est en vis-à-vis du moyen de guidage (72a - d) de la nappe de voile de carde à l'instant respectif, se situant toujours dans la zone circonférentielle autour d'un cylindre de renvoi (49) de la nappe de voile de carde.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la bande transporteuse (51a - d) est guidée sous un angle aigu autour du cylindre de renvoi (49) de la nappe de voile de carde.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 8 et 9,
caractérisé en ce que la bande transporteuse (51a - d) s'étend de façon essentiellement horizontale à partir du cylindre de renvoi (49) de la nappe de voile de carde et une seconde bande transporteuse (29) s'étend au-dessous et à une faible distance de façon parallèle à la première bande transporteuse (51a - d). - Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 8 à 10,
caractérisé en ce que le cintrage des languettes (72a - d) correspond à la forme d'une section circonférentielle du cylindre de renvoi (49) de la nappe de voile de carde. - Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen (79, 80) pour dériver de l'air d'entraînement entraîné par la seconde bande transporteuse (29) est disposé au-dessus de la seconde bande transporteuse (29), dans la zone d'une encoignure d'admission entre les deux bandes transporteuses (51a - d).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (79, 80) pour dériver l'air d'entraînement entraîné par la seconde bande transporteuse (29) présente une zone d'extrémité (81), qui s'étend du haut en oblique jusqu'à la seconde bande transporteuse (29) et présente des orifices de passage d'air.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de guidage (72d) de la nappe de voile de carde et le moyen (80) pour dériver l'air d'entraînement entraîné par la seconde bande transporteuse (29) sont réalisés sous forme d'un élément cohérent.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport (51a - i) de la nappe de voile de carde est un cylindre de renvoi (51e) de la nappe de voile de carde, qui est disposé dans la zone de transition entre une première bande transporteuse (51e), entrant du haut en oblique, et une seconde bande transporteuse (92) inférieure, qui défile dans la direction horizontale. - Dispositif suivant la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le cintrage des languettes (73e) correspond à la forme d'une section circonférentielle du cylindre de renvoi (51e) de la nappe de voile de carde.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport (51a - i) de la nappe de voile de carde est une bande transporteuse (51f - i) défilant autour de plusieurs cylindres de renvoi, bande dont la surface extérieure circonférentielle forme la surface de contact, la partie de la surface de contact, qui est en vis-à-vis du moyen de guidage (72f - i) de la nappe de voile de carde à l'instant respectif, s'étendant de façon rectiligne. - Dispositif suivant la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que les languettes (73f - i) sont cintrées dans la direction de transport de la bande transporteuse (51f - i) et une zone d'extrémité (99, 111) des languettes (73f - i) est précontrainte contre la bande transporteuse (51f - i).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 17 et 18, caractérisé en ce qu'un cylindre (100, 103, 105) est disposé au-dessous de la partie de la surface de contact, qui est en vis-à-vis du moyen de guidage (72f - i) de la nappe de voile de carde à l'instant respectif.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que deux bandes transporteuses (51g - i, 102) sont disposées par rapport à une transition de bande de telle sorte qu'un cylindre de renvoi (103) de la première bande transporteuse (51g - h) et un cylindre de renvoi (105) de la seconde bande transporteuse (102) se situent en vis-à-vis de façon parallèle à l'axe, chacun des deux cylindres de renvoi (103, 105) pouvant tourner dans la même direction à une vitesse réglable indépendamment, et en ce que sont prévus deux moyens de guidage (72g - h) de la nappe de voile de carde, dont chacun est disposé au-dessus de l'un des deux cylindres de renvoi (103, 105), de sorte qu'un banc d'étirage est formé pour l'étirage de la nappe de voile de carde (69).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que deux bandes transporteuses (51i, 102) sont disposées par rapport à une transition de bande de telle sorte qu'un cylindre de renvoi (103) de la première bande transporteuse (51i) et un cylindre de renvoi (105) de la seconde bande transporteuse (102) se situent en vis-à-vis de façon parallèle à l'axe, chacun des deux cylindres de renvoi (103, 105) pouvant tourner dans la même direction à une vitesse réglable indépendamment, et en ce que la zone d'extrémité des languettes (73i) du moyen de guidage unique (72i) de la nappe de voile de carde s'étend par l'intermédiaire des deux cylindres (103, 105) et est précontrainte au-dessus des deux cylindres (103, 105) contre les deux bandes transporteuses (51i, 102), de sorte qu'un banc d'étirage est formé pour l'étirage de la nappe de voile de carde (69).
