Claims (16)

  1. Plaque décorative en matériau dérivé du bois avec, à la base, une structure connue, qui présente sur un côté ou sur les deux côtés, en surface, des matériaux étrangers de forme particulaire ou des fragments qui déterminent sa structure de surface et sont recouverts d'une couche de protection transparente, caractérisée en ce que les matériaux étrangers sont espacés les uns des autres de manière irrégulière et recouvrent de 10 % à 75 % de la surface de la plaque, où les matériaux étrangers sont incorporés exclusivement dans la couche de matière supérieure de la plaque fabriquée par un procédé de transformation.
  2. Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la couche de protection est du vernis transparent.
  3. Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que les matériaux étrangers sont saillants sur la surface de plaque proprement dite de manière à présenter un relief.
  4. Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que les matériaux étrangers sont incorporés dans le matériau de plaque de telle manière qu'ils forment une surface de plaque uniforme plane avec le matériau dérivé du bois.
  5. Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les matériaux étrangers sont des substances naturelles.
  6. Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les matériaux étrangers sont des substances de synthèse.
  7. Plaque en matériau dérivé du bois selon les revendications 1 à 2 et/ou 3, 4 ainsi que 5, caractérisée en ce que de la paille et/ou des brins de diverses fractions, de feuillage, d'aiguilles d'arbres, de branchages, de branches, de laine sont employés.
  8. Procédé de fabrication d'une plaque décorative en matériau dérivé du bois, caractérisé en ce que, lors du processus de fabrication connu à la base, avant le pressage de la plaque sur la couche de matériau supérieure, des matériaux étrangers particulaires ou des fragments en forme de copeaux ou de tissu non tissé sont dispersés ou disposés à l'intérieur qui donnent à la fin du processus de formation des plaques une surface de plaque décorative par le fait que les matériaux étrangers sont espacés les uns des autres de manière irrégulière, recouvrent de 10 % jusqu'à 75 % de la surface de la plaque et sont incorporés dans la couche supérieure de la plaque.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, pour la création d'une structure de surface présentant un relief, des matériaux étrangers qui possèdent une résilience élevée sont employés.
  10. Procédé selon les revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce qu'en tant que matériau étranger, on emploie du liège.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, pour la création d'une structure de surface plane, des matériaux étrangers qui ne possèdent aucune résilience ou une très faible résilience sont employés.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'en tant que matériaux étrangers, des copeaux de chanvre coloré sont employés.
  13. Procédé selon les revendications 8 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux étrangers sont dispersés ou incorporés sur les deux côtés de la plaque de matériau dérivé du bois.
  14. Procédé selon les revendications 8 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la plaque en matériau dérivé du bois est munie en surface d'une couche de protection transparente après son conditionnement.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux étrangers sont incorporés sans être enduits de colle.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 8 ou l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les matériaux étrangers sont incorporés en étant enduits de colle.
