Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif destiné à ouvrir des serrures (12) sur de portières (10) ou des hayons de véhicules,

  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'en cas d'urgence, si le système électronique (42, 44) ou électrique (41, 43, 45) sont défaillants, lors d'un actionnement manuel, la manette (20) et/ou le levier de renvoi (46) sont susceptibles de pivoter au-delà de la mini-mobilité et en ce que lors d'un pivotement ultérieur, la serrure (12) s'ouvre mécaniquement, par l'intermédiaire d'une tringlerie (17) .
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une force de rappel (48, 49) agit sur le levier de renvoi (46) qui est censée maintenir le levier de renvoi (46) et/ou la manette (30) dans une position de repos par rapport au support (20).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la force de rappel (66) exercée par des ressorts de rappel (48, 49) est équivalente ou opposée à une force d'actionnement (65) et la contrainte finale du capteur (40) résultant de la somme ou de la différence des forces (65, 66) est identifiée par l'unité d'évaluation (42) et déclenche les fonctions souhaitées dans le véhicule.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la force de rappel (48, 49) pour la manette (30) et/ou le levier de renvoi (46) est supérieure à la force requise pour la soumission à un signal du capteur (40), laquelle détermine la sensibilité du capteur (40).
