Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zum Erzeugen von Profilen, das einen Schritt des Versehens eines Metallblechstreifens mit einem Profil, um ein T-Profil zu erhalten, umfasst, wobei am Steg des T mehrere Stanzvorgänge mit ersten Stanzstempeln (6) ausgeführt werden, um Paare paralleler Einschnitte mit einer Länge (L) zu bilden, wobei die Profile anschließend einem weiteren Stanzschritt mit zweiten Stanzstempeln (8), denen Unterstempel zugewandt sind, unterworfen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Stanzstempel (8) einen rechtwinkligen Querschnitt haben, dessen große Seite eine Länge (L') hat, die größer ist als die Länge (L) der großen Seite der ersten Stanzstempel (6), und die einen halbkreisförmigen Sitz (14) haben.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Ausführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, die umfasst:
    - ein erstes Paar Stanzräder (2, 2'),
    - wobei ein erstes Rad (2) des ersten Paars auf seiner ringförmigen Oberfläche mit ersten Stanzstempeln (6) versehen ist und
    - wobei ein zweites Rad (2') des ersten Paars auf seiner ringförmigen Oberfläche mit einer ersten ringförmigen Nut (10), die den ersten Stanzstempeln zugewandt ist, versehen ist,
    - ein zweites Paar Stanzräder (4, 4'),
    - wobei ein erstes Rad (4) des zweiten Paars auf seiner ringförmigen Oberfläche mit zweiten Stanzstempeln (8) versehen ist und
    - ein zweites Rad (4') des zweiten Paars auf seiner ringförmigen Oberfläche mit einer zweiten ringförmigen Nut (12), die den zweiten Stanzstempeln zugewandt ist, versehen ist,
    wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:
    - die erste ringförmige Nut (10) eine Durchgangsnut ist, während die zweite ringförmige Nut (12) eine Breite besitzt, die etwas größer als jene der ersten ringförmigen Nut (10) ist, und eine Tiefe besitzt, derart, dass für die zweiten Stanzstempel (8) ein Unterstempel gebildet wird, und die zweiten Stanzstempel einen rechtwinkligen Querschnitt haben, wovon eine große Seite eine Länge (L') besitzt, die größer ist als die Länge (L) der großen Seite der ersten Stanzstempel (6), und die einen halbkreisförmigen Sitz (14) haben.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Stanzstempel (6) einen im Wesentlichen trapezförmigen Querschnitt haben.
