Definitions

  • the invention relates to a stacker according to the preamble of the device claim or method claim.
  • a stacker of the generic type shows the EP1 870 499 B1 ,
  • Such a stacker consists of an endlessly circulating infeed belt, on which the pile to be laid is transported into the file.
  • This infeed belt is additionally associated with a pile covering the pile, which runs in opposite directions and at the same rotational speed to the inlet belt.
  • the pile is held.
  • a in the transport direction of the supplied pile movably mounted and periodic reciprocating exporting superstructure has guide rollers for the cover and the infeed belt.
  • the first held between inlet and shroud pile is now transferred to a counter belt and subsequently held between counter and inlet belt.
  • the counter-belt runs at the same speed as the infeed belt and is likewise deflected by a deflection roller arranged in the superstructure.
  • the pile is conveyed to a movably mounted laying carriage, which has deflection rollers (laying rollers) for the two belts.
  • the two parallel juxtaposed laying rollers for the inlet and the counter belt form a delivery point (laying gap) for the pile to be laid, which is now stored on a running under the laying carriage perpendicular or orthogonal to the pile direction draw-off.
  • the laying carriage performs periodic movements across the width of the fleece to be laid.
  • the superstructure moves depending on the movement of the laying carriage.
  • the first deflecting roller for the infeed belt has a peripheral speed of half the pile speed.
  • the EP 1 367 166 A1 describes a Leger with a arranged in a reciprocating superstructure Florumlenkung. Provided is a sucked roller, around which the Flor during deflection is performed. This roller makes the known solution consuming.
  • the present invention is thus based on a cross-stacker for forming a nonwoven fabric consisting of several pile layers, consisting of an endlessly circulating inlet belt, a counter-rotating and at the same speed endlessly circulating shroud and another counter-belt, wherein the pile to be laid first between inlet and shroud to a moving and a first guide roller for the infeed belt having superstructure promoted and there (following the deflection) is transferred from the shroud to the counter belt, inlet and counter belt are guided by two adjacent and a laying gap forming laying rollers of a laying carriage and the laying carriage above a the nonwoven to be laid receiving take-off belt is mounted transversely to this movable and periodically reciprocates.
  • the object of the present invention is to improve such a device, in particular in the direction of product quality.
  • the shroud is guided together with the infeed belt around a partial circumference of the first deflecting roller.
  • the pile is held in such a form-fitting and pressed in the deflection, whereby caused by centrifugal forces in the deflection area caused disturbances of the pile structure.
  • the first guide rollers of the upper carriage is assigned a further deflection roller, around which the shroud is guided.
  • the diameter of these two guide rollers By choosing the diameter of these two guide rollers, the partial circumference of the first guide roller, around which both belts keep the web pressed, can be made suitable, in particular, the wrap angle around the first guide roller can be selected. After the shroud releases the pile via this further deflection roller, it is transferred to the counter belt.
  • the looping of the first guide roller by the shroud for example.
  • Largest possible designed by a further deflection roller is used with the smallest possible diameter.
  • a further preferred embodiment of the invention provides for an improvement in the synchronization of the drives or the belt speeds of inlet and shroud.
  • both bands for example, in the edge region markings, which are scanned by frame-mounted sensors.
  • optical sensors that do not require such markings due to their principle of action.
  • the sensors may be formed as optical sensors which cooperate with corresponding markings (e.g., punches) on the belts.
  • nonwovens are guided by conveyor belts through machines and systems. Due to the necessary belt tension and / or occurring loads from processes or due to the net mass resulting in the band-leading rollers deflections. Particularly on roller coils or transfer points between belts, fast-running, oscillating, slender rollers are often desired for processes, which, however, often have only a low degree of flexural rigidity.
  • the necessary compensation can be realized at the support points of the intermediate support points by means of different spacers or by adjustable bearing points.
  • the further deflection roller OD can be subdivided in the longitudinal direction into a plurality of successive roller segments, which are adjustable differently with regard to the gap between the first deflection roller O.
  • the gap distance is increasingly reduced to the center of the bands and the furthest set at the outer roller sections, such that in operation due to the tension of the shroud a uniform or increasing to the center of the guide rollers gap distance between guide roller O and the further guide roller OD on the Length of the deflection roller OD.
  • a further deflection roller OD subdivided into roller segments is used, whose roller segments are set differently with respect to their gap width to the first deflection roller O.
  • the gap width between the deflection roller O and the further deflection roller OD is equalized over the length of the deflection roller OD by the belt tension during operation to a uniform gap width or increased from the edges of the shroud D to the center over a uniform gap level addition.
  • the segmented further deflection roller OD allows the setting of each individual roller segment, wherein in each case the angular position in a horizontal plane can be adjusted to the opposite first guide roller O.
  • a convex curvature in the manner of a polygon can be preset in which the gap width in the middle of the cover band to the opposite infeed belt is the lowest.
  • the middle refers to the width of the bands, the rolls or the pile.
  • the band tension of the shroud then causes the support structure to be elastically deformed for the individual roller segments, so that the gap width between the deflecting roller O and the further deflecting roller OD is the same over the entire length of the deflecting rollers, or even toward the middle over a uniform one Gap distance is increasingly increased.
  • the further deflection roller OD would then have a concave curvature in the direction of the adjacent deflection roller O.
  • a pile F is conveyed on a circulating endless infeed conveyor E into a crosslapper only shown in its essential components.
  • the direction of movement of the pile F and the infeed belt E is indicated by an arrow.
  • the pile F has the speed vF, with which the infeed conveyor E revolves.
  • the infeed conveyor E is tensioned and guided around deflecting rollers UE1, UE2, and also arranged around a superstructure OW (not shown) first deflecting roller O, which performs periodic reciprocating movements with the superstructure OW.
  • the shroud D is guided in the region of the pile entrance around a guide roller UD and runs essentially parallel (or at an acute angle) to the infeed conveyor E to the first guide roller O. of the superstructure OW.
  • the pile F is thus pressed (or increasingly pressed) between the infeed belt E and the shroud D on the route of the deflection roller UD - deflection roller O.
  • the infeed conveyor E runs around a laying roller LE, which is arranged in a laying carriage LW.
  • a counter belt G is guided around deflecting rollers UG1, UG2, also still in the carriage LW to another laying roller LG, which is mounted parallel to the laying roller LE of the infeed conveyor E.
  • the counter-belt G runs in the opposite direction to the intake belt E and at the same speed as this.
  • the two laying rollers LE, LG form a laying gap LS, through which the pile F leaves the laying carriage LW.
  • the laying carriage LW is located above a transverse to the Floriererichtüng moving drawstring AB, on which the laid to the web V layers of Flores F are stored by the periodic back and forth movements of the laying carriage LW.
  • the fleece V is conveyed away by the discharge belt AB orthogonal to the conveying direction of the Flores F.
  • the pile F is transferred within the upper carriage OW of the first guide roller O on the opposite belt G and then held in the region between the guide roller O and laying roller LG between the inlet and the opposite belt E, G.
  • the shroud D is guided around a partial circumference of the first guide roller O of the upper carriage, so runs partly together with the inlet belt to the first guide roller 0.
  • the shroud D is held by the pressed in the deflection around the guide roller 0 Flor F removed and led out of the superstructure OW.
  • the pile F is kept pressed between the belts guided together around the deflection roller O (inlet and shroud E, D).
  • the partial circumference of the first deflection roller O, around which the inlet and the cover band E, D run together, is given geometrically by the ratio of the radii of the two deflection rollers O, OD.
  • the smaller the radius of the shroud D from the guide roller O decreasing guide roller OD in relation to the guide roller O the larger the partial circumference of the first guide roller O can be designed to which inlet and shroud E, D together run, so hold the pile F pressed together.
  • the peripheral area of the deflection roller O, in which the pile F no longer covers by the shroud D, can be limited to a small value.
  • the disturbing the pile quality influences of the movement of uppercarriage OW in combination with the rotation of the guide rollers O are minimized.
  • FIG. 2 shows a development of the invention using sensors SE, SD, which cooperate with markings on the bands (inlet and shroud E, D) or are designed as optical sensors that can safely detect the speed without the use of markers due to their principle of action. It is both the inlet and the shroud E, D assigned a sensor SE, SD.
  • the two bands each have markings M at a certain distance in the edge region. These markings M are designed, for example, as punched-outs within the strip material.
  • the marks M in the bands E, D are in the FIG. 2 indicated. Furthermore, the pile F is not shown throughout.
  • the signals of the sensors SE, SD are fed to a controller, not shown, and recorded in this time course.
  • the controller is also in signal communication with the drives for the infeed and shroud E, D of the leader.
  • Fig. 3a shows a cross section through the segmented deflection roller OD, the belt forces F, and the resulting force F Res, which acts on the support frame for the storage of the roller segments.
  • Fig. 3b shows a plan view of the segmented deflection roller OD with four roller segments and their adjustability by a distance S1, S2, S3 at the support points to a preset bending line, which can be neutralized due to the belt tension towards a desired line, so that the gap width between the opposite deflection rollers O, OD is constant. If necessary, the bending line can even be overcompensated, so that the desired line can be a concave line.
