Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif convoyeur pour feuilles de matériau dans une machine de transformation, comprenant un engrenage à moyen de traction tournant en continu, équipé chaque fois d'un brin inférieur et d'un brin supérieur (11, 10) guidés respectivement dans des rails de guidage (15, 16) fixes sur le bâti, avec des moyens de retenue de feuilles (3) disposés dessus à intervalles pour saisir un bord de feuille et au moins un élément de recouvrement (17, 18) disposé sur la face interne tournée vers les moyens de retenue de feuilles (3) du dispositif convoyeur,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de recouvrement (17, 18) présente au moins une poche à lubrifiant (19) associée aux rails de guidage (15, 16) à proximité de ceux-ci.
  2. Dispositif convoyeur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de recouvrement (17, 18) inclut un élément de surface conductrice (20) disposé au niveau du dispositif convoyeur (2) et ayant une surface conductrice (21) inclinée en direction d'un compartiment à lubrifiant (23) formé entre les rails de guidage (15, 16) du dispositif convoyeur (2).
  3. Dispositif convoyeur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de recouvrement (17, 18) est fixé de manière détachable sur un goujon (28) du dispositif convoyeur (2).
  4. Dispositif convoyeur selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de surface conductrice (20) est fixé de manière détachable sur un goujon (28) du dispositif convoyeur (2).
  5. Dispositif convoyeur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de recouvrement (17, 18) inclut une bride à chaîne du dispositif convoyeur (2).
  6. Dispositif convoyeur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de recouvrement (17, 18) présente au moins une poche de lubrifiant associée respectivement aux rails de guidage supérieur et inférieur (15, 16) à proximité de ceux-ci.
  7. Dispositif convoyeur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de recouvrement (17, 18) présente, dans le sens de convoyage (5) du dispositif convoyeur (2), une pente d'arrivée (24) qui transite dans une surface d'appui (25) tournée vers le rail de guidage (15, 16).
  8. Dispositif convoyeur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    plusieurs poches de lubrifiant (19) sont disposées espacées les unes des autres et les unes derrière les autres au niveau de l'élément de recouvrement (17, 18) dans le sens de convoyage (5) du dispositif convoyeur (2).
  9. Dispositif convoyeur selon les revendications 7 et 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les poches de lubrifiant (19) sont disposées inclinées suivant un angle aigu (α) par rapport à la surface d'appui (26) dans le sens de convoyage (5) .
  10. Dispositif convoyeur selon au moins la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    sur la face interne tournée vers les moyens de retenue de feuilles (3) du dispositif convoyeur (2) est disposé un premier élément de recouvrement (17) et, sur la face externe détournée des moyens de retenue de feuilles (3), un deuxième élément de recouvrement (18) en symétrie miroir par rapport au premier élément de recouvrement (17) au niveau du dispositif convoyeur (2).
