Claims (2)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Profilen, das einen Schritt des Profilierens eines Metallblechstreifens, um ein T-Profil zu erhalten, umfasst, wobei mit ersten Stempeln (6) eine Vielzahl von Stanzvorgängen am Steg des T-Profils ausgeführt wird, um Paare paralleler Einschnitte auszubilden, wobei dieses Profil dann einem weiteren Stanzschritt mit zweiten Stempeln (8), denen Unterwerkzeuge zugewandt sind, unterzogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese ersten (6) und zweiten (8) Stempel einen im Wesentlichen trapezförmigen Längsschnitt aufweisen, wobei bei den zweiten Stempeln (8) die Länge L' ihrer längeren Seite kürzer als die Länge L der längeren Seite der ersten Stempel (6) ist und die Oberfläche ihres Schneidzahns nach außen gewölbt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Ausführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, die zwei Paare von Stanzrädern (2, 2', 4, 4') umfasst, wobei die Räder (2, 4) des ersten Paars auf ihrer Seitenfläche mit ersten Stempeln (6) und zweiten Stempeln (8) versehen sind, denen jeweils auf den Rädern (2', 4') des zweiten Paars zwei Ringnuten (10, 12) zugewandt sind, wobei die erste Nut (10) eine Durchgangsnut ist, während die zweite Nut (12) eine geringfügig größere Breite als die erste Nut (10) hat und eine solche Tiefe aufweist, dass ein Unterwerkzeug für die zweiten Stempel (8) des Rads (4) gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei den zweiten Stempeln (8) die Länge L' ihrer längeren Seite kürzer als die Länge L der längeren Seite der ersten Stempel (6) ist und ihre Zahnoberfläche nach außen gewölbt ist.
