Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum Anlenken einer Abdeckung oder eines Deckels (2) an einem Rahmen (1), insbesondere eines Straßengullys, umfassend ein einsetzbares Gelenkorgan (4), das mit der Abdeckung (2), die begrenzt drehbar in einer Aufnahme (5) eingebaut ist, die in dem Rahmen (1) eingerichtet ist, verbunden ist, das es der Abdeckung (2) ermöglicht, zwischen einer Verschlussposition des Rahmens (1) und einer Öffnungsposition relativ zum Rahmen (1), in der sie gehalten wird, um auf die Öffnung des Rahmens (1) zugreifen zu können, zu schwenken, wobei das einsetzbare Gelenkorgan (4) wahlweise entweder abnehmbar in der Aufnahme (5) des Rahmens (1) einbaubar ist, so dass die Abdeckung (2) aus dem Rahmen (1) in der aufrechten Position der Abdeckung (2) herausziehbar ist, oder fest in der Aufnahme (5) des Rahmens (1) eingebaut ist, wodurch die Abdeckung (2) vom Rahmen (1) unabnehmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenkorgan (4) ein zylindrisches Gehäuse (7) mit Bohrung (9) umfasst, das in die Aufnahme (5) des Rahmens (1) eingelassen ist, die als Gabel ausgestaltet ist, dass ein Gelenkstift (8) mit einem kleineren Durchmesser als die Bohrung (9) des zylindrischen Gehäuses (7) in das zylindrische Gehäuse (7) und die Gabel durchquerend einsetzbar ist und auf manipulationssichere Art und Weise an seinen Enden, die jeweils an den zwei parallelen Wänden (10) der Gabel befestigbar sind, um das zylindrische Gehäuse (7) mit der Gabel zu verbinden und die Abdeckung (2) vom Rahmen (1) unlösbar zu machen, befestigbar ist, dass das zylindrische Gehäuse (7) bei Abwesenheit des Gelenkstifts (8) lösbar in die Gabel eingelassen ist, um das Herausnehmen der Abdeckung (2) aus dem Rahmen (1) in seiner Öffnungsposition zu erlauben, und dass die Haltemittel der Abdeckung (2) in ihrer Öffnungsposition zwei Nasen (16) umfassen, die mit den Enden des zylindrischen Gehäuses (7) senkrecht dazu einstückig sind, wobei sie auf einer selben Seite in derselben mittleren Längsebene des Gehäuses (7) hervorstehen und in Öffnungsposition der Abdeckung (2) durch Schwerkraft jeweils in zwei Ausschnitte (17) des Bodens der Aufnahme (5) des Rahmens (1) eingreifen können, so dass das zylindrische Gehäuse entweder mit der Gabel (7) fest verbunden ist oder in die Gabel lösbar eingelassen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkstift (8) an seinen Enden durch Schweißen jeweils an den beiden parallelen Wänden (10) der Gabel befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Abdeckung (2) und der Rahmen (1) kreisförmig sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zylindrische Gehäuse (7) mit der Abdeckung (2) durch einen radialen Zapfen (12) verbunden ist, wodurch das Gehäuse (7) und der Zapfen (12) T-förmig ausgestaltet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (2) eine aufrechte Öffnungsposition von ungefähr 90° im Verhältnis zum Rahmen (1) einnimmt.
